Air conditioning was not working in my room on the 5th floor! No room phone, Bathtub was too high for this old woman to step into. I am 73 with knee problems. Only one handicapped room in the hotel which staff said and it was booked. Will not be back.

I am not going to accept this hotel as 4 star. Its no where near 4 star. In room first of all they dont have fridge no safe locker no cupboard no cattle just 2 bottles of water.

It was a great location, you have Neu-Isenburg Shopping Centre at the doorstep of the Hotel! Bus and Taxi Service are right there too! Frankfurt City Center is 20 min with taxi. I really enjoyed my stay there!

I liked the rooms, I liked that you can get a few English speaking news channels on the TV and liked most of the parking facilitys. Need a card reader in the park haus to access the hotel after hours and after the current remodeling is completed it will be a very nice hotel.

Perfectly serviceable hotel.

Area wasn't great but I was there for a business meeting and I could walk there from here. So couldn't ask for more. Its a German hotel with German style beds, which I don't find that comfortable. I was in German so what else did I expect. Staff were helpful. Allowed me to check in 3 hours early. Room was a good size. I felt comfortable there. Think I had the best room in the place. I was on the top floor and had a terrace. Perfectly serviceable hotel.

Hotel was pleasant overall. Central Air conditioning was bit too hot for our comfort - we had to leave the window open all night, which meant we could hear the street noise. A bit surprised that there wasn't a fridge in the room ( common in Europe?). Breakfast was very good in terms of variety and tasty.

Good hotel for business trips

Only stayed for two nights on business trip so room size not as critical, but they are a bit smaller than usual for this standard. There is a restuarant but not much of a menu but what there was tasted good and well presented. Would be happy to use again as it is convenient for my work and if you want varied choices it it close to several restaurants

Nice and modern hotel with good breakfast. Room and toilet are quite big for Germany standard. Nice shopping mall across the street. Free wifi but underground car park is not free. Booked a non-smoking room but was probably given a smoking room because the room smelled like smoke/cigarette.

While the Mercure itself was only slightly better than OK as far as rooms go, the location is excellent and the service was outstanding. Hotel Shuttle from FRA would be a nice adition, though nearby bus service is frequent, inexpensive and reasonably quick. Look for Jacques wine shop for a great selection at incredible prices. Close to the hotel, but a little tough to find. Very knowledgeable English speaking staff in what looks like a shack but don't be put off by the external apearance.

Great value for short stay near the airport.

I travel to Frankfurt on business often, I would recommend the Mercure Neu-Isenburg as a very good value for business traveller. However it is best if you have your own car. Location is outside of the citry centre. A 17euro taxi ride or a 15 minute walk to catch a tram to Frankfurt downtown core. The airport is a 15 minute, easy drive from the hotel. Rooms are modern decor, clean and quite spacious. Breakfast is top notch as expected in Germany.

EXCELLENT stay

Overnight stay before flying from Germany to US.
We asked 2 different staff at desk for directions to airport, and were given cursory, unclear, unhelpful answers, subsequently getting lost.
Great hotel comfort, cleanliness, decor, and fabulous breakfast. Dinner was slow to be prepared, but delicious.

Not an Airport Hotel

This Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel is not close to the airport property and, to make matters worse, unlike other airport hotels, does not offer an airport shuttle. Instead traveller's have to take a 25 Euro cab each direction!!!! Given that the room cost approx 70 Eur, total cost including cab back and forth was 120 Euro. If I had of known that, I wouldve stayed at a more expensive room on the airport property.

This hotel is located approx 7 kms from the Frankfurt airport and a similar distance from the city. Good for airport transfers, and used by Trafalgar Tours. A tram is located 20 minute walk away which takes you to the city. This hotel is good for a one or two night stay, but city location is better for longer stays.

Very good for airport transit lay-over

Hotel allowed me 10 AM check in and same day check out because of my plane schedule.

Hotel does not provide airport shuttle but hotel staff were very helpful and gave me information for local bus which was inexpensive and convenient.

I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Hyvä sijainti, jos vaikka haluaa mennä katsomaan jotain mega-konserttia(kuten itse tein) Frankfurtin stadionille, joka on noin 5-6km päässä.

Autolla liikkuen myös motarien rampit ovat hyvin lähellä. Parkkihalli oli hotellin alla ja maksoi 16€. Kadullekin olisi varmaan voinut lähistöllä parkeerata ilmaiseksi.

Huone oli erittäin siisti ja nykyaikainen.Ei yhtään kulunut, vaan tuntui ihan uudelta. Sänky ehkä jopa liiankin pehmeä omaan makuun, mutta hyvät unet siinä sai ja ei selkä kipeytynyt yhtään nukkuessa.

Muita palveluita, kuten aamiaista tai ravintolaa en käyttänyt, joten niistä en osaa mitään sanoa.

Hotel ist gut gelegen wenn man in den Deutsche Bank park will.
Zimmer sind groß und sauber, leider hat die Klima überhaupt nicht gekühlt und man muss für den Gym nochmal extra zahlen.
Ansonsten alles super. Personal sehr nett und alles ist sauber.
Park Garage ist auch gut!

事前にオンラインチェックインをしており到着後のルームキー受け取りと支払いは非常にスムーズで良かった。
部屋の冷蔵庫の中に前の利用者のものと思われるカット野菜（袋が開いた状態）が残っており異臭を放っていた。

Wir möchten uns beschweren über Frau Anastazia von der Reception.
Sie hat uns nicht bei Check in informiert dass die Heizung defekt ist.
Wir wurden erst informiert als wir uns beschwerten über Kälte im Zimmer.
Erst nach dem wir ein geheiztes Zimmer bzw.einen Hotelwechsel verlangten,bekamen wir zwei Heizkörper aufs Zimmer.
Frau Anastazia hat kein Einfühlvermögen im Umgang mit Gästen,ist unkompetent im Gegensatz zum anderen Hotelpersonal.

Wir hatten zwei Nächte im Mercure, vor und nach unserem Langstreckenflug von Frankfurt. Das Hotel hat ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das Team war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir haben nur einen minus Punkt - es gibt zwar eine einstellbare Belüftung ,diese bringt jedoch viel zu wenig Kühlung in den Raum wenn es draußen zu warm wird .

Ansonsten voll und ganz weiter zu empfehlen!

Synes ikke hotellet lever op til sine 4 stjerner. Aircondition på værelset virkede ikke. Rengøring skulle bestilles separat. Ville man have rene håndklæder/ekstra toiletpapir, skulle man selv hente dette på gangen. Dog var der en rigtig fin morgenbuffet.
