[Studio H] was very small, but cute. It was clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately we only received one washcloth for the two of us for the entire week. We did have two bath towels, and two beach towels. The air conditioner leaked at times - enough that we had to place a pan under it for most of the week. The villa was very nice, and we really enjoyed the outdoor kitchenette area. We sat out by the pool and under the awning most of the time. The WiFi was unreliable, and (no Bubal’s fault), the electric shut off for most of one day, and half of the other. This was because the island were doing maintenance on the electrical poles/lines. All in all, we would book here again. The price was right, it was in a decent location, and it was clean.

Great studio apartment on small, friendly complex. Everything kept very clean and any issues quickly resolved by Julieta. Small pool with sun beds , ideal to cool down at end of day. Pool/beach towels provided.
Complex situated very clise to supermarkets, short walk to Eagle beach. Palm beach about 20 mins walk with restaurants and shops.
Would stay here again.

We stayed seven days, 2 adults 1 toddler.
Pros:
- Check in and check out was very simple.
- The space was very new and spacious.
- The property is very close to Super Foods (about a five minute walk), as well as Bubali Food Centre.

Cons:
- Upon arrival, the space we booked had an ant problem that never went away, and got worse in the evening. As well, the property was being fumigated on our third day (which no one knew about), and post treatment, cockroaches started coming out, both dead and alive. We had two incidents of cockroaches; property staff took care of it, but it made us incredibly anxious throughout the stay, especially the ant problem that seemed to get progressively worse despite the hotel staff getting worked to “treat” it.
- our bathroom sink stopper was broken, but they fixed it immediately
- There is very little communication about protocol, especially when rooms were cleaned/towels were replaced. One evening, we came home to our space with lights all on, which kinda freaked us out until we went in and realized they changed our towels.
- not a huge issue but when we booked, we specified that we have a toddler, but they gave us an upper unit (no elevators, just stairs). This was annoying, but not a dealbreaker.

Type in “Bubali Villa and apartments” for correct address/gps location. Every email and text received basically was giving us the city and zip code location. We ended up at a private residences, sounds like it happens to them all the time :( other then the issue finding the correct place, everything was prefect!

Great little updated hotel not far from beach

This place was a bit deceiving from the outside as it appeared a bit small and run down. The room itself, however was completely remodeled and nice and modern looking. The deluxe studio had two decent sized rooms with king beds. The bed was comfortable, but the best part was the sheets. These were the softest sheets I've every slept on. The only thing about the room that was strange was that everything was pretty much new, except the toilet seat, which was in a separate room. The room had a glass door to the pool area. The pool wasn’t very large, but lots of sitting room. It also had a community kitchen. The hotel was close to a grocery store and about a 7 minute walk to the beach. There weren’t any restaurants nearby except at the beach. Overall very pleased with the hotel. Front desk staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

First time staying at an apartment type setting. The amenities inside were nice. The property is undergoing maintenance so the workers were up early and doing work around the apartments (noises at times). The balcony view was like looking at a junkyard, not pleasant at all. Although the large iguana crawling up the tree was nice. There’s no uber/lyft service in Aruba so best to rent a car or taxi everywhere too far to walk. Juliet was very accommodating to any and all needs and the staff was also pleasant. I’m sure over time it will be a nice place to stay once all the renovations are done.

Bubali was a great option if you're looking for local lodgings with some comfort.

No daily maid service
Inconsistent attendance in main office (did not follow posted hours)
No binder filled with FAQs or basic information (ex. Stove and microwave share ONE outlet)

The best feature of this property is its relatively close location to the big Super Foomarket. 15 minute walk to nearest bus stop became tiresome. Office hours were unpredictable. Bathroom was tiny. No towels at checkin. Bed simple but comfortable.

Okay stay.

Overall a little underwhelming based on the reviews I read prior to our trip. The property and rooms need a little TLC. The kitchen range hood light was missing and the exhaust fan didn’t work. Some broken blinds and loose floor tiles in bedroom. They were working on some exterior painting and built a roof over the bbq, so some improvements were being made. The location was good. Overall everything was okay, not the 8.8 rating it had in the previous reviews.

This is by far the best deal on the island. perfect size apartment for a couple or 3 people. the location couldn't be any better. the best grocery store on the island is at your back door. the best beaches aren't far nor is downtown for the night life. i will stay at Bubali properties when i return back to Aruba. the kitchen was stocked with the right amount of cookware. the beach chairs and beach towels added a personal touch of home life. the local dogs were a bit loud at times but that's the only negative review i can give, not the Property owners fault.
highly recommend.

My stay with Bubali Villa was amazing!!! First, I was greeted by Merideth and her amazing smile. Merideth informed me that my studio was clean and available for a early check-in. Also, Merideth gave me a tour of the property which was wonderful. I found everything to be perfect. The wifi was the best ever at any property that I have ever stayed at. My room was very clean and the property is well maintained. The area is safe and not busy with a lot of tourists. Eagle beach is a 15 minutes walk by foot or a 3 minutes drive by car. Bubali Villa is in a great location to acess the major highways. Superfoods is a 10 minutes walk and there are other food stores even closer to stock your fridge. Bubali Villa will be my new home whenever I retuned back to Aruba. I just fell in love with this gem.❤❤❤

Perfect for a solo female traveler. The staff was super nice, everything was clean and there was a full kitchen and I was also able to grille in the shared patio/pool area! There were little ants if you will in the bathroom but I was not too bothered by that as it's sometimes expected in warmer destinations. Overall I would stay again!

