Not actually a hotel. It's a nice house in a quiet residential area. Airport pickup service and drop off service available. Very close to Heathrow airport but thankfully, not on any flight paths, so it's nice and peaceful.

Staff was courteous and helpful, amenities clean.

First is not a hotel is a house
Two is not is advertised again is a house is a share bathroom no very clean
Third is not a hotel is a house if you want to go watch TV is not in the room is down stairs
Again a fiasco avoid is possible
I booked two day I stay one because it was late night
But I didn’t stay the second night
Hotels .com and Expedia should check the advertising from this property

The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother

You must realize, Bianca House is NOT a hotel in the traditional sense. It is someone’s house. Once you get past this fact, it is a lovely place to stay! Taz (the owner) is an absolute gentleman who bends over backward to serve his guests. Highly recommended.

Misleading and intimidating. Not a hotel.

This is NOT a Tudor house it’s a house on a very run down and messy estate. You have to share a bathroom and at no point does this listing state its such accommodation. Misleading and intimidating scam.

Not suitable for solo female Travelers.

I ended up spending 30 mins on the phone to hotels.com as I was not comfortable staying here in which time they contacted the “hotel” for a refund which he refused and luckily for me hotels.com refunded.
However consumer rights were on my side as this was not as advertised. I also implored hotels.com to insist the property updates its listing.

Scam. This place is a fraud. This is not a \"boutique hotel\". This are a couple of rooms in an old dirty fill or webs house on an awful, dirty and unsafe location. Has to park on the street. Few hours before arrival, owner claimed my card did not got through, adding he was \"overbooked\": If I wanted to keep booking \"I needed to pay extra\". He wanted more money, taking advantage of travelers. He took my other card info over e-mail.

Please be aware that this is not a hotel but someone renting his three upstairs bedroom to people to sleep in. It should not be listed as a hotel ! Beds comfort level is below average.

A wee bit tricky to find but once you do prepare to be met with warm hospitality. From brilliant coffee & snack, cosy room as described. Clean nice respite for travelers. Excellent curry take away, pubs & shops nearby and walkable. Friendly attentive host is always available to assist. Can recommend.

This place is no more than a room in a shared house NOT A HOTEL. . Firstly I got an email stating no shuttle . It stated the bus stop was 70 meters away . It was 0.4 miles away . I was left in the dark wandering around a housing estate . I was then stopped by a man telling me he was taking me to the hotel . He took me through some darl alley ways and stopped outside a residential terraced house . There was no signs it certainly did not look like a hotel and nothing like the pictures on its site . He expected me to go into a strange property with him . As a lone woman I was not prepared to do this . I was left petrified and had to find my way back to the main road to the Holuday Innn . It was a house with no swimming pool, no bar, no restaurant , no concierge services , nothing like description . No way is a single woman going into a strange house with no indication it’s a hotel . Expedia have been disgraceful over this . It is totally mud representing its self and ours vulnerable women in a dreadful
Position . This should not even be allowed to be listed in this way in Expedia . Who do you think you are treating people and putting women in this frightening vulnerable state . Who is going to go into a private house with a complete stranger . DISGRACEFUL .

I just assumed by the name it was a hotel.. not a bedroom upstairs and shared tv room and shared bathroom.
If was fine the guy/staff/owner/renter not sure who he was super friendly and helpful… just not what I expected.

I cancelled this reservation upon sight of it, This was very falsely represented on Expedia. It was simply an unmarked house in a crappy neighborhood allotment. It was very difficult to find, and there was no sign to identify it. I never stepped foot inside- This was not what I expected and not for me! I now understand why it is non- refundable booking. I’m sure I am not the first person to turn away.

It was advertised differently basically it was a house with 3 bedrooms and a shared bath. The host made it work and was very accomodating. Coffee was great. Had to ask for a key to access door to come and go, which the host Taz kindly did. Parking was also adhoc in neighborhood. Local Transport was very good and easily accessible. Shops and restaurants nearby. Good for 1 night stays.

