No hot water on a morning. Complained to manager was told they would look at it whilst we had breakfast. Was then told there was nothing wrong with it we were doing it wrong. As far as I was aware there’s only 2 ways you can turn a tap. Following two days no hot water again between 7 and 9.30

Used this hotel a couple of times now when visiting London, find the price good and very convent for the train into London. If you catch an express you can be at Paddington in 18 minutes, pretty good. Make sure you get the ticket with the tube pass, so worth the money.

Our room key never worked . Even upon initial arrival it didn’t work the house keeper had to open the door for us the first night . The heater wasn’t stable it was always freezing . Only one girl at the welcome desk was friendly and helpful the rest just watched and didn’t even greet you when you passed . No one helped us with out bags . SMH!!!

The train station nearby can get very noisy. The A/c in my room wasnt working so I had to open the window in the evening to lallow some ventilation.
This meant that it was noisy all night and I struggled to get a good nights sleep.

the hotel easy to find good access to transport, clean and tidy check in ok. the major problem with this hotel if you are in rooms ending in 2 eg 402 be expect to be kept up by the lift a little wd40 would not be missed as it feels like its in the room and you will not need an alarm clock.

I was a little worried reading reviews about parking, after booking the hotel. We got there early on the Saturday so we could get a parking space, after reading about the limited amount. On the Sunday we arrived back late to the hotel expecting to have to park at the train station next door, However we were lucky enough to get the second to last space.

The hotel was good for 1 night but the parking situation is a real problem. There was no parking when i arrived so I was told by a member of staff at the reception to park around the corner at the railway terrace parking. this was also full so then i was told i could leave my car by the apartment building while i checked in and then move it after. I parked there for no longer than 10 minutes before coming down and finding a parking space and now I have now received a £100 parking fine for parking where the staff told me to park.
Before booking this hotel be aware there are no more than 30 parking spaces for a hotel which has 80 rooms!
I will never book here again and i would highly recommend paying a bit extra for a different hotel that has parking.

The Breakfast was terrible, there was hardly any option. The room was ok, but the BEDS were just awful. No comfort at all. The pillows were hard rocks and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.
The parking is expensive and not available most of the time. If you are going on a weekend, its hard to find around the Hotel as well.

The hotel itself was excellent, good food and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The one downside was the parking. The small car park was full both nights (plus it's £14 a night) and the surrounding streets were full too. I had to park at a train station down the road

Carpets need a deep clean they smell and are filthy good thing Tesco is nearby had to buy antihistamines as we all couldn’t stop scratching this is the first hotel in 15 I’ve not been happy with. Parking is ridiculous for a hotel this size, couldn’t find parking was told to park in the train station car park, that was full too, eventually parked on a side road and spent the night scratching and worried about the car. Never going back. My advice pay a bit more and you’ll get a decent hotel with parking.

Customer services on check-in was great, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly chaotic on the saturday morning, breakfast area just not big enough, limited seating for larger parties. Staff member who seemed to be in charge just wandered around not actually doing anything and prioritised his own drink needs rather than dealing with a customer request. He looked like he'd just rolled in from the nightshift in the local nightclub!

The AC was not working. We booked this hotel instead of Travelodge thinking that there’s air condition, unfortunately it was faulty. Reported to staff and gave us an electric fan. The next day, I reported it again and they said they’ll send a maintenance staff to fix it, we arrived at the hotel about 11pm and yet, AC still not working. So for our 3 uncomfortable nights stay, we sacrificed with the heat, can’t open the windows as well due to noice coming from the train station. The toilet also stinks, even after they have cleaned it, once you use it, you can smell the urine smell, which seemed to be a leak.

We were greeted by friendly front desk staff who also helped us with the issue with parking by allowing us to park on a curb within their grounds which we were grateful for as it was very late I. The day and with two sleepy kids. Check in was easy and straight forward and the rooms were clean, comfortable and within expectations of what we paid for. The dual purpose door in the bathroom was very clever and only seen that in one other European hotel. Next day breakfast was a little disappointing with basic hot food and small plates. It didn’t help with the fact that the dining area was small, bit like the parking spaces availability. Staff could be a little attentive but were ok. I would stay here again because it’s cheap and compensated for the overpriced charge for parking and it’s ideal for short stays whilst visiting attractions nearby.

WiFi is almost non-existing. You have to be in the lobby and even there it is spotty. Orbitz should state this while booking. We booked two rooms, A/C wasn't working in one room. The night staff who was present when we complained was indifferent and just shrugged. A few minutes later another employee came in and was able to switch rooms. The employees at this location are a toss up between excellent and totally indifferent. The toilets do not flush properly. If you have the bad luck of being offered an odd numbered room, then you have the excellent view of the train tracks and the constant noise of the trains chugging through. Goodbye to a good nights sleep. The only good feature is that it is right next to the Slough station, which means you could be in central London in 10-20 minutes depending on your getting a fast or slow train. It is also close to the Windsor castle and Legoland.

The minute we were greeted at reception I knew we'd be OK for an overnight stay at this hotel. The fuss they made over our 2 boys, especially our eldest, who was celebrating his 8th birthday, was so lovely. I'm sorry I didn't get her name because she is definitely worth a mention. Family stay for nearby Legoland
Family of 4 staying here for 1 night as it’s just up the road from Legoland. The hotel was perfectly clean but the A/C in our room wasn’t working and the front desk said they are currently changing out the A/C on the upper floors which is why. Because of this the room was too hot at night and having the window open caused the kids to keep waking up as the train line was right below the room, so mainline trains into London kept flying past. Wasn’t too impressed with having to pay £14 for the car park either but I should’ve spotted it in the small print. Otherwise the beds were comfy, breakfast was fine and the staff were super friendly. If the A/C was working then I would’ve rated higher but on this occasion I just couldn’t and if I’m honest I would probably look to stay elsewhere next time.
