I’m writing to request a refund for our hotel stay booked through Expedia, starting July 18. We checked in but were forced to leave immediately due to unsafe, unsanitary conditions and false advertising. The pictures portrayed is not what you walk into.
Upon arrival, the lobby had a strong chemical odor that worsened on our floor—like rotting food, and chemicals. Our room smelled even worse. The tile floors were sticky and wet, the fridge smelled terrible, and the window only opened half an inch. The hallway was just as bad, so we couldn’t ventilate the space.
The shower wouldn’t drain and the toilet handle was broken, making the bathroom unusable. The front desk said the hotel was full and offered us a broken bottle of air freshener, telling us to fix the issues ourselves.
Due to health concerns and the unlivable conditions, we couldn’t stay. No one was at the front desk when we tried to check out. That night, we called Expedia to report the issue and request a refund. We were told the hotel needed to approve it. We called the hotel twice—no help the first time, and the second time, they refused a refund.
We had to find another hotel at our own expense. This room was clearly uninhabitable, and we are asking Expedia to step in and issue a full refund. We can provide documentation if needed.

not have anything within walking distance. It is way off the expressway and I would not recommend to my worst enemy after the way I was treated. In addition they still charged me for 2 nights I did not stay because they threw me out on Friday and charged me money instead of giving back my security deposit.

Waited about 20 min for staff to show up to check in during normal business hours. Tv remote was missing & floors were sticky. This place is more intended for people looking to stay long term rather than a few days. No matter what time of day, hallways were filled with somekind of smell, I believe maybe cooked food but unsure as well as someone could be heard having loud or argumentative conversations in their own room.

I was impressed that the hotel had security separating the lobby to the guest rooms. What I wasn’t fond of was the other guest behaviors through the hallway , and how the room had a foul order.. The window had a stopper that only allowed you to open the window a couple inches creating it difficult to clear the air of the smell. We checked out early to find other accommodations more Suitable for our needs.

Smells like a skunk on fire. Beds are from a prison. This is not your ordinary hotel. This is a refuge for those in desperate need for a place to stay. If that’s where you are in life then proceed. If you have options, make this your last. Staff was very nice and helpful as they could be but don’t expect turndown service or towels. You will need a car. Office closes at 11~ish…sometimes. Bring candles, incense or some type of spray. Enjoy your stay.

Checking in was relatively easy, staff were nice, room was mostly clean, and overall decently dog friendly. However concrete would have been more comfortable than the bed in our room. Guests outside smoking within 2 ft of the door meant that you had to walk through a cloud to get inside, on top of just how loud everyone was there. We averaged 4 hours of sleep at night regardless of how long we laid in bed. It wasn’t restful and we won’t be returning

The stay went great, except the big issue that there were two very bad pillows for two people, and the front desk says that they had no extra pillows - there's a pillow shortage, somehow, and they haven't had extra pillows for months. So my sleep was terrible, and ruined the stay.

The receptionist didn’t know online prepaid procedures, and I was almost double charged.
She ended up called manager and got things straighten out, however, 4 people still waiting behind me at this time.

The worst experience I ever had at a hotel
From the very beginning the check-in was fine the girl behind the desk was friendly and checked me in and a timely manner. Immediately after that everything went downhill, first when we entered the room it was obviously visible the room was not cleaned before we walked in there. The floors were dirty and sticky, there was food splatters on the wall and the bathroom door, there was some white chemical powder around the whole perimeter of the room and the bathroom it was on the walls and the floor, I then realized that there was cockroaches everywhere in this room live ones and dead ones I have pictures to back it up, the upstairs guests on the floor above us had six people in that room and three of them were young children running around from 5:00 a.m. till 11:00 p.m. thumping the walls and the ceiling so loud it was miserable to be there. We made numerous complaints to the management for 10 days straight and they did absolutely nothing about it at all none of them all five of the people we talked to and their management never contacted us back to ask what the issues were, their management is useless. Apparently after me complaining for the 10th time about that noisy family above us they told us that children were not even allowed to be in rooms on the top floor numerous times they told us this but never did they do anything about it until the night before I left because I was so pissed off I could not deal with it anymore. They never even tried to move us to a quieter roomwhat they did do was lie to us and do nothing I will never stay at that dump ever again. There's also more issues this supposed to be no smoking on the premises inside this building or within a certain distance of the entry doors but that was not followed either even their management was standing in the entry door smoking cigarettes.That place is a joke. You could not walk in or out of that building without choking on cigarette smoke from at least five people standing there within two steps of the front door, that is completely ridiculous. I also wanted to mention that only after we checked in and asked if the room was ever going to be cleaned they told us no that they would clean it when we leave, and that the two bathroom towels that they had in the room is the only two we were going to get for the whole two weeks day also only two washcloths for 2 weeks, and only two rolls of toilet paper for the whole two week period that was never said to us before we checked in. Also we were never even offered a freak breakfast or even a coffee during our whole state the whole time but yet they advertise they count you free breakfast that was a lie also. That was the worst day I ever had at any hotel in my life. And finally while trying to download pictures of all the Cockroaches their website suddenly says the pictures are invalid to download. These people are scammers.

How did they not know on booking?
We booked a handicap room with a roll in shower. I was disappointed that the room was a standard room. I went to the front desk and showed her our confirmation and she stated they had no rooms left. To her credit, she scrambled and found one that was being cleaned, but wasn’t a roll in.
On a separate note…there was something gross like food hanging from the blinds in the first room and the bathroom looked like it had been cleaned in 10 seconds.

The stay was good. The staff were super friendly, and helpful. Which I appreciate. The room was a great size with a full size fridge, nice size tv, and enough room. The only one downside was the bed and pillows were not comfortable. It was hard to get good rest. Also, the other visitors would be a little too loud by slamming their doors late at night. If the beds were more comfortable, and the doors had better sound proofing, it would give my stay here 5 stars. I give it 4 though.

The tub had hair all over it, the bed was uncomfortable, the coffee in lobby was always broken, they charge for, clean sheets, towels, toilet paper, cofee pot, etc. They never cleaned my room and i was there over 3 wks, the halls reeked of pot, smokers right outside the doors because thats where they put ashtrays. My dog wouldnt even enter their dog walking area because it was so unkept and saturated, i had to walk her down the street.the key to my room would just randomly stop working even though i was paid in full from day 1.i reserved this room a month in advance and it was for a roll in shower due to mom being in a wheelchair and when we checked in we got a standard room and were told a wheel in shower would not be available but we had already paid and they do not do refunds. The staff were ok, they were just following the management rules but everytime i went to the fronk desk i would see \" be back in 15 minutes\" sign. If you can live without a full fridge and 2 burner stove, it would probably be cheaper to get a regular hotel then here and definitely more enjoyable. I will never stay at this hotel again. This was the worst three wks ever.
