I paid for pool view roam but the hotel said we gave all thw pool view roam to toehr guests!!!! What an unprofessional indecent thing to do. They even did not apologize and said take another roam.!!! Expedia compensated me thankfully ..but be careful from what you are paying for and what they give you...the hotel tried to fool me and said you paid for pool sode ..i showed him the reservation and it said pool view...for me i will not book in this jotel agaaain

The staff is very friendly from the manager to the receptionests to the waiters, they are all speack english. The location is amazing with nice nature around. The swimming pool is always clean.
The hotel itself is small with only around 20 villas, but has all the activities we need from swimming pool, spa, turkish bath.

Worst stay at Sapanca
It was your mistake to reserve me three units while I booked one unit of three bedrooms for four adults. You charged me triple the price and I tried to contact you through live chat but no action been taken. when I informed the hotel first they told me they will refund me the extra cost for the other two villas but when check out they said it is all hotels.com problems and they refuse to do any refund or settlement. It was very rude from the guy at the reception and he even said he doesn’t care about my feedback or review on the website.

Gayet iyi değerlendirilmiş küçük bir alana kurulu tesiste binalar çok modern, iç ve dış mekanlar çok çok temiz, mobilya ve dekorasyon çok yeni ve modern ve bir o kadar da rahattı. Kaldığımız aile dubleksinin çok konforlu ve 4-6 kişi için ideal olduğunu düşünüyorum. Binaların önlerindeki mini verandalar ve rahat geniş hamaklar çok kullanışlı. Ortak kullanım için havuz biraz küçük ama her saat kullanılabilmesi ve günde en az 2-3 defa temizlenmesi çok güzel. Türk hamamı, saunası da biraz küçük ama çok temiz, çok güzel dekore edilmiş ve personel inanılmaz güleryüzlü.. Sapanca bölgesi için en yüksek puan ve tüm yıldızları hakediyor. Huzurlu ve sakin bir tatil için ideal.

Kahvaltilari 4 yildizli bir otel icin cok guzel ve lezzetliydi. Ama aksam yemek servisinin ekstra bile olmamasi disarida birkac izgara yapan yer disinda yemek icin alternatif yok. Araciniz olsa da saganak yagmurlu havalarda ya paket alip gelmeniz ya da odaya bilmediginiz denemediginiz bir yerden et yeme secenegi verilmesi kötü olmuş. Sayfalarinda sabah haric ogunlerin ekstra olusunu biraz daha aciklarlarsa gelecek olanlar hazirlikli olurlar. Islama kofteci sahin cok lezzetli kofte yapiyor tavsiye ederim.

Odalar güzel, dubleks odada alt kat yaşam alanı, üst kat ise asma kat olarak yatak odası şeklinde olması güzel bir ambiyans katmış. Odayla ilgili tek sıkıntı banyoda ağır bir koku olmasıydı. Pandemi tedbiri olarak kahvaltının verandaya getirilmesi güzel düşünülmüş, ancak bu fiyata kahvaltının daha özenli olmasını da beklerdik.

Ailece 3 gece kaldık. Ödediğimiz ücret az değil ama bence karşılığını aldık. Kahvaltısı düzgün, taze simit servisi bile vardı. Ortalamanın çok üzerinde kalitede spa ve masaj hizmeti vardı. Bizim için en güzel detay, bir görevli arkadaşın yakıp bize teslim ettiği mangaldı. Elbette ücret karşılığı verilen bir hizmet ama bence bir tatil için çok güzel bir detay. ana yol üzeri olması büyük avantaj, Carrefour ve pek çok market yakında. Kırkpınar yani Sapanca'nın merkezine çok yakın olması da büyük bir avantaj. Arabayla zaten 2 dakika ama arabasız da yürünebilecek bir mesafe. Personeli son derece modern ve güler yüzlüydü. Bahar ve yaz mevsiminde tekrar gidebiliriz.