Augustine welcomed us with great enthusiasm. He showed us our room and around the property. He ensured us we could call upon him for assistance at anytime and that was true. The unit was modern, clean and comfortable. It provided all that we needed. Location is excellent. It’s Close to supermarkets. Eagle Beach, Public transportation. Great for a family on a budget. If I could give an advise it would be this: upscale bed linens and towels. This will bring the stay to another level. Thanks for a good experience.

Really nice and big apartments. The kitchen has everything you need and the area is very clean and nice. Super close to superfood which is the best supermarket to buy food. At superfood they have PCR tests available by the drugstore. 15 minutes walk from beautiful eagle beach and 15 minutes from tours and carrental agencies. Perfect! Augustin that works there is a top guy! Super helpful and service minded! They will help you with early check in, guarding your luggage, calling taxis you name it! Highly recommended and would absolutely stay here again!

I had the best experience at this hotel. From being greeted by Giovanni to all the staff (Andres, Augustin and Monica) I have not one thing bad to say. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. Got an upgrade as soon as I checked in without even asking for it. Extremely clean. The pool is so nice and refreshing. The barbecue area is a plus. The room had all the appliances that we needed. The bed was so comfortable even more than my own back home. It's about a 3 minute walk to the Super Foods and around 10 minute walk to Eagle Beach. They also had beach chairs free of charge. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Thank you again to all the staff. Their customer service was phenomenal! Until next time!

If you’ve been to Aruba and know you want to stay in this neighborhood, this place is for you. If you’ve never been to Aruba and not sure if this area is where you want to say, I probably wouldn’t stay here for the following reason; there’s nothing around if you don’t have a car. Yes the beach is walking distance but it’s not really a nice walk and not really that close. If it was any bit further it wouldn’t be considered walking. Like it’s at the limit of it being walking distance. To the point where I actually rented a car mid way through my trip. I was a solo traveler. Super Foods market is very close walking distance so that was convenient. If you don’t plan on renting a car, I would stay somewhere closer to the beach line. If you’re driving, it’s in a good location to drive from but the neighborhood is dead. You don’t see anyone outside it’s really boring. Much rather stay where the hustle & bustle is.

For the most part, the apartment was clean. The headboard really grossed me out, it had people head/hair oil marks from them resting their heads on it. They need to wipe that down. I stayed in a 1 bedroom w/ living room area w/ a balcony that faced nothing but rubble from a stopped construction job. If you do decide to stay here, get a room facing the pool.

I had my final straw after seeing my 3rd little lizard inside the apartment. I went to checkout as I couldn’t deal with it anymore. No one at front desk and Expedia didn’t help. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Phenomenal location, clean, simple, quiet, safe. I had a studio on the second floor - all the basic necessities provided and great air con. Beautiful pool area with ample seating and a shaded kitchenette bar area with BBQ and bar top seating. Enjoyed the numerous outdoor common areas to lounge in. There is ample, safe and free parking in front of building. Walking distance to Superfood (bring your own bag or can purchase one there, carts must be rented FYI). Bubali is a 5-7 minute drive to downtown area and beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend renting a car for your visit on the island (I got a very inexpensive rental through Sunset, less than $20 a day). Much more convenient and cost efficient to get to all the beaches and sights with your own vehicle.

Didn’t have any interaction with staff at check in as I arrived after hours, but easily found the property and box with keys and instructions. All guests and staff I encountered thereafter were friendly and courteous. And to reiterate - best location I could ask for being so close to popular beaches, bars, shopping and restaurants! Upon returning to Aruba, this will be my choice of accommodations. Thank you Bubali Apartments for an amazing experience

WFH away from home!

This was the perfect spot to vacation and \"work from home.\" The studio apartment I stayed at had a kitchenette, with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and a gas stove. Pots, pans, a blender, a tea kettle... definitely everything I needed for a longer stay. I loved the fact that the cleaning service came every three days and did a marvelous job. I enjoyed the fresh sheets, and even a fresh shower curtain every time. This location offers a washing machine free of charge, and the pool and grill are also fantastic. What was outstanding was the internet connection, as I was able to have Zoom meetings that went without a glitch. The administrators/owners and the staff were all very nice, courteous and helpful. Some rooms have balconies, and mine didn't, but it was fine. Oh, and the location is perfect, as you are 3 minutes away from a big supermarket (Superfood), and about 10 - 15 minutes away from Eagle Beach. I could walk and had access to the bus, so I didn't have a need for a car. I will definitely go back!

heerlijk complex, central gelegen

Het is een mooi, klein complex dat zeer gunstig ligt tov de stranden (Eagle Beach en Palm beach) en uitgaansleven zonder dat het druk is. Bovendien zijn er veel goede winkels (food centre en LING and son,maar ook locale supermarkten binnen loop/rij afstand).
De ruimtes van de appartementen zijn ruim voldoende en alles is aanwezig. Sommige zaken als keukenkastjes zouden een opknapbeurt kunnen hebben, maar is niet als hinderlijk ervaren.
Personeel is erg behulpzaam bij vragen, probleempjes worden direct opgelost. geen enkele klacht daarover.
We zijn 24 dagen op het complex geweest en zullen er zeker terugkeren in de toekomst.
