Located in the historic old town, the complex comprises of a 3-story building featuring a total of 39 comfortable rooms. The hotel was good for the price. We needed something central downtown and this fit the bill. Our room was on the backside, so it wasn't too loud. I was shocked, though, to come back to the hotel on a Friday night with my family only to see a sign a few doors down advertising a strip club. Not cool for a family vacation. Everything in the room was broken and put back in place. It felt like everywhere we turned something was boobytrapped -- the fridge only had the hinge on the top so when the door was opened, it swung off the hinge and crashed on the floor, breaking a shelf; I put a jacket on the wall hooks only to have the whole rack come down right on top of me; my son put one knee on the metal chair only to have he legs do the splits right under him. Crazy stuff. Breakfast wasn't the best in Uruguay, but it was okay.

Very good location but rather basic accommodation with simple small room and old style not the cleaniest bathroom. Windows overlooking couetyard with common area, can be noisy in the evening.

This hotel provides basic offerings. Breakfast is bare minimum. Room is clean, but old. Shower is small and water pressure is very low. This is a good hotel for the frugal traveler who is ok with the minimal offering. The room does have a quality safe. The staff are excellent and eager to help and assist. The location is excellent, with many eateries and attractions within walking distance. I do not recommend this hotel for individuals who are physically big due to small size of shower and very low water pressure. For the traveler who is looking for simplicity at a great price, this is a good fit.

O hotel supriu minhas necessidades e cumpriu o que promete numa justa relação custo-beneficio. Estabelecimento simples, porém muito bem localizado, próx à Praça da Independência e da Av 18 de Julho. Café da manhã é cortesia do hotel, mas só tem café, leite, achocolatado em pó, chá e medialunas. Funcionarias do café da manhã e limpeza sempre educadas e gentis, bem como o funcionário que fica na recepção no turno da manhã. Não tenho o que reclamar da minha estadia e voltarei ao Hispano na próxima vinda à Montevideo. Gostei muito!

É um hotel muito simples, com instalações também simples e modestas, mas tudo muito limpo e bem organizado. A equipe de funcionários é muito prestativa e atenciosa. O café da manhã é uma cortesia do hotel (café, leite e medialunas, um pão típico da região). Fica localizado na área central de Montevidéu, próximo da famosa Plaza Independencia e do centro histórico.

El Hotel Hispano se encuentra a apenas 150 metros del Palacio Salvo, en pleno centro de la ciudad de Montevideo, y a unos pasos de la Av. 18 de julio. Si bien cuando estuve allí hubo días festivos, esta ubicación tan céntrica facilitó mi desplazamiento por la ciudad. El personal del hotel fue muy amigable, uno de las mejores experiencias en check-in que te tenido. La habitación fue sencilla, pero acogedora.El desayuno, igualmente sencillo, típico de la región rioplatense. Volvería nuevamente a alojarme en el hotel en una futura oportunidad

el personal de atención excelente, el encargado del hotel nunca se le vio, el personal de limpieza poca predisposición se les tenia que indicar que y donde limpiar porque solo limpian donde ven sus ojos debajo de las camas lleno de suciedad los rincones de las paredes con telas de araña las griferias con perdidas de agua constante la ropa de cama en 6 días solo la cambiaron 1 vez las toallas no las cambian a diario como debería ser solo las doblan y las vuelven a dejar sobre la cama el ultimo día fui victima de robo toquetearon la caja fuerte bloquearon el código de seguridad la abrieron me robaron 200 dolares y el encargado del hotel nunca apareció para hacer la denuncia como corresponde solo el el muchacho de recepcion turno noche se acerco a la habitación para abrir la caja fuerte con una llave

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, da pra ir a pé aos principais pontos turísticos. O quarto é muito bom, atendimento excelente! O café da manhã deixa a desejar para os que estão acostumados com variedades, mas o preço vale a pena, pois a comida em Montevidéu é um pouco salgada.

Las fotos engañan mucho. El piso de la habitación estaba completamente sucio y pegasoso, las camas duras y viejas al igual que los cubrecamas. Edificio antiguo y con falta de mantenimiento. DEMASIADO CARO para lo que ofrecen.

Quando cheguei me colocaram em um quarto que acredito que andar tinha sido dedetizado antes e não limparam o quarto, pois o mesmo estava lotado de baratas, de 8 à 10, a maioria morta e um mau cheiro terrível.
E ainda tive um relógio furtado no quarto, infelizmente só percebi a ausência do relógio quando já tinha saído da cidade.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado. Fizrmis muita coisa a pé. Porém, a cama não é de boa qualidade e forma buracos. O banheiro precisava de um box adequado, a cortina fica agarrando em.vc quando se toma banho. O café da manhã é muito fraco. A recepção é tão pequena e feia que tamos um susto. Mas, não traduz o que é o hotel.

