All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do more for you. Our room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower, plenty of tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed. Our breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of choice.

The bathroom was in need of a significant overhaul. Ageing and grubby. The room had a mismatch and hotch potch of Furniture. The saving grace was the bed which was decent. We went down to breakfast admittedly cutting it fine before the 1030 deadline but we were there before the 1030 deadline. They had cleared the entirety of the breakfast away, we then went through into the kitchen to ask for breakfast and we were told to go up to the top bar. We went to the top bar and the staff member said breakfast had finished we then went back to the kitchen to ask the same person and eventually and begrudgingly we had our breakfast served. On the positive side the breakfast was good. On the negative side the Hotel is not very welcoming or homely, but the location is superb. The Adelaide should be far better than it is which is a shame as it is perfectly located in the heart of Windsor. Ultimately, we wouldn’t return which is unfortunate.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was remarkable - so much choice and they even poached eggs for me instead of the standard scrabled eggs. Great, friendly and prompt service. In the room, the the coffe and tea offerings were also so much better than what I have been given at other hotels. Location was fabulous - easy access to Windsor town centre plus able to close access to the Long Walk for a bracing walk after Christmas festivities. Felt very safe area.

Great location for town & castle. The hotel was brilliant from arrival to leaving, the lady on reception was so helpful from ensuring we had a parking spot to giving us useful information. Breakfasts were cooked to order and was of a high quality, very tasty. We had dinner on our first night and we were impressed with the festive menu, again of a high standard. Two courses for £35 with a glass of fizz & tea/coffee with mince pies to finish, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and would use again if in the same area. Thank you to all the staff
P.S The Castle & St George's church are stunning and should not be missed.

Staff were very friendly, however we arrived to be greeted by a huge pile of laundry waiting to be collected at the entrance.
We were guided to our room, the bed and pillows were comfy, the bathroom however was a different matter. There were, let’s say body hairs on the floor, a hair on the bath. The floor was freezing cold and the hand lotion dispenser was empty and the bottle not in the best condition!
Overall it was a nice walk to the centre and the breakfast was lovely.

Toilet tight against the heated towel rail, which could have been hot but luckily wasn’t on, toilet roll holder on wall behind the toilet seat because of the position of the towel rail and so needed to take the toilet roll off the holder to operate the flush.

We went as a mother and daughter, for my mums 70th. We couldn't fault this hotel at all! Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room we were in was well decorated and had all amenities. There was an option to park there, which we found useful. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Staff really friendly. Great cooked breakfasts - maybe should keep breakfast pastries/fruit salads covered though. Evening dining meals were also excellent and competitively priced against other Windsor hotels/restaurants.
Although slightly further out than other hotels looked at it wasn’t too much of a problem for us.

Staff were very helpful, although there was significant under-staffing in the dining room with a large group of conference delegates going through all together. Breakfast was good.
Parking spaces were in a very constrained area in which manoeuvring was highly challenging when larger cars were parked there. There was a significant risk of not being able to get out when needed.
The hotel is directly under the flight path to Heathrow and therefore has almost constant aircraft noise overhead.

Very nice hotel with staff who really try their best to meet your every need. They are friendly and helpful. We liked the complimentary drink. Breakfast is included with your stay and there is a good selection of food to choose from. The hotel has a restaurant that served dinner. Good food. My room was a little small but the bed was comfortable. Some noises at night but not too loud. Close to the attractions we wanted to see. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever go back to Windsor.

This is my go-to hotel in Geneva because it's right next to the train station. The rooms are steaming hot when it's warm outside. If you're lucky to arrive in a month when cooling is allowed, you can turn the fan on as soon as you can and it might cool off by bedtime.

The windows are pretty soundproof but there's some rumble from the trams and trains, as well as noise from the hallways if you end up with inconsiderate neighbors. I usually sleep pretty well with some white noise.

Very pleasant stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was under going some renovations but this didn’t affect our stay.
We chose a comfy double. It was satisfactory for us. Bit of a gap under the door but this didn’t cause any issue.
The breakfast was spot on. Had our welcome drink in bar served by Finley who was most helpful and obliging.
I would recommend this hotel as the location couldn’t be better. Only a short walk out the front and you can go through a gate and you’re straight on the long walk !!
Very good value for money I thought with the breakfast included and the welcome drink. We parked in the ev spot and used the charger. Very easy to use and spaces were fine.
If we were to return I’d look to stay here again.

The staff was amazing. We didn’t get in till 2 am and they were waiting for us. The next morning since we had to caught a flight in the afternoon, they ask if we wanted late checkout and also suggested we do the long walk and it was truly magical. We were in London for less than 24 hours and the service at this hotel made our trip. Thank you and the breakfast was fantastic.

I realized a few days before my arrival date that I had made a mistake. I called the property and explained my situation. I was told to send an email with my request and I received a response that it was granted. This property is located in a residential area is in walking distance to downtown and Windsor Castle. I chose it because of its location and its including a welcome drink and free breakfast. After I arrived before check in time, my room was ready. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very small but cozy enough for one person. The bed was very comfortable. I felt it had sufficient electrical outlets. I enjoyed the tea kettle with coffee and tea selections, free bottled water and packaged cookies provided. It had AC which I appreciated. The hotel had outside and inside rooms including a meeting room in which to relax.

Great location and a welcome drink was a lovely touch. We had a classic double room. The room is small but fine for an overnight style. Some lovely decor but felt very random that flat pack wardrobes are used - not really fitting for the hotel. Bath room was clean and white company products are a lovely touch but there were signs of rust and wear and tear in/ outside of the shower. Staff were great on arrival. Overall nice hotel, great location, rooms slightly expensive for what they are.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at The Adelaide Hotel. Although the hotel is a little tired, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were in room 11 a small double which, despite being compact, qhad everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the shower was powerful and warm. We only had breakfast which was very tasty and plentiful. The hotel is approximately a 15 min walk up to the castle area. The best route was joining the Long Walk across the road through the iron gate which is lovely on a sunny day and takes you straight to the castle. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if we return to Windsor. Thank you to all the great staff who made it such an enjoyable stay ie, reception, restaurant staff and cleaners.

We have just returned from a 2 night break in this hotel. Although a little tired in places, we enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.
Our room was very comfortable and the hotel well situated for the castle; the long walk is just across the road.
Breakfast was excellent!
Overall a good couple of nights away - Many thanks.

We received a very warm greeting from Sara. Without asking she informed we had been upgraded to a room with a larger bed. Like a lot of older UK hotels there was no lift. Sara was quick to offer staff assistance for walk up the one flight of stairs.
My wife is celiac. We decided to eat at the hotel. Great service and food. They were very aware of and made adjustments to my wife’s meal. Very kind.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, location was excellent and the beds comfortable and breakfast was good.

Room not clean, window latch broken and door into the toilet broken and wouldn't close. It's a direct flight path overhead, the noise from the planes throughout the night was loud! If you need silence to sleep wouldn't recommend!

A lovely property with great staff. Parking was good but you have to book and pay. The dining was convenient and excellent The bathroom, was a little tight. Anyone with long legs would find the appointment a tad awkward. And for those who have mobility issues please note there is no lift at this property. Otherwise a lovely stay.