For me this is not a hotel, it’s a b&b without the breakfast, it’s a house up a cul-de-sac in the middle of a hosing estate, shared bathroom shared TV no tea or coffee machine, parking where you can around the estate, food was allegedly available not pushed and looked very expensive, the Amenities there wasn’t any, having said all that it was very clean and the owner was very pleasant, just very disappointing

A video posted by owner showed a business district where it was nope in a run down neighborhood. I want my money back. I had to leave as it was not what I paid for. Take this place off site as it is making false statements

Just a rowhouse in a neighborhood near Heathrow

Just so that anybody looking at this property knows what they are getting into: This isn't a \"hotel\" at all. He's got this listed as a 4-star hotel with a restaurant and airport shuttle, and that is just preposterously wrong.

This is a basic rowhouse in a neighborhood near Heathrow. He has three small bedrooms upstairs, and a small shared bathroom in the hallway. It is not a \"hotel\" by any stretch of the imagination. The \"airport shuttle\" turned out to be that you can go to the Heathrow Central Bus Station, take a regularly scheduled bus a few bus stops over, and then walk the rest of the way.

Except, of course, how do you even find this \"hotel\"? There is no signage - not even on his entry door. The only way to find the place was to knock on the doors of his neighbors until I found somebody who knew what this \"hotel\" actually was.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the guy offered a refund right away - presumably hoping that I would not give a negative review. He actually offered the refund before he would even let me in the front door. But still - this guy is obviously just preying on people who desperately need to find a hotel room near Heathrow when there are lots of flight cancellations, and no regular hotel rooms are available.

Nothing wrong with him offering his bedrooms for rent - but describing this as a 4-star \"hotel\" with a restaurant and an airport shuttle can only be described as fraud.

Not a hotel - a bedroom in someones house

i was shocked at this place. it is NOT a 4 star hotel.

it is a bedroom in someones house. check google for reviews. the guy was nice enough but its on an estate and had to park a long way from accommodation and then found a small house.

i had to take my clean trainers off and wear slippers to go upstairs (to protect floor apparently).

room was tidied but its a bedroom with a bed wedged in. the bathroom next door had someone elses toiletries in - dont know whose! i ended up leaving in the middle of the night.

i am sure the owners are nice but dont stay here expecting a hotel. its a bedroom in someones house in a large housing estate.

Turned up to this \"Hotel\" and it was some guys house! Was not impressed, the first image of a swimming pool and the title hotel was very misleading. Walked away and booked a proper hotel locally.

This is not a hotel. It's a council house.

I'm disappointed to say that this listing is a borderline scam. After reading the description I expected to arrive at a hotel with a car park and various facilities that are listed in the description. Most of these facilities do not exist on site.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. IT'S A COUNCIL HOUSE.

To be fair, maybe it's an ex-council house, but it's still a small mid-terrace house in a council estate.

I strongly recommend that Expedia review and remove this property as it is not accurately represented.

The owner was a gentleman but I did not stay actually because the idiot Expedia guy whom I asked to find me a hotel around the Heathrow airport booked me for this home! He told me it was a 4 star hotel while it was someone’s home!!!

I forgot about the 102$ nonrefundable charge and said good bye and booked a hotel online and stayed there. Expedia has been a major disappointment for this and other reasons.

Amazing hospitality. Feels like home or visiting friends. Services above and beyond expectations.
Be aware that you are renting a room and bathroom is shared - I didn't pay attention and it was a surprise for me, as I often travel for business and always stay in regular chain hotels (Windsor, Marriott, Hilton, etc.). That being said, I would still recommend Bianca's house vs a tradition hotel, if you want to have company, conversation, help, directions and personal attention.

ok; to get to the airport the next day.
This is just an other shared home / home stay. not a hotel; pool&gym on picture is the langly leisure centre.
no e-scooter available from there. only by bus.
host was late for check-in.. & then waited again for him to clean the room..
windows seemed to be pretty thin.
anyways, the family was nice and seem to need the money from subrenting rooms.. what didn't work for me at all: the door is locked from 23:00 to the morning, so you can't even get a smoke if you can't sleep. would only ever stay there again if the flight would be very early. shuttle service is just a taxi i think. public transport worked for me.
got tricked by the fotos& 'high' rating.

Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.
