We were there for three nights (16 through 19/Aug) due to family commitments. The hotel is beautiful but very, very hot! The thermostat in winter has been set to \"tropical\", as evidenced by guests wearing short sleeve tee shirts while lounging inside. When we started to feel ill we contacted front desk and tried to reset the temperature inside our room. Not possible. Only tu turn it off, and eventually we had to sleep with a window half open. Staff was very nice and helpful, though. They have free parking in their garage so that is a plus.
As for the rest: we ate there a couple of times and it was very well made fare. Breakfast needs improvement, as it was carb loaded and the only warm dish was scrambled eggs. The remaining were all cold items: cold cuts, pastries, a few cakes, juices, cereal and yogurts. I found it very lazy to display 3 or 4 pieces of unpeeled fruit around. It takes less than 10 minutes to make a fruit salad. The only gluten free item? Some crackers in their commercial wrapping! Never seen anything so careless. Since I am gluten sensitive, I had to make do with eggs and one piece of toast. It is a shame that such a beautiful property does not believe they should also take care of details.

Hotel is modern (good taste), well preserved and clean. The block is residencial but around the corner it’s conveniently commercial. The only minus is that it’s a little noisy inside but nothing really bad.

No covid restriction were enforced. Masks were mandatory in the property, on paper, but guests were allowed to wander around without mask. The employee in the reception was wearing a mask under her nose... they seemed to take very lightly to be in a country with one of the greatest per capita number of infections.

This is an all terrain hotel, if you go for business or family, with a couple or alone. The service is good, the rooms are small but ok and the pool is for all weather conditions. But the breakfast is the best, you get anything you want/need. American, European, South American? You can breakfast as at home

The location is awesome, very near the beach. I wrote that we were just married, staying there for our honey moon, I tought they will have some special treatment but didn't recieved anything,very dissapointe. A estadia foi maravilhosa. Ótimo atendimento, o hotel é muito lindo, moderno, aconchegante, confortável e limpo. Cama e roupas de cama bem confortáveis, tinha até um 'Menu de Travesseiros', mas eu não cheguei a pedir, pois os que tinham já estavam ok para mim. O estacionamento é grátis, há uma piscina aquecida e jacuzzi perfeitos para relaxar. Há também uma academia básica.
O café da manhã é muito gostoso, variado e com produtos de qualidade.
A localização é excelente, permitindo ir andando até ótimos restaurantes, shopping center e até mesmo a praia.

O hotel é excelente, muito bem localizado, próximo a shopping, excelente restaurantes e bares, mas em uma rua super charmosa e tranquila. O hotel é novo, tudo muito bonito e confortável. O quarto é pequeno, mas é eficiente. A cama muito confortável e oferece cardápio de travesseiros para maior conforto. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno para pessoas grandes, o caso do meu marido, mas o chuveiro é excelente. A internet não funciona muito bem, tinha que trabalhar na sexta-feira à tarde e o hotel ficou por quase 2 horas sem internet. A área de piscina e academia é ótima. O café da manhã também é muito bom. O atendimento muito gentil e solicito, chegamos próximo ao horário do almoço e como tinham quarto disponível já nos deixaram entrar antes. Na saída nosso voo foi alterado pela cia aérea e pudemos ficar mais tempo pagando uma taxa bastante justa. Tinha tudo para ser um excelente hotel, mas pecam em varios aspetos. O ar condicionado dos quartos nao estava eficiente, trocamos de quarto e continuava igual. Argumentaram que nada podiam fazer pois na recepcao estava bem frio e o sistema seria unico. O café da manhã poderia ter itens de melhor qualidade. Pão horrivel geleias/doce de leite industrializados e de qualidade contestavel. Tambem o atendimento no cafe da manhã é frio e precisaria ser mais humanizado. A piscina aparentemente è muito boa, porem nao utilizanos.

Apesar do quarto e banheiro serem pequenos foi muito confortável. Nada a reclamar. Os quartos terreos sao ótimos para quem tem criança pq tem uma especie de varanda aberta onde eles podem brincar. O hotel está localizado num local excelente: perto do Montevideo Shopping (6 min a pé) e de muitos bares, restaurantes e pubs, numa área muito bonita e segura. O pessoal da recepção é muito educado e agradável. O quarto e o banheiro, apesar de pequenos, são confortáveis e modernos. A ducha do banho é bem forte e relaxante. Os travesseiros são os melhores que já dormi! A piscina interna e a banheira de hidromassagem são cinematográficas. No 3o piso (o mais alto) tem um terraço com amplos sofás e com uma vista linda da rambla, ótimo para passar um tempo relaxando. O café da manhã é quase um almoço, com muitos itens, num local bonito e aconchegante. O Wi-Fi funciona muito bem.
