We overall enjoyed our stay at the Addiago Aparthotel
There was a bit of an issue when we first arrived. We were given a room above a skate boarding event that was happening the whole weekend during our stay , we were not aware of this when we booked
But the wonderful staff member who was on duty each afternoon/night shift during our stay assisted with giving us a room on a quieter side of hotel which was very appreciated and allowed us to be able to sleep as the event went on late in the night with loud music
Also the English Channel wasn’t working so he gave us one morning breakfast as a gesture of apology which I think is absolutely wonderful customer service
The apartment was well equipped and enough space for two
Balcony good size with view of mountains
Apartment was clean
The bed I found a bit hard
Close to bus terminal and train station
Close to a supermarket
Approx 10min walk to lake and old town
Again A big thank you to the guy on duty you went above and beyond customer service it made a stay very enjoyable

It was extremely hot in this room! I would never choose to stay here again. The staff was very friendly and lovely. The restaurant across from the hotel had very loud music until at least midnight on a Thursday night. Definitely not the hotel’s fault but it made my stay even more uncomfortable. The pillows in the room are also terrible. The shower felt dirty and grimy. There was no soap or shampoo or anything of that nature in the shower.

Great Hotel; Extraordinary staff

We spent two nights in Annecy and it was a SUPERB experience. The hotel is located near the bus station and is walkable distance from the old town and nearby mall. The front desk staff, especially Dima, Lina, and Estelle went above and beyond to make our stay very special. They gave us great recommendations, helped with dinner reservations, and actively helped reschedule our transfer. The staff has fluency in English which made communication easier and more pleasant.
We would definitely book again for our next Annecy visit.
Strongly recommend the place.

It is very close to the train station, which is good. And they gave me a full refund (or said they will), which is good.
But, the bad- it smelled and in 3 of the 3 rooms we looked at, there were short hairs on the sheets, like multiple ones. Not sure if it was dog hair or pubic hair or arm hair, but it was gross.

They said they couldn’t change the sheets after we found all of the hair because housekeeping wasn’t there at the time. They did offer me sheets to change beds myself.

I also had asked repeatedly in advance for adjacent or adjoining rooms, and we had rooms on different levels, which was not good since we were traveling together as a large family.

We ended up going to Novotel, right next door, and it was so much better. No smell, better lobby, clean rooms and they were able to put us close together. We stayed two nights there, because that was all that was available, then went to Privilodges Aparthotel Annecy, which was even better. Those rooms were larger (like a living area, bedroom and small kitchen), it was clean and I liked the location way more since we were in the middle of old down town.

The location is great and close to old town Annecy. Staff was also fairly friendly but not overly.

The challenge with the accommodation comes down to the actual bed. It is incredibly uncomfortable. I have stayed in many hotels and this may be the most uncomfortable bed yet.

The room itself was fine. It felt very basic but that's what you're paying for. If you're on a budget, want to be able to walk to everything, and don't mind a tough bed and anesthetics, it will work.

Apartment was nice. Well located and clean. They offer free hot beverages in the lobby. Most of the staff were excellent and helpful although one of the receptionist was constantly acting as though us being there was an inconvenience. We didn't take it personally and I didn't change my review of the complex, just something to note.

LOCATION you cannot fault! So close to old town!
But its showing its age & outside enviro not the most pleasant. It seems any big train station anywhere in the world display social issues of the city. If not for the closeness to old town, would rate it 3 stars at best.
Annecy old town is amongst the prettiest places on earth I have been to & Ive been to many. Only good for 2-night stay max. Limited kitchen facilities. Room overall a bit dark to our liking.

Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge).
WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff.

When we arrived at our room for a 3 night stay we discovered the air conditioning was broken. We alerted the staff and were told someone would look at it, however they never did. We asked again and were just told sorry. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor every time we showered so we had to ask for more towels every day. On our last day there was an awful sewage smell coming from the shower. The location was convenient to the train and a 10-15 min walk to shops and restaurants. But we would never stay in this hotel while visiting Annecy again.

