this place is walking distance from old town, but next to area where new houses arebeing built. Very noisy already at 7:00 am.
Although we xommunicated our arriv time with host and confirmed we arrived, she was not there. After several times of messaging she called and talked us through by phone how everything worked. Also tax we could only pat in cash.

Great stay. Very nice and accommodating staff. About a 20-30 min walk from the train and city center. Unfortunate that there was no hot water at the time of visiting. Couldn't find the washing machine.

The apartment was spacious (more than we expected) and reasonable close to town, but not very clean and missing a lot in comfort and warmth. The rooms were strangely organised (with a desk and two desk chairs in the main bedroom, leaving little space for much else), half the lamps didn't work and some electric sockets seemed to be coming out of the wall - and I wouldn't go there with kids. Overall, it felt like the place was not well looked after and a bit abandoned.

The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped (with cooking utensil, and microwaves etc). It's 10-15mins walk from the train station and there are restaurants nearby. Free off-road parking is a bonus! The hotel is located in the residential area which is quite quiet. Free WiFi.

Nice, clean, large apartment - IKEA furnished
We had a very spacious, clean, and attractive apartment that was upgraded from one bedroom to two because it was available for our two night stay. We had to call the agency before arriving as there is no manned desk; but Sylvia met us promptly and checked us in quickly. We have limited French but Slyvia was very competent with English and very cordial. The queen bed was a little soft for our taste but the twins worked fine. We used the very well stocked kitchen en suite and the free laundry downstairs. The neighborhood is a bit quiet and out of the way, though only a 15 minute walk to excellent shopping and the train station. We did not use the free garage.

It was a convenient hotel not too far from old town. Spacious. The man who welcomed us was very helpful. It was very hot when we stayed and the fact that there was no air conditioning bothered my husband but nit the rest of the family as nights are cooler.

Les Z’ Hirondelles har et bra potensiale. Bra stor leilighet. Beliggenheten er bra, og i gangavstand til den nydelige gamlebyen i Annecy. MEN..renholdet var elendig!! I tillegg til gammelt støv og rusk på soverommet, var det svart muggsopp i dusj hjørner og spor etter gamle såperester på dusj veggene. Teppet på stuen var så møkkete at det burde vært kastet. Da vi kom var det tilfeldigvis en person på huset som kunne gi oss nøkler. Vi fikk beskjed om at huseier/utleier skulle komme, men han dukket aldri opp. I tillegg gikk det ikke an å låse hoveddøren inn til huset, noe som gjorde at vi følte oss utrygge. Første natten vi sov der, våknet vi av at det var uvedkommende som prøvde å komme seg inn i biler som stod parkert utenfor. Så totalt sett vil vi ikke anbefale dette stedet.

Le séjour a été gâché par la proximité de la rocade. Comme il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres et qu'il faisait très chaud ,nous avons laissé les volets entr'ouverts et de ce fait avons passé une très mauvaise nuit dû au bruit incessant des voitures,camions, motos....

Depuis 3 ans, nous retournons dans la résidence des Z'Hirondelles.
Proche de la gare et du centre, elle offre proximité, confort et tranquillité, car située au fond d'une impasse.
Il manquerait juste quelques ustensiles de cuisine, mais cela ne nous gène pas car nous visitons la famille et mangeons sur place. Mais, pour un couple, c'est un peu léger...
Le wifi est un peu lent.
Le dimanche, ne pas manquer le grand marché des vieux quartiers.
La balade du Paquier jusqu'à l'Impérial Palace, en passant par le pont des amours.
Si vous êtes courageux, cheminez jusqu'au petit port à pieds.
Le château a été rénové, il est magnifique, mais maintenant payant ! même la cour intérieure.
L'hiver, le marché de Noël attire de nombreux touristes et la ville s'anime de toute part.
Les grands centres commerciaux (Géant, Auchan, Courrier, carrefour...) vous permettent de vous réchauffer de temps en temps l'hiver et de passer un peu de temps à l'abri par mauvais temps.
Vous pouvez prendre de la hauteur, en prenant le car direction la Clusaz, où vous passerez un très agréable moment dans cette magnifique station.
Attention, vous êtes à l'Est et à 16h30 max l'hiver, il fait déjà nuit !

Les à'hirondelles sont plus un appart hôtel avec des \"chambres\" très spacieuses avec cuisine salon WC et SDB. Très propre, moderne. Les environs ne sont pas exceptionnels mais le centre d'Annecy et le lac ne sont qu'à 15mn à pieds, 5mn en voiture.
Parfait pour les déplacements pro car situé à la sortie de l'autoroute tout en étant proche du lac et du centre ville.
