Room was extremely dirty couldn’t call front desk phone was broken. Bed was so uncomfortable due to how old it was. It had body imprints with a large hump in the middle. Food was terrible at the tikki bar. We had pigeons all over of porch due to the kitchen staff feeding them. Coffee shop was never opened when they should be. Overall not the best place to stay. We will not stay here again. We come to Aruba once a year this was the worst spot to stay.

Check in was quick. Arrived hour and half early and was able to get in the room right away. Room was clean but very small, no chairs to sit in. Disappointed in room location, over looking main highway. Luckily didn't spend much time there. Next time look for pool side or ocean view. Will be worth the extra cost. Location was good, able to use the other 3 Divi locations for pools and food. Had a great time even though off season.

We reported a wall plate for HDMI was completely off the wall but wasn't addressed. Bathroom and water in the room smelled like sewer. We were upgraded to a room right at the pool which was very convenient and a 30 second walk to the beach. No ocean view but that was okay! We were set up at the pool right at the TIKI swim up bar and staff were great and attentive to our needs.Shuttles to and from other hotels was easily accessible. We had the signature AI which only included the Divi Dutch Village and the Divi Golf Village but most of the food was duplicated at both places!!! Won't do AI there ever again and purchasing food was definitely out of the question. Probably won't stay at a Divi ever again, just because we prefer AI over purchasing alcohol and food separately!!

All inclusive is okay… not much on the Dutch property. A tiki bar at the pool is all. With the signature plan you have to go over to the Golf property for everything else… The restaurants on the golf property were good. There is a shuttle, only able to use it twice as the wait time turned out quicker to walk there. I would probably stay at the Tamajin again for all inclusive. Overall the staff was great. Cant beat the views. The Casino is short walk. More food and shopping in that area.

We truly enjoyed our stay, and overall, the experience at the resort was excellent. The villa itself was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a private pool located just beyond our sliding doors, which made the space feel relaxing and convenient. While we had a great time, there were a few areas where additional information at check‑in would have improved our stay. For example, we were not informed about the locations of the main pools, even though our villa was only a short walk away from one. We also did not learn until later that the resort had multiple water‑filling stations available throughout the property. Since our room did not include bottled water, knowing this upfront would have been very helpful. In addition, more guidance about the resort’s daily activities would have made it easier for us to plan our time. We found ourselves having to explore and figure things out on our own, rather than receiving an overview at the front desk. Information about beach access, shuttle schedules between the different resort areas (including the all‑inclusive, Dutch, and golf properties), and restaurant options would have been valuable during check‑in. We also later learned that guests without an all‑inclusive package could purchase a card to access restaurants and bars at the other resort locations. This would have been useful to know from the beginning so we could make informed decisions about dining and activities.

Overall we had a nice stay and would probably return, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The grounds and property could use some updating in certain areas. The staff experience was hit or miss — some employees were very pleasant and welcoming, while others seemed uninterested.

Our room itself was wonderful, comfortable, and well kept. One frustrating issue, though, was receiving disruptive phone calls at all hours of the night from guests mistakenly thinking our room was the front desk or concierge, which became very aggravating during the stay, waking us out of a dead sleep.

The beach was nice overall, although it depended on where you were on the property since some sections were smaller and rocky. Some of the units had a walkout right to the water which was nice. Despite the downsides, we still enjoyed our trip. If we return, we would likely stay on the all-inclusive side instead, as it appeared more upscale, better maintained, and seemed to have fewer young children.

First time in Aruba and at a resort. The room, resort, and staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Pools were pristine. Noticed an issue with the ceiling fan and they came right out and fixed it. We were a 1 min walk to the beach and less than 10 min walk to the golf course. Ask for Ramon, who drives the golf cart bus shuttle.

The Divi Dutch Village is a joke. Their website says you have access to 8 Restaurants, 6 Bars, 7 Pools and free daily bottle of wine. On our brochure that we received during check-in, there were 3 restaurants that were circled, along with the coffee bar and 1 other place. All 3 basically have the same food, bland. The drinks were horrible. If you are on the beach, you don't have access to the beach bar as all inclusive, you have to walk back to the pool bar to get a drink. When I asked the staff, they said sorry, the website needs updated. And we never saw a daily bottle of wine. We called for towels one evening and I had to ask the cleaning lady the next day for towels because no one ever came. The only thing positive about the stay was the concierge was very helpful. We actually flew back home a day early because we were so disappointed.
I talked to several guests that had stayed at Divi Dutch before and they were completely disappointed with the changes in the All-Inclusive.

