We arrived just before 4.30pm and our room wasn’t ready. The owner made me a hot chocolate while we waited. The room itself was nicely appointed with a fireplace but was not totally clean crumbs around the cooker and kitchen and a few hairs on the bed. The description had said 2 local bottles of wine were included but that was not the case and when we asked the owner referred us back to Expedia.
The room was priced around 278 euros which was overpriced for the room
Breakfast was basic with a few croissants and some juice and bread and jams .. overall very disappointing

The unit was very nice, the check-in was very effective, and the location is great. I didn’t like the fact that there was nobody 24hours available to address any problems that may arise, the breakfast was quite poor (almost no protein and the protein it had was plain yoghurt), the coffee machine didn’t work. These complaints must be seen in the context of the price, for the price paid I expect much more.

The property is very nice but this definitely does not have the amenities and services of a five-star hotel. First of all it is a private residence. There is no concierge, no front desk, no spa, no gym, I know other rooms beside the rooms you stay in. The rooms are very nice but are missing some basic things especially since they rank themselves that's why I start. There was no lotion, no conditioner, and that toiletries were not luxury. Just average. They included breakfast it's just a basket of bread and jam they didn't leave at the door with some yogurt and butter. The residence does not have its own parking. You have to use private parking but at least it's close to the residence. The manager of the restaurants downstairs is the part-time property manager and he is friendly and nice but he's not there when the restaurant is closed. If you need something then call the number on the reservation you will get someone who will have to ask somebody else and get back to you for anything you need. This is more like a VRBO. The steam feature and the shower is nice but does not qualify this as a spa property. Location is great and overall we have a good stay but the descriptions of the property need to be updated so that expectations are realistic.

I would have preferred better instructions for where to park and how to find the hotel, which is not well marked. Also, we received in email the day of our arrival requesting 30 minute notice before arrival. As we were driving and sightseeing all day, we did not check emails. It would have been better to provide all this information, including the request for 30 minute notice, at the time we made our reservation.

Great place especially for first time visitors

These apartments are located in the old Annecy. They have been renovated to modern standards but maintain many of their old-time characteristics and architecture.
The location is fantastic because you just leave and start exploring the old town. Almost all of the landmarks are within walking distance. Since there's a small kitchen you can also shop at the local markets and enjoy a quick meal at the apartment. Also, every morning a generous basket of pastries and yogurt is left at the door. Overall, this is a perfect place to soak up the local city vibe.
A thing to bear in mind is that the hotel is not accessible by car, which can be an issue if carrying a lot of luggage. There is however a reasonably priced underground parking 1-2 min walk away.

If anybody could find anything to complain about this wonderful place I would be totally amazed. We were even upgraded form a 4 sleeper to a 6 which was amazing. Unfortunately the hammam was not working but in the grand scheme of things that was not a problem at all. My grandchildren adored the place as my daughter and I did. Take me back there on the way back please!!!!!

The cafe that they manage on the ground floor has an amazing Apple Strudel and croissants, the highlight is definitely their hot chocolate.

This hotel has only 5 rooms - but they are multiple bedroom suites. Ours was 3 floors with a bedroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is in the heart of the old town. We loved the hotel, the decor and its layout. We had air conditioning and 1 full bath and a half-bath (toilette). It was perfect and the host (Alexandria) was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time in Annecy.

Awesome stay - location is in the center of old town and activities - no long walking anywhere, plus the rooms are quiet. All entities were top notch. But, what was over the top were the staff at the waffle house checking you in. They ere awesome! very attentive, courteous, did their best to understand my English. Will stay here again. The owner has put a lot of work inti the rooms and it shows.

Three floors in the heart of Annecy!

Overall I enjoyed our stay. I was disappointed that the advertised \"steam room\" didn't work and there were some very minor things that need repair but other than that, it was spotless and the location is amazing. The gentleman who attended to our needs was extremely nice and hospitable.

I contacted this hotel prior to arrival to arrange a car to meet us at the airport and the manager assured me that one would be waiting. It was not. This caused me to have to arrange last minute transportation from Geneva to Annecy which cost almost double what it should have. I complained and was told that it was the driver’s fault. They said they upgraded my room and when I complained that I hadn’t asked for a room upgrade but a ride was told they “understood” The basket of food on the second morning contained milk that had been opened and was half empty. The shower smelled musty. The sofa and area rug were stained.

Better call before you get their! No GPS, No A/C

It is hard to get to the location. I did not know that I have to park somewhere and walk for 30 minutes to find their tiny door! Then you have to call a cell phone to have the receptionist come from another building, and give you the direction where to park and how to get to the hotel walking!

