Very accommodating staff, we arrived early and we were able to obtain our room. Rooms were clean but very strange layout, quite compact. Large deck attached to the room. Breakfast was adequate. Excellent location near historic area, close to a variety of restaurants.

Wonderful 4 night stay. One bedroom, No 8, on ground floor. Very quiet. Privilodges is in Centre Ville, 10 minutes from the lake, less than that to Vieille Ville. Excellent reception (Philippe), preceded by excellent, speedy communication and replies to questions before arrival. Walking distance from train station. Friendly, helpful staff. The one bedroom had everything we needed: plenty of space to move about, cabinets and hangers, kitchen equipment. Time on terrace was pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed every minute. We did not need parking.

Even though the weather in Annecy was rainy, the friendly staff made our stay much better. They kindly let us check in early, and the parking was convenient. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding. The location also doesn’t get better than this. Do note that guests need to take out their own garbage, but overall a very pleasant stay!

Very nice 2-night stay in Annecy. Staff is courteous and professional, I was able to do laundry, although it was bit pricey to use the washer/dryer, it was very nice to wash clothes after 3 weeks of travel. Nice little in-room kitchenette.

Good location

The hotel is at a very good location, just at the edge of town center, walking distance to the attractions. The room has a small kitchen with microwave, stove and small fridge plus utensils. It has a few parking spaces in front the hotel but was not available for us. The public parking garage is not far from the hotel though.

Huge Great room at top of property, AIR CONDITIONING 🙏👍 / beautiful views , very helpful staff / great food / location / breakfast outside next to lake…perfect
Two small issues
1. hotel parking 10 mins walk away & slight issue parking near hotel to drop of luggage first !
2. Lift is only on 1st floor to second floor… so you have to walk up stairs to get to lift & then walk up stairs to top room..!! Only issue if you can’t do stairs..
would highly recommend.

This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!

The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!

This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure!

Property was maintained well but nothing more than expected. Very little storage space for luggage. Not enough parking spaces on property for everyone. Extremely hard to get to due to one way streets and traffic set-up around the hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

This property is a great location, clean and quiet. The stove top in my room did not work and when I asked at the desk I was told someone would be up in a few minutes. They never arrived. It was not always easy to find staff to get more toilet paper etc so make sure you do t leave it till the last minute.
I would stay again, it was clean and the location was great.

Amazing to get a super nice apartment for better price than a hotel room. LOVED being on upper floor with own large balcony/deck. Located in heart of endlessly lovely Annecy. If you have a car, reserve onsite parking, reasonably priced and a real luxury there. Only negatives: ran out of hot water one night, and there could be better storage.

Picture is a little deceptive - i thought it was the view form the room, but it is actually the view from the breakfast common area.
Breakfast was nice but pricey for what you got.
Room and bed was nothing special.

it is charming, clean and conveniently located for sightseeing.
The room was on the 4th floor and its elevator only goes to the 3d floor. we had skies and heavy luggage that we need to drug up the stairs. Fortunately, when we were leaving, an employee helped us with the luggage

Well-located just a few blocks from the train/bus station and a block or so away from the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-appointed Aparthotel. Modern bathroom with heated towel rack. A nice renovated building with character inside. I will happily stay here if I return to Annecy.

The front desk staff couldn’t have been more accommodating…..Svetlana, Lisa, Roxanne and the young man we saw the first day were SO helpful!
Breakfast was delicious….and the breakfast room very clean! The young lady from Madagascar was SO sweet!
The only mishap was not cleaning our room one day.
The matter was quickly taken care of.
We would not hesitate to visit Privilodges again in the near
future.

Excellent property. Very nice employees who were helpful. Clean, everything seemed new. Good layout of rooms and amenities for our family of 4.

Only minor issue, and not the property's fault, there was a homeless woman who had camped out in the front on the street. She clearly had a mental health issue so it was sad to see her in that state. Many people would stop and try to give her assistance, including the city service workers. A good reminder to be grateful for what you have.

If we ever visit Annecy again I would return.

Great location and very comfortable double room with cooking facilities. Only minor disappointment was lack of car parking (15 spaces apparently none available, but observed many free spots last & first thing in the morning). That said, remote parking was only a few minutes walk with a hotel discount too.
Som renovation were in progress on the stone stairway, but this didn’t distract from a very good value sand quality stay in Annecy.

Very helpful and friendly stuff, thanks for connectors with US electronic. Umbrellas was usefull. We rent a studio first with luck of siting area and very small room, not like a pictures shows. And we were able to update for better apartment for little price. The breakfast area has a beautiful view terrace. We like good choice of tear, cheese and bread.

This is a very well located property in the heart of Annecy, allowing quick exploration during our one-night stop. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which was very spacious and quiet.
Although the hotel has a limited number of spaces in its parking lot, we ended up parking at a nearby underground city parking which turned out to be more economical. The hotel offers a discount making the overnight parking stay free, and pay the difference during day hours.

Accommodations were wonderful. Lovely view of old town Annecy from window. Breakfast was very good. Lovely Terrace was open for breakfast and throughout day. Parking was very convenient right on property. Limited spaces, so you must request a space as soon as possible. Walk 1/2 block and you are right in Old Town Annecy. Also close to Lake Annecy access. We loved our stay in Annecy.

This apartment was very close to the centre of Annecy, the railway station, gare routiere, the lake and numerous restaurants were only a few minutes walk away. My room was spacious and very well equipped, the breakfasts were excellent and I enjoyed mine on the outside balcony. Altogether my no frills stay was perfect.
Only downside, the bedside light controls in room 309 were nowhere the bed.

Location is perfect - about 3 blocks from the train station and 300m to the lakeshore for great views and walking. The rooms are simple, but spacious with an excellent shower and for the price in that area, an excellent value. Ambling home through cobbled streets of the old town is easy after some wonderful Savoyarde food.
