2 min. walk to catch tram into town. free airport shuttle was convenient. Nice rooms. comfortable bed. Breakfast looked nice, but was expensive, so we did not buy. We were also given free ticket to use on public transportation in Geneva. This was very convenient.

We booked a family room for two adults and two kids. The staff was friendly and helpful (our best highlight) but the property was old and run down, smelly and very hot. The room we were given had a skylight that did not open (no regular windows) and the AC was broken. It was 40 degrees Celsius and we asked for a new room. They gave us two rooms with a full size bed each because there were no other family rooms. The rooms were very very small and uncomfortable. Overpriced for the quality.

AC wasn't working consistently by shutting off in the middle of the night and not resuming operation (may be broken thermostat); there was a particular smell in the area of main lobby; dining area wasn't very tidy.
Otherwise, hotel was OK, staff friendly and helpful. We stayed one night only so there was no real opportunity for the hotel staff to rectify an issues...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location for visitors with car. Parking available, easy access to Annecy and close to highways and roads to make trips in the area. Room was clean. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Outside terrace to relax or eat. Only negative, no fixed wall shower, only hand held.

Only by car!

The hotel is adequate, if expensive for what you get. However, it is almost inaccessible other than by car as it is over 400 metres uphill of the bus stop. Annecy bus service is poor after 2100 and taxis are almost impossible to find after an evening out in the town. The hotel staff were very unhelpful when asked if they would arrange for a taxi - all that was offered was a telephone number that did not work.
I do not expect to visit the hotel again.

Great for a quick night stay.

For what we needed, and the late booking in mid August, during the peak of summer travel/vacationing in the area, the hotel was fine. The rooms were small, the AC was not adequate, but it worked. The maids did not respect the do not disturb signs. The breakfast at the hotel was fine. The staff was always super friendly, and we never had any issues with their service. We would stay again. Easy location not far from town and it was quiet.

Cosy hotel for short stay

It was triple-sharing with one double bed in the main room and a double decker in another room (no door).There was an air conditioner in each room but the one in the double decker room didn't work. They knew about it before we moved in yet didn't seem to have done anything rectify it. We requested for another room but they couldn't. give Provided a fan instead. The hairdryer also didn't work. The elevator doors would sometimes refuse to close and when it descends, it would give a sudden 'plunge' feeling.
But generally,the front desk staff were helpful in other ways and friendly.

Located in a quiet environment. But need own transport to move around. There is a coffee house serving meal throughout the day but I have no time to try it out. Less than 10 minutes drive to Lake Annecy.

Value for the Money

A little difficult to find since we had not visited Annecy for over 20 years. But this hotel redefines the cliche \"value for the money\" especially arriving after several pricey nights in Switzerland. The bathroom looks and feels very modern and the bed was superb. Definitely the best value of all our hotels on this trip.

Functional hotel with very good staff.

The staff were all very good and deserve to be working in a better hotel however the hotel itself isn't up to much. The family room was two double beds crammed into a space not much larger than them. The bathroom still had traces of earlier occupants which is never nice. The electrics seemed to be falling apart and one light was quickly discovered by our youngest child to be giving easy access to the internal cabling. Breakfast was better than it first appeared but at 36€ for our family, a little overpriced. Room had effective airco and wasn't noisy despite looking onto the motorway.

Niveau propreté peut mieux faire et niveau service petit déjeuner aussi …. Buffet sans fruits , 2 croissants qui se battent en duel …. Je suis passé 3 fois pour prendre des œufs brouillés (poêle tjs vide ) sans que le personnel ne s’en rende compte …. Des va et viens continus alors qu’il n’y avait pas grand monde lors de mon passage . Dommage du peu de conscience professionnelle!!!!

Nous sommes venu séjourner à Annecy pour le carnaval Vénitien, c'était parfait.
Seul bémol c'est le service de location de vélos, malheureusement ils n'étaient pas chargés et nous n'avons pas pu en profiter pour nous rendre dans le centre ville.

Un long week-end pour visiter Annecy surpris par l’emplacement de l’hôtel mais enchantés par l’accueil !! A féliciter surtout le petit déjeuner : jamais vu une telle variété une telle fraîcheur et une telle attention de la part du personnel !!

Manque de propreté

La chambre est salle, par terre de la poussière, le wc n’a certainement pas était beaucoup lavé depuis son installation. On peu même y voir de l’urine séchée sur le paquet.
Le plafond de la salle de bain prend la moisissure. Je ne m’attendais pas ça en réservant surtout que le hall est plutôt beau et semble propre. Le seul point positif dans cet hôtel est la gentillesse des hôtesses.

Hotellet virker slidt og lidt træt. Meget lille værelse med vindue mod parkeringsplads og motorvejsafskærmning.
Morgenmadsbuffet blot middel - der mangler sprit alle vegne ift almindelig hygiejne. Kaffen ringe fra dårlig maskine.

La chambre, l'établissement sont très propres.
Les hôtes/hôtesses d'acceuil sont super.
Nous avons pu profiter de la balnéo et sauna qui sont très propre aussi.
Petit plus pour le billard, babyfoot,... à disposition.

Le lieu est assez calme malgré la proximité avec la voie rapide.
L'hôtel est à 35min à pied du lac.

Tres déçue, j'avais réservé cet hotel car il y avait un spa. Quelle fut ma surprise quand on m'a annoncé un prix de 68€ pour une heure !
Aucune mention de ce tarif sur hotel.com ni sur leur site...impression de m'être fait rouler !
La situation géographique est pratique, mais ce qui implique une proximité très sonore avec la voie rapide.
Propreté de la table en apparence mais il ne faut pas bouger le plateau ou se trouve la bouilloire...