On top of that, I had to spend the night with a broken a/c. Once I contacted them, they said it is Saturday night and we won’t be able to fix before Monday morning! My trip to Europe was for 11 nights and this was my worst night. We did not stay longer in Annecy because of what happened. It was the most expensive night I have ever paid through my hotels account for almost the last 10 years, and unfortunately the worst,

Very friendly and competent staff, great hospitality! while booking I was surprised about the upper rates for lodges compared to 5 star hotels ... and ... Excellent and caring hospitality from all the team, room up grade, free bottle of wine for a little issue and direction to free parking ..: didn't attend this kind of high end hospitality - well done - all the family was very happy and we will come for sure back to this beautiful and cozy Annecy!

The property is not 5*, not 4*, not 3*.
The apartment is tiny, with low ceilings, many stains/dirty spots on the sofa,
no table lamps on the 3rd floor in the second bedroom, bad mattresses/pillows/linens,
the messy wires all around TV sets ...etc.
There is no concierge at all.
We had to wait for 40 minutes on a very busy street with our car before the manager showed up to let us in the garage.
Nobody answered the phone during this time (5 pm Saturday).
I went to the apartment, but nobody opened the door there either.
When the manager finally arrived, he said that he gave our apartment to another guest. He did not ask his name before checking him in!???
The guest used the shower and the toilet, and there was nobody on duty to clean the mess. So it took another 30 minutes before the place was prepared for us.
Needless to say, our stay in Annecy was ruined, and we had to find another hotel to stay in. We moved out a day earlier.
I wrote to Expedia about our problems, but nobody got back to me so far.
I am deeply upset with the Expedia putting such a terrible property as a 5*, charging premium rates, and totally ignoring our complaints.

So, we arrived early and understood that we could not get into our room immediately. But we had to wait, the two staff seemed confused. The website was all about personalized visits and the website showed a lobby where you could consult with staff...there was no such place where we were.
We had to ask for coffee and milk. It was super noisy for sleep. The balcony was sooooooooo dirty with bird excrement. We liked the hotel, location was great, but it was by no means a 5 star accommendation, which from time to time we stay...we most often stay in 4 Star...this accommendation seemed between a 3 and 4 star accommendation.

The manager is wonderful and truly one of a kind in terms of personal attention. The rooms are large and very clean. The bathroom and shower is wonderful with a steam room option. The fireplace in the room is a great touch as is the complimentary cheeses and baguette. The beds are very, very, comfortable. Only one issue is the location makes for a loud evening (shopkeepers close late so quite noisy around midnight). Sleeping with the windows open would be very, very, difficult. That being said, this was a great place and I would not hesitate to stay here once again.

This was a spectacular property in the heart of the center (old town). It was thoroughly modern without losing any of the medieval charm of the building and the area. We walked to restaurants easily as there were many fantastic choices right outside our doorway. We were pleased to see that there was a Saturday flea market all along the center. The management was very attentive an made our stay extraordinary by all of the attention to detail. Thank you for the fresh baguette and cheeses!

This was a fantastic property in Annecy - a beautiful, modern mini-condo right in the middle of the oldest part of Annecy. Comfortable bed and pillows, coffee maker, fridge, stove, microwave, terrific bath, and a basket of lovely items for breakfast each morning. There is no place I will stay other than Les loges. The staff was so helpful too. Annecy is beautiful. Les Loges is the place to stay.

Lovely location. The owner/manager was nice and good. I stayed in Room 1. It is okay, but not really special. The bed is not okay. Two twin beds pulled together on some contraption, with a metal bar in the middle and it creaked and made sounds enough to wake me up when I was sleeping. That bed was not a $400 a night bed. Not even close. I had a nice time, but I would not stay here again.

Amazon find in old town Annecy

If you are visiting Annecy, staying in old town is a must. Les Lodges was amazing, Cedric was very responsive to all our needs. The rooms were clean, with lots of amenities (great shower with steam room!) and the kitchenette was adorable with everything we needed to prepare breakfast (with fresh fruits and breads from the markets just outside the door!) there were also all the best restaurants in Annecy steps from the front door. Can’t say enough good things, and can not wait to go back!

If you wish to be based in the old centre of Annecy, the location of these apartments couldn't be better. We woke up on Tuesday morning to find a wonderful locals market full of delicious fare to taste. You also have coffee and bakery shops plus many good restaurants right on the doorstep. A leisurely walk to the lake side is 5 minutes. The one thing you don't have is lake views but on this occasion we didn't mind. It was 2 weeks before Christmas and we were more interested in being in the thick of things! The apartment we had was No 5 - a triple floored suite that sleeps 6 (two double beds and one large sofa bed). The gas fire was very welcome, as was the coffee machine, milk frothing machine, fridge, dish washer etc. The apartment is small but beautifully formed with beams in the ceiling and lovely wooden fittings. The heating was very efficient as you can control it yourself. There is a shower & hammam in the main bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.

