We stayed here for the better part of January 2026. A very good location for touring the Algarve villages and tourist spots. The 2 bedroom layout on two floors was great! The villa was very clean. All amenities were made available, including towels, soaps, coffee, dishwasher liquid, laundry soap and some treats. The towel warmer and the heated bathroom floors were wonderful in the mornings! Cleaners were there everyday to clean the room, if we wanted. Beds were comfortable. View was great. All staff were friendly and helpful! Only negatives were the lighting in the dining area...too dim and the pull out couch was not comfortable for sitting. Great place to stay. Although there is lots of building going on around, it was still very quiet. The golfing was very good, although wet while we were there. Pool and spa looked great and well-used. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Bela Colina staff!!

When I first looked at the listing I couldn’t believe we could get a two bedroom apt for the price. There had to be a catch! But the room was great, new construction, very clean. The restaurant was close by. The property is close enough you can drive to the beach within 15 min.

The pool area was well maintained and very clean. The breakfast had both hot and cold options and a nice variety of healthy fruit and veggies. Our accommodation was nice and large, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, living room and both a patio and large upper balcony complete with sun loungers. We also had an issue with ants coming into via the gap under the front door. Soundproofing between the rooms could be improved upon.

I stayed here for 6 nights in a standard villa and it was absolutely beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly everywhere we went around the resort. They have a wonderful shuttle system which takes you to a beautiful beach (Praia de Luz) and Old town Lagos. Extremely convenient and comfortable ride. The villas were spacious and wonderfully decorated. I will stay here again next time I go to Lagos.

The cost performance was excellent. It’s one of the largest resort facilities in the Lagos area, and the room was spacious enough for a family of four. Everything was clean, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. There were also two pools, which we enjoyed comfortably. Loved it here. Family friendly and the golf course is well taken care of. Only downside is frequency of shuttles between the accomodation and the Clubhouse. If you are driving, this won't be a problem. I also did not get any VIP benefits. Else, was a very decent place to stay. Might visit again.

Very nicely presented, spacious, clean and looked freshly painted. The Spa facilities were fantastic and staff were very helpful when we did not have caps to go in the pool. Only request would be to let clients know when there are classes so that we can plan ahead when to visit the Spa. The golf course looked in good condition although we did not play. The golf short game area has excellent green area to work on your short game however the putting green was not in 5* condition. Overall a very good place. If you have a car wiich I would highly recommend, all big supermarkets are about 10-15 mins away. Nice beaches and restaurants in Praia Da Luz about 10 mins drive.

We stayed in a two storey, two bed, two bathroom townhouse which was great. The only issue we had was a floppy shower head which made the bathroom very wet. Overall a very well appointed facility and you could easily stay for an extended period using the self-contained accommodation. The nearest supermarket is only 8 minutes away by car. The bistro was good value with nice food and service. Would definitely stay here again and will bring the golf clubs as the adjacent course looks great.

The lady that checked me in didn’t tell me what I was eligible for and when I read her that I was VIP status she abruptly told me that she knew that, but didn’t tell me that involved. When I came back later, I read it as it talked about late check out, 10 discount card for the restaurant, and she said yes, I know, but she didn’t explain that to me and told me my check-in card is something I use for discount which was too late since I just ate lunch She told me I’m eligible for she didn’t tell me three hours earlier She wasn’t friendly nor she asked me how my travels were or tried to get some kindness in our conversation. We stayed for 2 nights in October. We loved staying here. For the price, the place was amazing. We essentially had a whole house to ourselves, so much space. The area was lovely, only traffic appeared to be other residents or groundskeepers. Parking right out front was a huge plus point too. We didn't swim in the pool, but only because we were busy, we had planned to and it looked lovely. We didn't eat at the restaurants either, but had planned to. We would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book another stay in the next few months!

Upon arrival the townhouse had a welcome package which was great after our long flights? The resort had daily housekeeping which is normally weekly or once during a stay. Even the waste bins were emptied daily. Including the kitchen ones
There was a good supply of washing pods for the washer and dishwasher replaced daily. The coffee maker had pods which were replaced as used. I normally have to buy these items.
The staff were very helpful and curtious they organized our transfer from the airport and back again also organized a rental car.

This is the third time we have stayed here and we loved it again. We were in a different location this time opposite the restaurant - this was very useful on the last night when we ate there as it wasn't far back to the house! We didn't use the spa this time just because we weren't there as long if we had we would have been given a discount as you have to pay to use it unless you pay more for the accommodation initially. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful stay! The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. We didn't have a car, so they had no problem in arranging taxis for us, recommending places to stay and assisting us with any requests, including booking excursions for us and contacting companies. Without a doubt the best staff I have ever encountered. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. We had a slight problem with ants but after reporting it, it was taken care of straight away and we had no other problems. The only thing is that there isn't a shop nearby so if you don't have a car it's tricky to stock up on essentials. But it is fairly easy to get an uber or taxi. A brilliant stay!

We had an amazing time at Boavista for 10 days, wished we were there for longer! The staff are so friendly & helpful. The maids do an outstanding job everyday & the gardeners keep the place immaculate. The whole place is spotless & so beautiful. A car is definitely a benefit, we did get a few taxis into Lagos town for the evening which cost around €10 each way. Reception were really helpful ordering the taxi for us. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful resort.

Beautiful property, it was nice surprise to have 2 levels condo. Every day cleaning was nice too. Front dask very helpful as well. The only draw back was reception desk by the entrance to the community (logically we stopped there). It was closed and no sign that it was the wrong one. Few stressed couples were there as well. Eventually we found the right one (just following exact address) and after that it was all great.
