Room was nice but basic, nice breakfast but less options than previous times. Pool area needs better amenities. Front desk staff is great. Breakfast staff seems grumpy and unfriendly or unhappy. Area is very walkable. Overall we will definitely stay again and would recommend!!

Horrible la limpieza de la habitación mal echa hasta que me queje luego de haberme quejado lo tomaron a mal y sentí que fue peor, el restorán la mitad de la carta no la tienen el desayuno repetimos todos los días lo mismo para 15 días fue odioso las medialunas y panes cada 3 días duros y viejos desastroso para ser un hotel 4 estrellas

La estadía fue de 10 días y realmente carece de cosas para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, nos quedamos en una habitación premium y el servicio de limpieza no es bueno, el restorán del hotel la mitad de la carta no la tienen, el desayuno es muy escaso y repetitivo para 10 días, la verdad es que no quede para nada conforme.

This property is advertised as an upscale hotel, which is misleading and disingenuous, imo. It is more like a 3-star hotel. I would have been very upset to have stayed at this place, had I not received lowered prices for my room. Overall, it’s an average hotel with not much amenities, such as never enough toiletries, etc. The woman at the reception was friendly with some English. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

The locations is very near the beach. The coffee at breakfast must be changed. They might have been making it with the salty water from the tap. The staff should be trained on how to deal with VIP GUESTS from Expedia. Other than that everything else was perfect.

They didn’t gave us the same room as is showing in the Hotels’s app.
Very bad located room in the hote to be a premium room.
The pool is awful, and duty, needs a lot of maintenance, the pario around the pool also needs maintenance.
I ended up renting another room across the street, jus to use their pool.
This is not a 4 star hotel as they claim they are.

The staff, Michel in particular, were amazing. We were initially given room 701, but the smell in the bathroom made it unusable. So Michel quickly moved us to a new room, which definitely was an upgrade. He also helped us with car hire, wine tasting bookings, local transport and contacting the next hotel we were due to stay at. Best service I've ever got in a hotel. The hotel location was great for us out of the centre of town but close to the beach and shops etc.

A very well located and clean hotel. The parking place to offload the luggage in front of the lobby was always full of cars belonging to the guests. No way to park there briefly to handle the luggage even if there is a sign right there forbiding parking in this area unless you are managi g your luggage. Very annoying.

A really good selection for breakfast. The staff here are polite and very friendly. The rooftop amenities are great for a spot of sunbathing. The pool is a little on the small side but still good all the same. Will definitely stay here again

In general are good breadfast very good for start the day, i notice mayorite customers eat inside area is tiny can t talk relax to close to another tables.
Recommendation if no winter eat in the patio is perfect.
Clean is good staff good, rooms are tiny 1/3 size USA standard for the price.
The part not like is area use computer is no funcional., very unconfortable no privacy no table for put paper work very bad idea.

muy mal olor al entrar en las habitaciones. puede ser la alfombra pero del bano tambien emana mal olor... pero principalmente existe olor feo en casi todas las habitaciones es lo unico malo del hotel.. deberia ser resuelto o cambiando las alfombras o limpiandolas a fondo porque es un olor constante y muy desagradable el que se siente cuando se ingresa a una habitacion...

Nice hotel. Not very well educated employees

Check in was okay. Room service not friendly at all, its was hard to get a “you’re welcome” from a staff after saying “thank you” to the hotels employees. I only hear at check out “you’re welcome sir ? Hotel is nice and beds very comfortable.

Enjoyable hotel at amazing value.

The hotel is an an amazing location (for those on business in the WTC area) and it's the perfect size: large enough to have a good amount of services and alternatives, but small enough that it gives you a boutique feel.
The room is ample and clean, with a very comfortable mattress and bedding. Absolutely loved that the TV has a SAP feature available, as I enjoy programming in its original language (other hotels in the area use a technology that forces guest to hear shows and movies dubbed into Spanish. Also, their individual A/C units are easy to set up and work very well (much better than the central a/c alternatives most common in hotels).
I've stayed a few times at this hotel, always booked through hotels.com and received amazing value for money.
Their check in and check out processes are very quick and efficient.
Best feature: they have right at the door a stop of electric scooters you can rent by the minute for pennies and are great to move around or just have fun.
Should work on: not sure where their kitchen is, but for some reason, hallways to the rooms tend to have food smell--but rooms smell nice and clean!

Excellent location, clean facilities. Breakfast was a huge plus. Only dislike was that the room was not ready on time. Check in was 2pm and we had to wait 30 minutes before we got our keys. In addition to that they could not promise a late check out on our last day as a courtesy.

Value for money: hard to beat!

After hotel is all right. I got an amazing deal through Hotels.com, but Montevideo is one of those destinations where 30 bucks extra will get you a long way, which I will most likely spend next time.
For the price I paid, I could not have asked for more, but there are a few things that could have helped me enjoy the stay better:
- there was food smell throughout the hotel at all time
- room could have used a deeper cleaning
- breakfast starts too late for business travelers, and it lacks quality
- room service is available only till 11pm, and it also could use some love
Staff, on the other hand, were quite friendly and helpful.

Everything is nice for the price paid;
The staff is very friendly. The room is very clean. The breakfast and food are good as well. It is a very good hotel, I have stayed here many times.
There is a recommendation to consider when booking:
1- The standard room is kind of small. If there are 2 people inside the room, it will be a little tight, considering baggage etc... otherwise, it is better to get a larger room.

The hotel is very comfortable and in a good location with plenty of good restaurants close by. Also the hotel provides good wine and food for a reasonable price.
But the air conditining in my room was not working and I asked more than one time to fix it, but nobody fixed it.

Very nice and elegant, excellent breakfast buffet.

It was a short stay but very confortable and relaxing. It had a great breakfast buffet with different deilicious food and beverages.
The hotel staff were very nice.
I have only thing to critique, when I booked the room it sayed and showed pictured that it had balcony, but actually the room they gave us didn't have one, so that was dissapointing.

Bathroom cleanliness could stand to be improved, drain was full of hair and there were some other spots in the room just breezed over. The hotel staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The location of the hotel is safe and within distance of everything you need in MVD, wether this is a weekend trip or a business trip or a family trip. The pool was nice and the breakfast served in the morninng is very complete.
I could do with bigger bath tubs but the rest of the room was perfect and the king bed rooms HAVE king beds so it's amazingly comfortable.

Well located hotel in Buceo

It is a nice and well located hotel in Buceo. Just 5 minutes walk to Montevideo Shopping and the World Trade Centers so it is a good hotel to go for business as well. Rooms are nice and clen with a comfortable bed.
