The location was handy, for the station, the lake and many areas to walk, which was why I picked this, plus the Campanile hotels are reasonably priced. The WiFi was extremely slow, but the breakfast was okay. A good option for a mid-price stay and close to my favorite restaurant for the visit, Chez Ingalls, which is open all afternoon.

When I went to leave the parking it wouldn’t accept my ticket to pay.
No worries one young staff member said she would walk over with me and call from ticket machine and clear it all up. I don’t speak French so she was a blessing to make things easy.

Breakfast staff was very rude, reception staff were both ever so nice. The whole building was old and the room looked old too. Location was perfect, very close to the centre and not noisy

Room is rather stark. But for the price it is a good deal. Great location and clean. Plus the provided breakfast was more than expected, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. As most places is France, you had to use public parking, but the parking was close by and the hotel provides a good discount on the parking.

This is an inner city hotel, so I wasn't expecting the rooms to be large, or even moderately sized. That said, the bathroom is bigger than some I've stayed in. The lift though, is comically small. Certainly not one to use if you're afraid of tight space.

Stayed for 5 nights. Affordable, easy access to the town and lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available at a reasonable price. The only thing I will say is the walls are thin, but overall it was a lovely stay!

I guess, you get what you pay for.... the room smelled with mold or something like this, no safe. Not possible to set AC lower than 22C, message comes up ECo - they are eco-friendly. The staff is excellent, friendly and very helpful, no issues there. The breakfast is ok, by US standards - excellent.

Although I can see that the cleaning staff tried their best to clean the bathroom, it was still showing molds on around the edges of the tub/shower area. The toilet shows stains and dirty. Carpet in the room looks very dated and does not looked like it gets vacuumed that often. The duvet cover looked old. Everything just was very dated. The hotel room really needs to be updated. Overall, not a comfortable stay. No fridge in the room and internet connection was poor.

If you are coming in your own car, there’s no parking. Hotel shares with a public parking which can randomly be closed. There’s not even a bay for offloading luggage. It was really nice being able to get off the train with heavy bags and make it to the hotel in under 5 minutes walking. Easy walk to all of the sites. Very clean and comfortable hotel, with plenty of space in the rooms and very modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The desk staff couldn't have been friendlier! They were all wonderful and if you don't speak, their English is perfect too! The hotel is less then a 5 minute walk from the station and a 3 minute walk into town. You can get to the lake in less than 10 minutes. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The photos are misleading: rooms are small, have shabby decor and smell. A bad odour is present in many of the corridors and in both the rooms we had. The staff tried to sort things out for us but there was not much they can do when all rooms appear to be in the same unfortunate state. The area is lovely but don’t book this hotel!