We only stayed at the Divi Dutch for a weekend but we enjoyed it so much! The staff was extremely kind and helpful ( the shuttle driver Devont was absolutely amazing!!) and the amenities were top notch. The Room was very spacious and clean and due to the hours of the amenities and restaurants we had no issues with noise at night. The access to the beach and restaurants were easy and the ability to walk/shuttle to the different parts of the resort was a breeze. We did not have a bad meal at any point of our trip. We will definitely be returning!

Do NOT pick this property!! It is NOT on the beach, every all inclusive amenity is at the other resort across the street, other than a small tiki bar. Concierge and front desk close early and you have to go to other resort for any help with anything!! This place should be closed down!! Thr shuttles take so long to get you; it’s almost as if the other guests at their other “resort” are far more important. Guest experience was never there! We basically spent all of our vacation and the other resort this properly was merely a place to put our heads down at night . It is absolutely embarrassing. We would prefer to have slept on beach chairs, then those rooms because let me add that deep beds are extremely uncomfortable.You feel irrelevant surrounded by the other properties that are around… it’s basically a motel, not a resort! This was a vacation planned for my wife’s birthday and to say that I was absolutely Horrified and got wrenched is an understatement Also I spent a lot of money to stay here, but that wasn’t the main reason! I wanted to make my wife’s birthday weekend a special one and I feel like I failed her.

Everything was great in Aruba!!..have to say this may be 1 of my best international vacation stays yet with my kids; although, I wish it could've been longer. I feel I didn't get to experience much of the downtown area.

The staff were extremely welcoming. I didn't appreciate that even though it was all-inclusive, we had to sign for each food/drink transaction as a tip was always requested on the bill. The staff never pushed back on the guests to give the tip, but I'm a single parent traveling with kids and definitely didn't want to feel obligated to pay each time. Aside from that, the entertainment, food, drinks and hospitality was top-tier.

I'm planning to go back again just maybe not within the next few years as my family and I have to see other parts of the world 1st.😃

Should be called the most limited restricted non inclusive all inclusive plan! We booked the all inclusive option on Expedia only to find out it includes very limited options . Last year we were able to dine at Divi and Tamarijn restaurants and bars staying at Divi Dutch. Apparently this changed in November of 2025 even though we booked prior to change when all three resorts where included but manager would not honor and said we had to purchase an expensive mega pass to dine and eat at all the restaurants on the properties even though we had all inclusive purchased !
There is only one small pool bar with limited food options at Divi Dutch that is included and two bars at the golf course one mile away. Expedia should be clear about this in the all inclusive option when booking. You must sign a slip every time you order drinks or food . Also we did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine that was listed as included with the room. The room itself was spacious and nice but we will not be back to Divi.

The rooms and staff were great! The food and overall comfort was perfect. The beach in front of Divi Dutch was very small and had breakers to prevent beach erosion. You can enjoy the beach at the Tamraryn resort beside Divi Dutch which is your typical large beautiful white sand beach. The Divi properties include free shuttles to and from Tamaryn and Divi Golf Resort.

They want to just upcharge as much as possible for everything.
Charged me 475 for a room upgrade that was at most 200 online. What a rip off..
Put us in a non smoking room but the people in the room next door where smoking... why the upcharge then???

Expedia need to make clear the all inclusive package. Divi Dutch is NOT all inclusive as stated. The all inclusive package does not include all the Divi resorts. There is a two tier all inclusive system which includes paying and additional $120 per person per day for there MAGA all inclusive which does include all the Divi resorts.

We had an issue with the adjoining rooms, paper thin and noisy. There were kids screaming, all parts of the day and night. Security was notified but the issue was Never resolved. We were Forced to change rooms, at an additional cost of $400 to continue and enjoy our vacation. The pool area, which was supposed to be smoke free, was Not. People were smoking around the pool area with No enforcement. Hot tubs were too Hot to use or others too cold. Service was Good by the employees but it seemed there was a lot on the job training was going on frequently. The location was convenient and hope to return again to Aruba. We were very Upset, considering our inconvenience, that were charged $400 to upgrade, especially since the disruption we had was Not corrected. Overall, the employees did the best they could considering the circumstances. I asked to talk to a Manager twive, but All messages were relayed thru employees with No concern for myself or others in my party or friends with us. Thank you for your concern of this Matter. Gary

Stayed for 5 nights with our two young kids. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Nice restaurant. We did the signature all inclusive and it met all our needs. I would definitely go back again. Staff was so nice and accommodating. I did request a crib. I was told it wasn’t guaranteed but it do show up around 8:30pm the night we checked in. Not ideal for a 2 year old but at least we had it.

