The air conditioning didn't work in our room, they were great and moved us to another room. The sink in the bathroom in the second room was clogged and needed maintenance. The food service was good and having the airport shuttle bus stop right outside was very helpful.

Don’t stay here. We arrived to find a large scale wedding happening at this hotel. The noise was unbearable. It didn’t stop until midnight, we had to be up at 3am for an early flight. The room given to us was not cleaned, at all. Towels on the floor, beds not made properly, horrific! We called and spoke to the front desk who were receiving so many complaints that they were clearly overwhelmed. One of the staff was on the verge of crying. This has been a horrific experience and I want my money back! I have been scammed by Hilton.

The hotel was good value overall, rooms are looking a bit tired but are still ok. The room was clean and comfortable beds.
Just to note there are no USB’s as some sort of refurbishment is ongoing so we’re were told by Reception.
Parking was also included which can be a bonus these days!

This was a last minute booking as our flight cancellation and subsequent delays led to us missing a connecting flight and needing to stay overnight. We arrived after midnight and left at 6:30 so can’t really review much. Only gripe was that unless you have a Hilton membership of some type the initial bottled water in the room cost £2.75 instead of being complementary.

We booked a lounge access room , the key card wouldn’t give us access to the lounge . Another guest had the same issue as us . As we had a 2.30 am start we ordered room service .
The shower had been turned off so tightly we struggled to switch it on in the morning
The room was really hot as the air con didn’t appear to work
We asked for a 4.00 am taxi to be booked as the shuttle doesn’t start until 4.30 - this wasn’t booked , luckily there was a driver available to take us.

The room was clean and spacious enough. The shower gel was empty, (not life threatening just annoying) as we didn’t want to unpack our toiletries from our flight as we were flying again in the early am. We had dinner at a pub nearby (walking distance) and ordered dessert at the bar to bring to our room. The dessert took nearly an hour, and they brought the wrong thing. Again- not a huge deal, but 45 min to deliver the wrong items is bizarre. The staff was kind enough, and we didn’t complain because again- not big deal stuff. We were not about to wait another 45 min for the correct treat, nor call the desk for shower gel. All in all we’d stay again. Good location close to terminal 5, and the shuttle (6 and change euros each way pp not arranged by the hotel) was convenient enough.

Had an accessible room which was very good and spacious. Bathroom excellent. Bed comfortable, everything clean. Only criticism is our dinner took a while to come after ordering. The kitchen seems to be quite a long way from the bar/restaurant area. Otherwise a short overnight but very good stay.

Easy to get to hotel from M25. Mum's salad and prawns excellent. Price reasonable for LHR hotel. Hoppa bus to T5 good. Parking spaces a shade tight if cars both sides. Staff were very good, bed and room comfortable (I should have got thinner duvet). Bath a shade high for mum to get in for a shower but fine for me. As pre flight stays it was very good and better than other LHR hotels I have used for parking.

The pull out bed for family is extremely uncomfortable but the actual bed and room are very comfortable. Clean and conveniently located near the airport to catch a shuttle. Got a great night sleep after flight was pushed back a day.

Good overnight hotel at airport. Reception staff a bit unfocussed - only put one of us down on tge breakfast list. Restaurant and bar staff helpful and efficient. The hotel is on an industrial estate so you have to use shuttle or in site car service or taxi to get around. That is quite expensive but the hotel is good for an overnighter before an early flight

The reception staff was kind enough to resolve the issue I had with the room that I was first assigned with but the housekeeping supervisor who came to check the room needs to work on her customer service skills. Instead of addressing the issue her tone her facial expression was full of sarcasm and attitude.
The rest of staff are friendly and welcoming.

Amazing hydrotherapy pool. Steam room nice sauna sadly closed for maintenance.
Room perfect for Heathrow hotel. Very clean big bed spacious.
Breakfast excellent, evening meal in hotel also very good - not cheap but fair price was good.
Easy transfer on “hoppa” bus to terminal 5 (NB this hotel is 10 minutes from terminal it is NOT on site terminal hotel which we found misleading)
Only gripe was only had alcoholic drinks available in executive lounge between 5-7pm.
Ideal stay for lunchtime flight. Thank you!

Staff was wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast was great, waiter was attentive and wonderful.
We had a suite, the heat in one of the rooms wasn’t working, it was late and maintenance wasn’t available, staff did send up a heater. The heating towel racks in the bathroom weren’t working either as well as the light in the mirror. The bathroom floor was freezing as there was no heat, I covered them in towels.There was a layer of dust on the desk top/ coffee area as well. No amenities, no cup in the bathrooms. My kids couldn’t take showers on their own as the soaps were too high for them to reach and they were attached to the shower wall. A very unusual experience for a Hilton.

Front desk staff were excellent on check in, very friendly and accomodating. Bar, resteraunt and Starbucks on premises were very friendly. Small issue with the drain in the room adressed by staff in a tinely manner. The hotel is around 1 mile from Heathrow making in conveinant to get to for flights. However, the prices for transport from the hotel to Heathrow are extremely expensive even for London prices. A one way black cab will cost you over 30 pounds for a one mile ride. We were originally told at the cab stand that it would cost 55 pounds. We refused and were given a rate of 30 pounds. Other options are available but this was the mid range option. Rooms are very well soundproofed and we could not hear a single plane overhead even though they are fairly close at times. If the very high cost of transport to Heathrow were addressed, this would be a solid five star rating.

I would not have booked the hotel had I been aware. The room was advertised as having robes and slippers but they didn’t have either.

Staff at check in were too busy gossiping with other about another customer when we arrived & didn’t focus on telling us where breakfast was, not very professional at all

All of the lamps in our rooms did not work which was ridiculous ! So had to use the big light from the bed all the time

The QR codes for the room service on the TV where I’m working rather than making it easily accessible to find the menu with a challenge when it came to ordering when we asked for extra sauce rather than giving us the same sauce, they brought packet options rather than what we asked for and when it came to the food service, it took a bit and not everything on the menu was good. The food wasn’t out of this world and their breakfast it was OK it wasn’t anything to be wow about it was moderate breakfast. We expected more and the gym was very dirty especially on the floors overall is a good place to stay one night if you have a layover but at that point I personally will recommend sofiel hotel rather than Hilton. The best thing they had was the wood cards for the room and the Starbucks worker she was awesome.

Probably only best for the purposes of departing or earring from an airport (about a 10 minute drive from Heathrow Terminal 5).

Was only there a few hours overnight from a quarter to midnight so can't say much about the area but the hotel is great and staff very helpful ans pleasantly so.

A few pubs dotted about the proximity of the area and a few small villages a few short hops away (2-6 miles), but you're really there mostly for the purposes of being close to Heathrow airport to travel. It's not a bad places and had one of the largest rooms of a hotel I've ever stayed in. Will definitely return.