Our apartment space was pleasant.
The microwave handle was greasy to the touch though inside it was clean.
We would definitely stay here again as it was close to the tourist sights. The staff were professional, very courteous and helpful. The ability to leave our luggage for a few hours after we had checked out was a very kind thing that they allow for guests. Thank you Aparthotel Adagio.

1 Elevator was not working. The remaining elevator was slow and small. It was faster to use the stairs to the 4th floor. Dishwasher broke and spilled water onto the floor. Staff was very helpful and responsive.

Decent sized apartment, well maintained and clean apart from the previous occupants putting dirty crockery away. Comfy king size bed. Very small kitchenette area suitable only for minor cooking. Plenty of parking underground linked by lifts directly to the apartments although it costs 13 euros per day. Good location only 10 minute walk to the old town and right next to the train station.

The location is great as it's right next to the train station and a 2 minute walk to the town center where you can dine and shop. Best thing about the hotel is the room size. The washroom is split in two, one has the shower and faucet and the other just a toilet which is a bit of an inconvenience. There are two elevators servicing the whole building and while we were visiting one was out of service, so it took forever to go up and down. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very minimal. And there are no dining options in the hotel, but right across the door there's a Novotel that has a restaurant and a bar so that wasn't a very big inconvenience.

We are in France on a cycling trip and this has been one of the best properties in terms of logistics, convenience to everything else, amenities such as laundry machine, kitchen facilities and huge rooms with balconies. Staff was superb. Thank you so much for a great stay.

The Adagio in Annecy is quite disappointing, compared for instance to the Adagio in Bordeaux Gambetta. I understand that full service was unavailable because of Covid 19 restrictions. But:
The hotel underground parking is very difficult to find;
The rooms are sold as studios, but they are in fact regular-sized rooms with a minuscule kitchen area and no lounge area. Not even an armchair or a sofa
There is a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee or tea are available in the room
Only one large towel and one small towel for a 4 day stay
Bathtub is quite slippery and there is no anti-slippery mat in the bathtub
Room furniture and decoration are quite basic

The apartments were easy walking distance to the sights of Annecy. It was great to have a Nespresso maker in the room and the basics were there is you wanted to do light cooking. The apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. The hallways could use new carpet, the existing ones are quite old and stained, but the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. It was also a short walk from the train station which was handy. We would choose to stay at this place again.

The communal floor carpet was in such a poor condition which did surprise us and as soon as we walked into the room, we discovered black mould in the bathroom and dust fungus on the bathroom vent as well as other vents. The kitchen hood seems that never been looked at before and the last thing was that the room was suffering from the quality you would expect from a 4 star apartment hotel.

Breakfast was varied and good, but get down early to make sure you get what you like as certain things don't get replenished. Will look for Adagio apartments again in other locatiins. Excellent value.

I didn't like the energy efficient lighting system in the hallways. They were dark and made me feel unsafe when entering them alone. The carpet in the hallways needed replacing.

Room was small, but made good use of space - plenty of storage for clothes etc. Would have been a little too small if 2 people wanted to have meals in the room - only one chair. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast reasonable value, but limited number of users means a little less choice than in a hotel catering for larger numbers wanting breakfast.

Tough to get in to if driving. The parking garage is a tight squeeze off of a round about. We were not given a garage entry code prior to check in, so we had to push the call button. Staff then couldn’t locate my name to verify I had a reservation. Turns out my middle name was lasted as my last name. Once in the parking garage it is also a very tight squeeze and does not loop around if you were to drive straight once turning in to the garage. It is a dead end and you have to back up until the beginning of the garage if there is no parking down that aisle to check the other aisle.

The room key also did not work originally. We got up to the room and then had to go back down to activate the key. Once I went back down, that is when the other front desk agent asked if I needed to pay for parking before he would reset my key card. Parking is 12€. I don’t know why the original lady didn’t have me pay for parking, but whatever.

Great hotel, close to city center

Hotel is in a great location and staff was efficient. One item of concern was no electrical outlet in bathroom for curling iron or razor. During our stay our rental car gave out and we received great support from the staff, particularly from Andrew, who went above and beyond to insure we received a new car.