Voltaríamos tranquilamente ao Hispano
Passamos 8 dias extremamente felizes no Uruguai e isso inclui nossos momentos no Hispano Hotel. O local é simples e estava em reforma durante nossa estadia (o que confesso ter sido um choque ao chegarmos). Mas decidimos não levar isso em conta e fomos muito felizes nesta escolha. A equipe é muita atenciosa e o hotel extremamente centralizado (perto de tudo mesmo, tanto das áreas históricas de Montevideo, quanto de locais como Parques, Museus, Estádio Centenário, Rodoviária Três Cruces - de onde pegamos ônibus para as cidades de Colônia Del Sacramento, Punta Del Leste e Piriápolis).
O café da manhã também não tem grandes luxos, porém, é gostoso, farto e sustenta (até agora me lembro dos croissants adocicados, uma delícia).
Ah! para os mais tecnológicos, o Wi-Fi funcionou muito bem e há computadores nos 2 andares que podem ser utilizados pelos hóspedes (a maioria usa para pesquisar roteiros e linhas de ônibus da região). O cofre do quarto funciona por senha que o hóspede determina (mas antes é preciso pegar uma chave na recepção e deixar um valor como garantia - no nosso caso, foram R$ 370,00 que devolveram ao entregarmos a chave no dia de irmos embora).

Estuvimos dos noches en el Hotel, es sencillo y lo recomiendo para estadías breves, le están efectuando arreglos que seguramente lo mejorarán en todo sentido. Es limpio y la atención del personal es muy buena y amable. El desayuno es bueno. La ubicación es excelente, a un paso de la avenida principal y de la Plaza Independencia (aunque algo ruidoso, dado que se encuentra en zona céntrica).

O hotel é bom, boa localização, bom atendimento, porém há se dizer algumas coisas em destaque, o hotel é antigo, nosso quarto não era de fumante,mas cheiro de cigarro persistente no ambiente, tampa do caso quebrado e não foi substituída , de resto boa hospedagem e preço justo.

Eu gostei da localização do hotel, pois fica próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Montevidéu. O hotel precisa de algumas reformas, principalmente no banheiro, pois tem instalações antigas. O café da manhã também poderia ser melhor, pois faltam frios e frutas.

em geral hotel com um bom custo beneficio fiquei 5 diárias lá, ponto fraco tinha que ficar pegando media luna escondido da pessoa que ficava na área do café da manhã pois ela só sedia 1 pãozinho e 1 media luna ou seja tinha sempre um embate para comer coisa muito feia da parte da pessoa responsável pela cozinha quando eu chega ela escondia as cestinhas só me deixando 1 p mim e outra p minha esposa.

As fotos vendem um hotel novo, confortável e espaçoso. Porém, na realidade ele está caindo aos pedaços. O serviço é péssimo, os quartos tem cheiro de mofo e cigarro, o chuveiro não funciona bem. O hotel parou no tempo. O único ponto positivo é a localização, pois fica próximo aos pontos turísticos da Ciudad Vieja.

ホテルの外観からもかなり年期の入った古いホテルです。客室も古く、照明も暗く、メンテナンスも余り出来ていなく、チェックインの際にベッド横のスタンドの電球が点灯しなかった為、フロントのスタッフに交換を依頼すると、どうもスペアーの電球さえも準備してなかたったようで、客室まで一緒にいった上で、隣の公共トイレの洗面台から電球を取ってきて、それを私の部屋のスタンドの電球に付けて帰って行ったので、閉口しました。この為、翌日はすぐに近くのスーパーに行って、明るい電球を買って自分で交換しました。
更に冷蔵庫が有ったので、電源を入れて見ましたが、いくら時間が経っても冷えないので、メンテナンスのスタッフを呼んでもらって、点検してもらっても直ぐに直らないようで、Cambioと言い残し部屋を出て行って中々戻ってこないので、待っているとそのうちに冷蔵庫のモーター音が聞こえて、いつの間にか庫内も冷えてきて、不思議でした。
またフロントのスタッフを始めとして、スペイン語でないと通じないで、英語ができる人は殆どいないので、滞在中コミュニケーションに不自由が有りました。
当初、このホテルには３泊する予定でしたが、４日めに早朝（午前7時２５分）の飛行機で移動する予定だった為、２泊でチェックアウトして空港周辺で空港への送迎サービス（有料ですが）の有るホテルへ変りました。
このホテルに行くにも、空港へ戻るにもここのホテルでは送迎のサービスなどなく、ウルグアイではタクシー料金が高額で（片道１５００ペソ）で、相乗りバンで（片道３５０ぺソ）といった相場で空港へ早朝戻るのに、どうしたら安価に移動できるか悩んだ挙句の選択でした。