My husband and I enjoyed three days in Annecy. This hotel was a perfect location--central, but quiet, and close to the best restaurants in the old town. The kitchen allowed us to have breakfast in the room and save the cost of eating breakfast out. The elevator was not working two of our three days, but that was the only problem we had. The air conditioning worked great, and the manager was very helpful.

Comfortable Room in Great Location

We were here for 1 night and stayed in the standard room. The room consisted of 1 king bed, bathroom with towel warmer and stand up steam shower, kitchen area, and dinning nook. Overall we were quite pleased. We arrived in Annecy around 8a via train. Originally we were concerned about what to do with our bags until the 4p check-in. The worry was not needed, because we were able to drop our bags off by 9a at the attached craperie (which is also where you check-in) and we were in the room by noon (4 hours early). This was a huge relief as it was raining most of the day.
The room itself is well sized with 4 windows that open out to the streets, there is a surround sound music, TV, and an adjustable bed. Overall the room is VERY tech savy, which at times was both fun and frustrating... but mosty fun.
The biggest positive to me, was the dinning nook. Originally I didn't think we'd use this part of the room at all, but we used it a lot. Primarily because of the rain. We grabbed a few bottles of wine at a nearby store and sat here with the windows open drinking wine, and enjoying a delicious crape from the store downstairs.

Could not be happier with our stay at Les Loges in Annecy. Haute Savoie at its finest. We were very pleased by the apartment. It was spotless, fully equipped with lots of nice touches. The hotel staff were superb and very caring. The hotel provided excellent value in a stunning location. We went in late September and the weather was perfect but a little earlier in the season might be even better. Annecy itself is a gorgeous and unique spot. I would definitely recommend Les Loges for a stay in Annecy.

Not as the pictures from size point of view

The apartments are very very very small comparing the pictures,
Yes it's nice and clean but very small and the Ceiling is very low.
The location is inside the old town, so if you have more luggage it won't be easy to reach the hotel.
Regarding the maintanance the elevator was out of order and we were in the theird floor.

Pas du tout un 5 etoiles notamment parce que le service etait tres problematique (femme de menage qui vide les bouteilles à moitié pleines dans le frigo, serviettes enlevées non remplacées etc, pas un jour sans qu’on doive aller en bas réclamer quelque chose), les aménités ne marchaient pas (cheminée et hammam en panne). Par contre idéalement situé et assez cosy. Ne payez pas ce prix si vous cherchez un 5etoiles ou du services. Uniquement si vous pensez qu’être en plein corur d’Annecy vaut ce prix

Die Lodge war ein Traum. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Frühstück wurde in einem Korb vor die Türe gestellt. Der Besitzer vom Bistro unten hat uns alles gezeigt. Er war sehr nett. Koffer können abgestellt werden. Super zentrale Lage. sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.
Einzig wurde ein Gratisparkplatz versprochen, davon wusste niemand was.

Le logement est très beau, atypique dans un cadre sympa. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le surclassement en chambre triplex. Nous avons été bien accueilli. Calme et bien équipé. Beaucoup de charme avec sa cheminée. Très bonne literie. Petite cuisinette bien équipée. Le ménage devrait être plus soigné. Certaines prises ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le hammam, tellement dommage. Nous avons sollicité l’agence par sms (comme proposé) mais aucune réponse. Lors de l’arrivée, la réservation du petit déjeuner n’apparaissait pas sur leur registre. Finalement, le souci réglé rapidement, nous l’avons convenu le lendemain à 8 h. Le lendemain, nous avons dû le réclamer (plusieurs fois car pas de réponse), car il avait été oublié. Nous avons attendu 1 h 30. Heureusement qu’il était délicieux, livré en chambre dans un panier.
Pour un logement de ce standing, plusieurs améliorations seraient à prévoir.

이호텔은 올드타운 중심부에 있어 차로 접근이 불가능함. ANNECY 주차장에 주차하고 체크인을 하고 호텔에서 약 100미터 떨어져 있는 엘리베이터를 이용해서 짐을 가져와야함. 주차장은 매우협소하고 낮아서 주차하기는 매우어려워서 주의를 요함

This is not a \"normal\" 5 star hotel, but an old building in Annecy's Old Town with a couple of apartments managed by two ladies who operate from other locations, which causes some communication and service challenges... and problems. So, do NOT expect a 5 star hotel experience!

Les Loges are very centrally located in the Old Town so you cannot reach it by car. Their \"parking\" is a public garage three
