I love that this is a dog friendly hotel. Dogs can stay in the lobby and you can have your drinks and food with them there.
The receptionist Emma was lovely.
We stayed on December 22nd for one night.
The room is nice and clean. The bathroom needs a good update. We had to press the flush handle a few times for it to actually flash.

Expedia advertised there is a pool on site, trusting this we went and booked it and guess what no pool at all. (Please update this Expedia)

The food in the hotel restaurant was nice and breakfast was good too

We would definitely come back

Staff was nice and breakfast good. But faulty light plug sockets, caused lights to flicker and make noise. Poor shower and 20 or so youth team football players staying in the same corridor, and whilst they were polite, the doors were not soft closing. Especially when they had to get up early hours to ctach their plane

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of parking, helpful staff, convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms. The price was excellent. Because it was so much less than many other hotels, I was worried whether it would be like the pictures when we arrived. I was very pleased with it. As many reviews have mentioned, the bathroom is a bit dated, but as it is very clean (and I am a cleanliness snob), I didn't find this to be an issue. I would absolutely stay here again. If you are needing to get to the airport and do not have a car, there were signs in the lobby advertising transportation services at a reasonable price, which makes it still a good option even without a car.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the welcome and the service was. Everyone was so helpful and took the time to help and explain processes. However, I was surprised at the holding fee of £50:00 which still has not been refunded back to my account. So for me this was the only negative I have about my experience with Delta.

The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. We booked an upgraded room with access to a lounge, which was great as we’d had a long haul flight and just needed something light before bed. The lounge access in the evening meant we could get some delicious snacks and drinks. Whilst the hotel don’t do an airport shuttle, there are numerous options to get to the airport. We tried the electric car transfer and the bus on different occasions. The buses stop just across the road from the hotel and drop either inside T2/3 or T5 so very convenient. We would certainly use this hotel again when flying to/from Heathrow.

Was given the wrong type of room, although it was clean it still wasn't the room type I had reserved and paid for. Individuals wandering around outside the hotel grounds led me to feeling very worried about my car.

Reception staff had to be listened to very carefully, it almost felt like English was a challenge for them, I heard 3 different people on the desk and they all struggled.

I had a terrible check-in experience. The front desk gave me the wrong room key three times, and I had to drag heavy luggage back and forth across the hotel. Staff were unhelpful, showed no apology, and even left me waiting in the hallway for someone who never came. After multiple trips to reception, I finally got the right key. Bus transportation is accessible within a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel; train access takes a bit longer as the Langley train station is a little iver a mile away. Food options in the hotel were very good. Breakfast provided lots of options and service was great. There’s one restaurant across the street that we didn't try out.

Hotel was all ok except the air conditioning was not working and the rooms essentially have no windows. Staff was aware of the issue but didn’t inform us at checkin. Waited until everyone complained. They comp’d is two children breakfast which really isn’t mich considering the cost of the room at what should be a very good hotel. Our room was ok, but the bathroom fixtures had rust on them. Mariotts are generally better.

We had a brief stay here and were pleased about the property. The staff were all helpful and friendly. If you are looking for Outlet Shopping, this is the hotel to choose. There are 100s of stores within the Complex. As it is attached to the Football Stadium the views onto the field were very unique.

I have checked in early, they charged me £20 early check in fee for all the 3 days we stayed there. It makes no sense as early check in feee should be only for the first day.
My son checked out and he didn’t verify the final receipt. I will contact Expedia customer service and see if they return $40 ( for 2 days).
