I have stayed here several times when visiting the Disney Parks, it is a great location to stay. Convenient to all Disney Parks, with a community feel. The staff was great and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Very nice breakfast, way above the average hotel in this price range. I should have really loved this place, I wanted to. The room felt unclean, it needs a real cleaning, not just a wipe down. The lights didn’t all work and were very dim. It was nice to have a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. The bathroom door is a slider that never fully shut, so that’s not good for anyone that likes privacy. I wasn’t told that I had to pay for parking until the next day. She waved the parking fee, which was nice, but that should have been listed ahead of time. Also there is a $25 per day fee which is refundable after your stay. It takes about a week to come off, just an fyi. I liked that they text you when you check in, so if you need anything you can just text them and Paula was very helpful. I feel like I’m being too harsh a critic, but my husband said, we are never going to stay here again. Maybe other rooms are nicer, but ours just felt unclean.

10/10 recommend this hotel! All the staff were so friendly and had great customer service! The rooms were very spacious and clean! The cleaning service was great! The amenities were great too! The hotel itself has a little store in the main lobby just in case you need something without needing to walk to the store. Pool was good! Also the location of the hotel is across from a plaza that has a bunch of restaurants, a gas station, target, coffee shops, etc. has everything you could need within walking distance! Overall, I definitely recommend your stay here!

Our room was huge. It was very comfortable except that we were in a corner unit close to the ice machine so it was a little noisy. The beds were comfortable sheets were nice. Everything was clean. The continental breakfast was very busy, but the tables needed to be cleaned and there was no one to be found to do it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was clean. And comfortable.

Super close to Disney, walking distance to a strip mall with food, on site bar & food. Front desk staff were incredibly kind but housekeeping slacked off a bit. They only changed our towels, made our beds, and took out trash but any trash not in a bin was not picked up and no surfaces were wiped down. There was also a mess in the elevator from some kid’s snacks and no one had cleaned it up.

Really nice staffs, perfect location, right next to target and lots of good restaurants, so you can walk there and get your food or sunscreens and stuff. Would book again!

The staff were fantastic. Booms were very large and nicely laid out. Full-size refrigerator, good size kitchen sink with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Highly recommend staying here.

The reason for a good versus an excellent rating is because of the amenities, specifically transportation to Disney parks. I feel like they should’ve titled it ‘buyer beware’. You have to make the plans yourself, that is to schedule a reservation 24 hours in advance, this includes the return shuttle from the parks. It is important to note that there are standard schedules set, not flexible for times you want to leave and come back.

We liked all the amenities, loved the fire pits, free breakfast is always good, staff was friendly. Housekeeping wouldn't leave washcloths for some reason, we had them the first day then when they replenished we didn't get any for the entire week. We were also working with only 2 half rolls of toilet paper. They didn't restock creamer or some of the sweetners but i think all of that we could have asked for we just didn't have the time to do that and when we realized we needed something it was really late. All of that was minimal inconvenience we actually really liked the place and even though we are normally a devoted Disney property family we would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was spotless...there was a full kitchen minus the stove in my king suite...the pool bar and grille was a nice added touch it was the best food I had while staying in Orlando. The hot breakfast gives a decent variety of options for hot food. Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay the only thing I didn't like was the bedding the top blanket was a lil itchy and the bed was a lil hard for my liking that's the only reason it's not 5 stars

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of options for both kids and adults, and everything was fresh and delicious. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which made our stay even better.

Santiago was an absolute pleasure to work with he was professional, kind, and truly attentive. We will definitely be back!

The room was comfortable and modern. There were a variety of pillows to choose from, and I slept great. The grounds were very nice for this price point. We especially enjoyed the firepits at night and taking our breakfast outside in the morning to one of the many outdoor seating areas. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The room was generally very clean, though housekeeping missed an item of clothing from prior guests that was wedged against the bed frame, and I felt like they could have done a better job cleaning around the bed frame. Breakfast was not great - very long lines and unappealing food. We wound up getting coffee at Starbucks (a short walk) and brought in cereal and fruit from Target (also a short walk). I also wish they had safes in the rooms. Overall, I would recommend this property.

The parks. My only bad experience was about the shuttle I made reservations fot the shuttle but never show up to pick me up from the park so I had to took uber to go back to the hotel.

Only a couple of issues. One dirty washcloth was left in the shower from a previous guest I assume. The shower head needs to be replaced or repaired. And the sink faucet needs to tightened. It wiggles so is difficult to turn on and off with one hand.

The lobby to the hotel was spacious and the breakfast was phenomenal. My picky eaters were able to find something. Pool was too cold to swim but expected. Every hotel staff member was always friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. We had enough towels for the 5 of us which is rare!