The front desk staff and concierge were not helpful. They handed out restaurant menus that were from 2025. We planned to enjoy a buffet one night. Only to find out that had not been offered in over a year. There is no airport shuttle but the taxis were great.

Ride from the airport via taxi took about 10 minutes and cost $35 for 2 people - the taxis are lined up outside as soon as you exit airport with good signage. Food was outstanding and I enjoyed all restaurants - only one buffet offering and that was breakfast only which is ideal for me as I’m not a big buffet eater. This buffet was spotless, food and selection were great, and outside seating was available. We enjoyed our time here

Beware when you book Divi hotels Aruba.We chose all inclusive & paid good $ and they put us up at the Divi Dutch village and told us that the all inclusive was not included.They wanted us to pay $200-$250 per adult each day for the all inclusive package!We were upset but ate dinners and some breakfast outside the resort and on site because Aruba has great food and great restaurants so we made the best of our 5 day trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, which made the stay start off perfectly.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities were provided, including fresh towels, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The housekeeping service was consistent and did an excellent job each day.
The hotel facilities were impressive. The pool area was relaxing and clean, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with a variety of options. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with plenty of fresh choices.
The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and great value. I would definitely return in the future.

Overall the staff was very friendly. I was traveling with a group of 7 and we requested our rooms to be near each other well ahead of arrival. We were placed in 3 separate buildings (1, 4, 13) almost as far away as possible. The explanation of what was included in our all-inclusive package was rushed and confusing when we checked in. I finally found a chart of restaurants/bars included in each package online after an extensive search. Please make this easier for future guests. Food was fine….nothing special even at Windows. Service at all the bars & restaurants was great! Friendly, accurate, and they took great care of the small kids in our party. Nonexistent nightlife…every option shut down by 9:30 or 10pm. I wasn’t looking for a party ant but having a glass of wine or a cocktail after 10pm while on vacation shouldn’t be an issue. Overall it was a good experience but I will stay elsewhere if I return to Aruba.

All the other restaurants and bars included were at the Divi golf . We traveled with kids so it was hard to go anywhere at night that wasn’t right outside our room .

We enjoyed our stay at Divi Dutch Village in Aruba.

Pros: Great staff. Easy walkable area, close to beach/pools/restaurant on our site. Good variety of food and drink options nearby. Grocery store within walking distance. The Oranjestad ship port was viewable from the beach; we walked to downtown to the port area. This resort is south of the hotel high-rise area and was quieter and less busy.

Cons: Very small room; king studio had no patio/deck or indoor seating area. Signature all inclusive package did not include many restaurants on the beach side of the resort. Most options were at the Divi Golf which was a short walk or shuttle ride away on the other side of the road. The Tiki Bar/Restaurant at Divi Dutch closes at 8pm; no food/drink available on the beach side after that time unless you go to Tamarijn or Divi All Inclusive. Divi Dutch resort seems to close down when it gets dark, very few guests on their patio or deck after sunset.

The room wasn't overly clean but it wasn't the worse. The towels were stained with red marks as was the blanket. The only other complaint is the shampoo and conditioner bottles the first night were half full only obviously reused from another room and this continued on through our whole stay, always left half used bottles of shampoo and conditioner. It was still a great trip and I'd say the resort was a 7 out of 10.

Room that we stayed in needs needs major repairs. The closet doors are old and appeared damaged by water from the AC above. They store utensils under the kitchen sink which makes no sense. They are stingy with the shampoo and conditioner by giving out 1 of each very tiny tube. Very sad the tiny shampoo is shared between my long hair and my husband hair. The customer next to our room smoke marijuana and the smell went to our room through the Receptionists are helpful overall. The shuttles to the destinations in other divi resorts are one of the best amenities.

The room was good for a family of our size. The staff very welcoming, hard working and willingly to go above and beyond to meet your needs. What I did not like was the tiers of the all inclusive in which we learned about when we got there. I also did not like the fact that you only had access to certain amenities/restaurants. All the restaurants were on the other side of the resort of our room. Good thing there were trolleys to take me and my three toddlers around. The resort was decent, like I said I just did not like the tiers of the all inclusive. if a resort is all inlcusive everything should be included for one price!
