Everyone was very nice and helpful. Area was always clean. We really loved how everything was accessible. Everything was walking distance, from our room, to the beach and to the restaurants what more can you ask. Although our room was located near the construction site, we didn't care for the noise because we were outside most of the time. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Hotel was clean as well as our room. Staff was courteous. We had the buffet breakfast which served a variety of foods--from eggs to yogurts, danishes, fruit and at least 4 types of juices. Location of hotel is perfect having many restaurants and shops across the street. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Hilton was great about adjusting our travel dates due to a winter storm back home. Jayden at the front desk was stellar and our room upgrade was much appreciated. The breakfast was fantastic and the location excellent. It will be good to get the other pool open soon as the pool complex as it stands now lags behind the other Palm Beach hotels, as does the quality/value of the pool bar. Overall we had a very good stay!

I paid for an Ocean view room. I was disappointed that our room was so set back AND the bed was on the opposite wall. I would have loved to wake up to a view, instead, I woke up to a wall everyday.

The staff did an excellent job cleaning and stocking the rooms. The towels had a lovely clean smell and the shampoo, shower gel and lotion from Crabtree were lovely.

Our waiter at The Laguna, Alex was amazing. He remembered us from day to day anticipated our needs and gave us wonderful advice and information about the island. Wonderful, wonderful staff and facilities!

Staff is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great beach. You can reserve palapas for as little as $30/day. It’s a large resort (and we were there for Christmas week) and it never felt crowded. Never hasd to wait more than minute or 2 for a breakfast table.

During our recent stay at the Hilton, we were pleased as usual; however, we did find it necessary to remind the resort that, despite having stayed here more than seven times, we have never received any acknowledgment of our loyal patronage.

There were also a few minor issues, such as the lack of refills for the facial tissues and hand soap bar, though these were promptly resolved with a quick call to the front desk.

I conducted a black‑light inspection of the bedding and chair, and I am pleased to note that everything appeared clean with no concerning stains. The hot water was plentiful with comfortable air conditioning. We continue to return to the Hilton because of its beachfront location, its proximity to restaurants, and the convenience of being within walking distance of several popular attractions

Upon arrival around 2:30pm I waited my turn to check in as 5 guest ahead of me were allowed to check in and get room keys. When it was my turn I was told I needed to wait until 4pm as my room wasn’t ready. Told there were so many people in housekeeping and they hadn’t had a chance to prepare my room based on the room type. Secondly was hit with the resort fee in addition to a $400 hold for incidentals $710 total in unexpected charges.

The room was spotless. All the staff was great. I had to use my water pic at the coffee station off the living room because the plug didn’t work in the bathroom. I reported it three times to no avail. This was messy and very inconvenient. The toilet flapper valve leaks also but I didn’t see any sense in reporting that. At any rate, I still love the place. All the staff there is like family to Patty and I for the past 10 years. For over seven hundred dollars a night I expect more considering one pool is shut down. Am I sounding like a complainer?

Curaçao tower room was small and outdated. Resort is under construction and personally don’t recommend until it’s completed. 1 pool was closed and the refillable bottles was hit or miss with the drinking water. Palapas are not free (only few selected are free and you have to line up the day before or go on app at 12:30 hoping to get one)
Breakfast buffet is ok, nothing special and the coffee served is subpar. Waitstaff is fantastic.
Also I will add that they added an additional tax on top of what was to be paid from Expedia even though Expedia clearly states all taxes and fees paid except resort fee.

I was disappointed that we needed to purchase a place to sit on the beach to get a hut daily. It added an unexpected cost in addition to the resort fees daily. The property is lovely but these concerns are valid for working families. Also while construction is essential the gas smell from the machinery was nauseating. I had a headache from the smell.

We returned today after our stay at the Hilton Aruba. We are a large family of 6 (4 small kids) and were thrilled with our stay. We booked through Expedia but were booked in 2 separate rooms (my wife and 2 kids in one room and myself and 2 other kids in another). We asked if it would be possible to get some kind of adjoining rooms since our kids are aged 10 and under (couldn’t do through the app). They were able to do so, for a reasonable fee to upgrade our rooms, which I found to be very fair given the size of the rooms and amenities (access to the palm club etc). Food on property was great, beach service awesome, and pool area and service great. We will return sooner than later.

There was LOUD construction noises going on the whole time we were there. I mean loud. These noises started around 7am even on weekends. Also, the security staff is required to stand at the various posts they're assigned to around the property. They did not even have a podium or desk with a chair to sit at. They had to stand in the blazing hot sun all day. Why not give them a desk and chair at the various locations you post these people? That should be changed immediately. Shame on you Hilton for doing this to these people.

This is a well-maintained property and a beautiful location. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was adequate. Construction is a bit noisy. I and used to paying taxes when I stay somewhere, butwas shocked by the add-on costs of taxes, etc. to the tune of $100 per night. Just be aware if you stay here.
