The hotel offers everything you need but it is on the ring road, not allowing guests to walk to the old town despite being less than 20 minutes away.

This hotel is far from the old town and lake, has an odd layout and looks dated. The initial room we were given did not look anything like the pictures; I complained and we were moved to a newer room. Pictures make the place look a lot nicer than it actually is though and could be better cleaned.

This property bills itself as air-conditioned. Even the proprty's road-side sign says only the hotel name and the fact it is air-conditioned (in French).
After checking in, it was hot in the room but we could not get the AC to come on. We contacted the front desk and we're told the system for the whole property would not be turned on for another month!
(Temps outside were already in the 70s).
We asked for a fan. They had none and were not willing to get one for us despite the situation.
We had to go out and buy a fan ourselves. It was either that or change hotels.
We showed the front desk our purchase and we're denied an accommodation until we demanded to speak with the manager. Only then did we demand and receive a free breakfast.

Very good hotel just a short bus ride from the centre of town or a 45 minute walk. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment but the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Onsite parking is very good.The only negative which is only minor is the room does not have a refrigerator.

Nice hotel in the wrong location. At least 30 minutes walk from the lake on a busy motorway. It is suited more to business stay than pleasure. On a positive note, the food quality was high and at reasonably priced.

Hotel was clean, well maintained and very convenient for centre of Annecy. Parking was free and price was half that of some similar hotels. As usual breakfast was overpriced but a light breakfast ( croissant, bread ,jam and coffee was also offered at a reasonable price

This was a last minute booking because our original hotel called us the night before saying they were overbooked. We happily found this Mercure to be close to center and in a quiet area. We were, however, that night, surprised to find animals along the driveway up to the hotel. I'm talking camels, miniature horses, a llama, a donkey…not kidding you. Perhaps a circus in town??We laughed and laughed because it was late and perhaps we were just seeing things. Anyway, we had to be buzzed into the hotel grounds (big plus for security). The restaurant was nearing closing but they were kind enough to take us anyway. The rooms were very clean and comfy. No complaints there. Breakfast was not included in our rate and cost us a whopping 16.50/pp!! It was a cold and warm buffet. There were eggs, sausage, and bacon. You could choose to make boiled eggs. Just seemed incredibly high for what you were offered. I think I would choose against it next time, but for the sake of convenience, we ate on site. We would certainly stay at this hotel again. Never did get an answer about the animals outside. They were still there in the morning when we left.

Do not make a left turn out the hotel toward Annecy. 100 Euro ticket.

We spent two nights here (couple with 5yr old) when touring France from UK. Pool was great for child, location was fine, bus or taxi ride to town (15 Euro for taxi home at night). Excellent service from lovely staff. Nothing to do in immediate surroundings but price reflected that. Def recommend this hotel.

Brilliant value for money!
I was a bit worried about booking this hotel - it seemed very low priced for the area - but it turned out just to be great value for money! Great room, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was fine, loads of free parking - highly recommended! The only slight negative is that the hotel approach is a bit scrappy - it looks like it's on a run-down retail park, but don't be put off by that - it's worth staying there!

The hotel is too far from Annecy to be able to walk there comfortably although bus service helped. Hotel restaurant provided an excellent buffet breakfast but by contrast, evening meal choices very limited and quality of food was disappointing. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We stayed 4 nights and had to work hard to find alternative eating places.

Nice hotel with free parking and a pool with terrace, although I didn't use the pool as the weather was cold. About a 15 min walk into the centre. Annecy is a beautiful place and my only regret was I only stayed there for one night. I will be back and would stay in this hotel again.

Clean, efficient, but a bit tired
hotel and room very clean and tidy, building is somewhat dated however foyer has been modernised and rooms ok. Everything functional, shower over bath a bit awkward and supplies were the bare minimum. Dinner was very good, staff great, however breakfast was ordinary and morning staff to busy clearing the tables for lunch at 8.30am with only 2 settings left as people were coming down. Eggs - maybe they were once, what we got was a porridge like mess, it seems hot breakfast is a challenge in France. Plenty of cheese, bread and cereals if that is your thing. Not a convenient location for tourists, and maybe a hotel for work people as the staff were knocking on the rooms with room service at 5.40am.Why can't they ring them first? Overall ok, but too far from town centre for tourists.

The room is nice and clean. The staff are helpful and nice. However, the hotel is too far away the old town. In addition, the hotel is situated next to the highway that make you difficult walk to the city centre. There is no shuttle bus service from the hotel. It is difficult to get the bus and taxi.

Hôtel correct. Accès un peu hasardeux. Avons eu une chambre au rdc juste derrière la porte du couloir, donnant sur l’entrée et le parking… bof ! Sinon chambre correcte. Dommage que le restaurant soit fermé le week-end ( surtout pour les participants du marathon).

Nous avons passés un bon week end, cependant selon l’heure où le moment a laquelle vous prendrez votre douche, l’eau ne sera pas forcément très chaude, nous avons pris un bain aux alentours de 18h30 et l’eau était plutôt tiède, alors que le soir aux alentours de 22h30 celle ci était brûlante. Sinon le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux, la chambre très propre et confortable.

J'ai l'habitude de venir dans cet hôtel. Avec les mesures covid les prix ont baissé. Par contre, plus de petit déjeuner servi. L'hôtel offre simplement un café et une viennoiserie. Les repas du soir sont servis en chambre avec des produits de qualité

Dans le cadre d'un petit week-end à Annecy j'ai séjourné ici pour 1 nuit. Je n'ai pas testé le restaurant ni le petit déjeuner alors rien à dire à ce niveau.
Concernant la chambre il y avait une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain (type égout) et l'isolation laisse à désirer (bruit dans les couloirs, portes...).
En bref mon séjour a été satisfaisant mais je m'attendais à mieux venant d'un 4*.

L’accueil horrible, la réceptionniste au lieu de nous donner des clés elle parlait au téléphone, nous avons attendu a peu près 10mn , je connais très bien ce milieu car je fais exactement pareil comme elle , la chambre avec pleins des pouciers, quand on appelait en réception ils te répondaient au bout de 5minute , dans la salle de bain pleins de traces, l’hôtel est très vieux et pas du tout 4*
