Convenient central location. Very professional staff, keen to support your needs. Excellent wi-fi. Clean apartment suites with kitchen. Hotel shop carries basics. Walking distance to major shopping mall and transportation hub. Self-serve laundry very handy. Full breakfast. Only downsides (very minor): urban hospital zone, hallway carpets in need of reconditioning. Good value for longer stays on a budget.

Comfortable stay, but needs some repairs
The hotel staff that we encountered were all extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in. The parking garage was a definite negative; it had many sections going down under the hotel, each of which was dark until you started moving through it (great energy saver, but creepy), the stalls were extremely tiny to the point that we had to let passengers out before we parked the car (nothing unusual for Monevideo though), and you had to go up to the front and ask to be let out. The suite was good sized, including a kitchen/dining/living area, a master bedroom with a Queen size bed, and another bedroom with 2 single beds, and a full bathroom (but no tub). It was mostly in good condition and comfortable. There was a broken tile in the master bedroom, and the floor of the deck was coming up, but otherwise everything seemed well maintained. The floors were all tile and weren't very clean; there were some spots on the sheets that were probably just lint, but that made my daughter nervous. The breakfast was pretty disappointing, perhaps in part because we got there fairly late, but they were not replenishing items that were out. There were just a few bizcochos, some eggs, fruit, a couple of bland cold cereal choices, and drinks. The neighborhood isn't very nice, but it is just across the street from a bus depot, so that was expected. Overall, it was a reasonably good hotel and I'd probably stay there again.

This is not just a topical hotel room. This is home. I felt I am in an appointment. It has 2 rooms, kitchenette, fridge, dishes, silverware, The rooms had own AC and TV with full cable in English, French, Italian, Portuguese and of ours Spanish language programs. This was my best stay in all my trips I had. By the way, the breakfast was excellent. From pancakes, different way of cooking eggs, fresh real orange juice, croissant, etc ...

O hotel é muito bom, porém deixa a desejar na hora de tomar banho, em nenhum momento fomos avisados que havia restrição na hora do banho, a caldeira é individual e só é possível tomar banho a cada uma hora após alguém tomar banho, como estavamos em 3 demorava 4:30 horas para todos tomarem banho, caso isso não mude acredito q o hotel será prejudicado.

Ficamos em um apartamento com 2 quartos que estavam sujos, lençóis e toalhas sujas. Estávamos em 3 pessoas e não conseguíamos tomar banho seguido, de um banho para outro tínhamos que esperar no mínimo 40 minutos, pois a água ficava fria. Até reposição de papel higiênico foi problema, tínhamos que ficar pedindo. Infelizmente uma péssima estadia.

O hotel é confortável, embora o quarto seja menor do que parece na foto. A roupa de cama é boa e o café da manhã é farto, com várias opções de tortas doces. A equipe é cordial, sem ser muito atenciosa. Não gostei da localização. O hotel encontra-se ao lado do terminal rodoviário, o que pode ser conveniente para quem está planejando visitar outras cidades. A área em torno do hotel é feia, sem atrativos e sem muitas opções de bares e restaurantes.

O único inconveniente é que o GPS indica um trecho da via diferente ao do Hotel, o que dificulta a chegada. Seria importante a correção dessa informação. O trecho da via em que o GPS leva é aproximadamente 2 Km em zona comercial, portanto longe da Praça das 3 Cruces - lugar muito bom e agradável.

Decepcionante . Localização nada turística. Apart hotel de 2 quartos . Apenas um banheiro pequeno e que estava mal limpo . Toalhas gastas . Tinha cabelos no chão . Mobília nova nos quartos e boa cama com bons colchões . Boa roupa de cama . A garagem é um ultraje ! Muito estreita e manobrar é um desafio. Além disso se paga à parte. Não deixem seu carro lá , acabamos com nosso espelho lateral quebrado . Café da manhã muito básico é ruim . Deixa bastante a desejar . A recepção tem um único funcionário. Não tem serviço de quarto . Tem geladeira na mini cozinha , mas sem nada dentro .
