We had a great stay. The staff was very nice, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was perfect, especially if you want to be close to the airport while still enjoying Aruba. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I wish I could give the hotel a good review but the ladies at the front desk attitude was absolutely disgusting! The tv didn’t work, there was a roach in my room, the water was hot and cold. My friend and I had a terrible experience. Such a beautiful hotel, but the staff at the front alone made me feel uncomfortable. The cleaners and other staff were polite. Overall 3/10 for real!

The service was amazing, Francesca, Judu, Nilo and Luis were just amaizing people. I felt safe there. The inside of fhe hotel is really clean,
nice and comfortable.

The service was excellent, and the best part is the you not to far or close to everything right in the middle, next to the airport.

Definitely recommend if you want to really relax and get sun ☀️

Very clean everyday! The cleaning ladies did amazing everyday. The hotel is beautiful and modern but gives the beachy Aruba feel which I truly enjoyed. Staff was so helpful and accommodating on every problem or question. Food was great and the coffee was yummy. It was an amazing stay for my first time in Aruba :) I was nervous because of the photos not being as updated/ good quality but turned out perfect.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for the rest of my stay.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from the fresh linens to the thoughtful amenities that made everything feel relaxing and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and all the facilities were well-kept and easy to access. Whether it was enjoying the common areas or simply unwinding in my room, everything exceeded my expectations.

What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Deborah (Front desk), Nilo (at the bar), Elizabeth (during breakfast) , every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Voco Surfside is an excellent property. It is spotless & very well maintained.
The room was very efficient. I travel a lot & this is the 1st hotel to have light switches on either side of the bed, that controls the lighting in entire room, including the bathroom. The lighting ambience & property decor was very impressive.

Great, clean, new property with helpful staff. Near the airport in relatively quiet place, but if you like always active lifestyle, this property is about 4/5 km away from the main activity area. You will either need a car or need to take taxi to all events. Nice small pool.

We like bit of quiet place after a day full of activity so this was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend it to others.

The place was overall good very comfortable and friendly staff. Only thing I did not like was that we were not allowed to use the tables outside to eat any outside food … very unpleasant but overall it was good.

Breakfast menu was fresh daily but the only problem I had was the menu does not change. I stayed for 5 days and breakfast menu was the same all 5 days. The bar had a lot of cocktails option.. overall this property is very family friendly, clean and very close to the airport and the Downtown area which is great for easy access.

The reception desk and the supervisor were incompetant. I was charged for my room and for someone elses room. before i disputed this I called VOCO in Aruba to have them correct the matter. They insisted there was no mistake and sent me an invoice that was not even the correct amount. I had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my CC company and if you have ever done that you know it is stressful. The supervisor was not going to look into the matter any further she just insisted she was correct. The man ahead of me as we checked out was complaining to her also that his breakfast was included and she insisted he was srong...noe I wonder.
HOWEVER....the facility was very nice and the bartender gets a 10 as he was great. Just be careful and check your credit card charges as this was not a good ending to our vacation.

I was plesantly surprised the place doesn't look like much from the outside. But when you get inside to the pool area and the way everything is set up, it is tranquil. I'm beautiful if you're looking for a lot of action. This is not the place for you, but if you're looking for a beautiful, clean tranquil place with nice service. And good people, this is the place bed's are amazingly comfortable slept like a baby. Some of the room's are small. I had a womb with a king-sized bed. Which was spacious everything was great

The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. Depending on cruise ships being around, they usually tell you all the seats are reserved. Hint hint give me a tip and I’ll find a seat for you. The beach itself it’s not very clean. People use it as a giant ashtray. Cruise ship people usually leave all the garbage behind. Now let’s get back to the rooms at voco! I checked in on a Friday!!!! huge mistake!!! the locals are all hanging out at the bar across the street, revving their cars and motorcycles for the majority of the night! This happened Friday, Saturday up until Sunday very late at night impossible to sleep. Another thing that was very unnerving to me although hotel is immaculately clean my room smell like there was a deceptive tank in it. I suggest you do not get rooms on the outskirts of the hotel. Better off on
The inside by pool area! The smell in the room was horrendous!!! I didn’t bother to say anything because I knew it fall on deaf ears! The rest of staff was friendly pretty much. The one that was the best in instructing you and talking to you very charismatic was the little waitress Yuru she was an absolute doll, a great waitress, and just a beautiful person!!!

Resort is still under construction and none of the showers drain. The water just overflowed into the bathroom. Even after switching rooms. Staff is very nice but the place needs work.
