Rooms were clean and useful! I would say the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars was bc I called about 5 times prior to checking in and I just kept getting hung up on. I believe it was the front desk female bc she was there when we arrived. She was friendly in person tho.
There was an even friendlier front desk person who was the most delightful to assist us with conversation and answering any questions we had. I didn’t catch his name but he was your 24 year old front desk worker! Super nice & sweet guy!

The room was in good condition, however upon our arrival there was no hand soap and we reported it twice to front desk and it was never replaced. We also asked them to charge the card that was on file and they didn’t, was told that night audit was the people to blame.

Front desk staff was helpful with the checkin checkout process, breakfast was ok as well.

Great location close to everything and great shops, so my stay was just OK.

The room was terrible. At first glance it looked clean, but it felt like a poorly done renovation — recently updated, yet badly finished. There was an infestation of tiny cockroaches that came out every day and walked around the room. It was awful.

The refrigerator smelled horrible, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Overall, the room needed much better cleaning. If you walked barefoot, your feet would turn black.

Every day I reported the issue with the tiny cockroaches, and they kept promising to move me, fumigate, and deep clean the room. Unfortunately, I had many belongings and was out almost the entire day, so it was very difficult for me to change rooms at the time they wanted — I would only have been able to do it at night. I tried to be flexible based on their promises to fumigate and clean, but nothing improved.

Another issue was that the hotel was oversold, which is why they couldn’t move me when I wanted. Rooms were not cleaned daily — only every four days, or daily if you specifically requested it. And if you forgot to ask, they simply wouldn’t clean it.

Until the very last day, cockroaches kept appearing in both the bathroom and the room. The staff, however, were very kind. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was its personnel.

The room was hot and muggy and stuffy and smelled bad. That was our first impressio. The AC was completely off. The bathroom was filthy, The floors where sticky. The bathtub was so clogged that I couldn't even take a shower after my wife showered because the bathtub was full and would not drain. The lady at the desk gave us the wrong time for the breakfast,so we missed a breakfast.

Hotel was clean, check in was smooth. Beds were just okay a little too firm, biggest issue we had was the amount of noise in the hotel keeping us up most of the night. During check out when mentioned to the front desk, the staff member just said “ next time don’t stay in a room close to the elevator”, like we had a choice in the room we were put in. I had higher expectations for the hotel for the cost we had to pay. Wouldn’t be my first choice when booking in Orlando again.

The hotel was located close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. My room was clean and smelled fresh.
They had amenities I didn’t use. They had a outdoor pool which I saw from my room. They also offered breakfast. I didn’t have the breakfast but it was available if I wanted it.
Check in/out was easy and customer service was great!
I would recommend to stay here.

The room and bathroom was very spacious and well set up. Check in and out was very easy along with friendly staff. Since I got the room with a deal it wasnt bad. However, the walls are paperthin. I could hear my neighbors and the cars on the highway. They only gave us two towels and there was someone else's hair all over them. Water pressure is the shower was very low and the lighting was super dim.

The guy who checked us in, was very professional, I don’t know his name, but he works the evening shift.
He does a great job at Holliday Inn.

The room was great, very clean, so as the beds, very comfortable. We had a good night sleep.

Breakfast was good. Lots of options to choose from.

Air conditioning was great.

I always choose Holliday Inn when ever I travel to Florida or Canada, because of good comfort.
My family and I booked two rooms, due to we came for a funeral.
Over all we enjoyed the stay and looking forward for other time to visit.

The hotel was in a great location next to many eateries and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was easy to navigate inside the hotel. They provided continental breakfast and free parking.

The room was spacious with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Mostly clean. The floor was wet in some area like it wasn’t mopped all the way but we just used a towel to dry . Also there was a water bug that appeared dead in the morning.

Overall beds were comfy and provided the space we needed to rest.

I checked in and had to check out next day because I couldn’t shower. The water had a strong chemical smell which was present in the room as well. They try to cover the smell by using room spray but it made it worst and uninhabitable. Don’t stay here if you regard your health and safety!!! Beds are not comfortable either, it’s like being in a hole.

Our first night at the hotel was fine, the room was definitely smaller than expected and the water park was poorly maintained. But it was tolerable. The next night however was terrible. There was a dog in the room next to ours, which is understandable at a pet friendly hotel, but the dog wouldn’t stop barking. We called the front desk but they were extremely rude and never sent anyone up to the room. It wasn’t until we went down to the front desk that they finally sent up security. The front desk employee and the manager were very argumentative and offered no solution other than to essentially say dogs bark, they have them in the hotel. They were unable to call the people in that room or move them to another room and they were unable to move us. I will never stay at another holiday inn The experience was terrible

Overall, I had a good experience. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were pleased with the overall condition of the property. The receptionist was professional and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and everything looked either brand new or well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked as expected. The room also had a microwave and a small sink, which were convenient.

The only downside was that the fridge did not work.

There was plenty of parking, and the hotel offered free breakfast, although we didn’t use it.

In general, it’s a nice hotel at a good price. The surrounding area isn’t great, but it’s not too bad either.

I checked in only to find out that if you dont pay for your room upfront and wait until you get there. They do not hold a room for you. This is something Expedia needs to disclose to its customers. However, the front desk was able to find me a room. It was clean and updated. It had a mini fridge, microwave, and kcup coffe maker. Only compliant was the shower pressure. It was not the best. Overall it was a great stay.

First key giving to me didn't work. instead of fixing that they changed rooms. Elevator was not working, the other never had indication if it was coming to you. Entering room- was really dark and could not see well, and the temp was set at 79. really hot and took awhile to cool.
