Although it mentions an airport shuttle bus, this is not strictly true. There is a local bus (number 703) that is really easy. The bus stop is in the main airport bus station area & takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel (the bus stop is just past the hotel entrance & is on the opposite side of the road for returning to the airport). The restaurant & bar area were reasonably staffed. The help yourself buffet breakfast had all the basics (toast, cereals, croissants, yoghurt, fruit & cooked options) to set you up for the day. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are good and clean , restaurant food is great , a good experience staying here for 5 nights. Only concern is that vending machines installed at the reception have a poor service , I lost 10 pounds as there was an error and machine did not return my cash. Calling the company is useless as no response to email and no one picks the phone. Hotel does not take any responsibility if transaction fails.

Excellent stay and truly outstanding service. After my partner accidentally left her watch in the shower, we realised once we were already at the airport. One phone call was all it took and the staff immediately found it, safely kept it and returned it to us when we came back into the country. Honest, helpful and professional service like this really stands out. Highly recommend this hotel near Heathrow T5.

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel itself is worthy of 1.5 stars, the facilities sorely lacking. The hotel room was old and requires alot of maintenance. The installed floor finished carpets didn’t even cover the floor properly, you could see the underlay at the edges. The decor was dated, the room lighting wasn’t good and the shower and sink couldn’t even drain the water away quickly. Not what I would expect from a well known chain like Holiday Inn.

Booked a double room for myself and my partner after a long day travelling. Arrived, checked in and got to our room to find that it was a twin room with separate single beds.
We were given no explanation at all, we weren't told that our room was being changed.

We were awoken at 5am by extremely loud voices from the corridor, the soundproofing of the rooms is terrible, and then a couple of hours later the sound of a hoover outside the door for ages.
Breakfast was disappointing, nothing like other Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at before, hardly any selection, unclean mugs, dirty plates, very cramped buffet area

The room was freezing when we arrived and the make up sofa bed was without doubt the most uncomfortable bed I've ever felt, totally unfit for purpose.
When I tried to tell the staff in the morning that the bed was not fit for purpose they couldn't understand me and just kept saying do you want us to make the bed. It totally ruined our nights sleep for our long flight the next day.

Polite, helpful staff, breakfast is good, especially as it is free. Close to Langley train station and the Elizabeth line, £8 Uber or 30 minute walk. Buses to Heathrow Terminal 5 to do a bit of plane spotting. Parking is reasonable at £16 per night. All round great base for visiting London.

We were just passing through waiting on a connecting flight and there's no shuttle service from the airport to this hotel though it indicated that there was online. There is bus and taxi service but the information I got from this hotel about those services was inaccurate and very untimely. They also gave me information about the post office that's like a block away but the timing was wrong on that as well and not being from the country that was a problem. The night staff was very nice though getting wrong information more than helpful. Good morning staff was busy and personal phone calls

I would not use this hotel again, it really was poor! I booked a double room and was told none available and given a triple room. The beds were awful you literally sunk in them! Worse of all was they do not tell you there is a club attached and our room was directly over it with music blaring past midnight and we had to be up and out at 4am for a flight! Just terrible!

I checked and they said shuttle bus available at airport .
Arrived at airport and told no shuttle now runs any where near the hotel .Tried for a taxi and they refused to take me as outside M25 . After being literally stranded a the Airport eventually got a taxi driver to agree to take me but wanted £30 . I feel your advertising of this property misleading and want to make a official complaint regarding this

This felt like an hourly motel. The room smelled terrible, I could hear my neighbors as if we were in the same room when they spoke, and it felt really low class. The toilet didn't fully flush and no one came to address the issue after calling and going to the desk to speak with someone. A place I will never recommend or return to.

Avoid room 345

We were checked into a room above the hotel's function rooms/ entertainment venue. Excessively loud music blaring into the night, and reception claimed to have spoken to them about the issue but didn't offer to move us to a quieter room although I asked. On check in we were told breakfast was 6am - 10am. However, service starts at 7am on a weekend, and to make matters worse, we were charged £16 for parking, and although I asked for the required PIN to input my car reg the man at reception he claimed to have typed it in, but upon querying this with his colleague, they contradicted this claim and gave me access otherwise I would have had a parking fine. I am extremely disappointed based on this experience as a IHG member.

Understandably the hotel is busy as it serves the airport. But leaving only two people on the front desk to check guests in meant long queues.
When we finally got to the room, we had been given a twin- when we had booked for a double bed. The room itself was fairly clean at first glance- but old bits of food and items were under the bed and around the edge of the floor.
The bathroom- flush didn’t work well and there was a substantial amount of mould on the ceiling.

Enjoyable over night stay. Had a very late check in so the receptionist kindly changed the parking charge to reflect amount of time stayed. Lovely full breakfast. Friendly staff. Definitely would stay again and would also recommend.
