Rooms smelled musty, stale and were ratty. Staff was lovely, unfortunately, after seeing two different rooms, in the hopes of the original room simply being a dud, I forfeited my reservation and changed to another hotel in the area. The staff was very friendly and tried to help as best they could. An unfortunate experience. Sharaton should invest in updating this property as the location is wonderful.

Our room was an hour late being ready, then it was the wrong room, we ordered a king with views for our anniversary and it was two twins pushed together at different heights, after multiple phone calls got the king bed with a much worse view which was the point of staying at this place. Luxury in the name but it is not luxury. Feel disorganized and disappointed.

We have traveled a lot and never had such a bag experienced. Very disappointed and would not recommended at all.

Spacious and well equipped rooms with a beautiful view of the Hyde Park and London Eye. Sumptuous breakfast. Classy location, walk down to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, shops & restaurants. It’s just outside the Knightsbridge Tube station. All staff members are extremely helpful and ready to serve, especially Ruston. The cabs and Uber services are terrific.
They could improve on the refund policy. I had to cancel a room for 9 nights, within just 24 hours of booking but both Expedia and Hotel kept blaming each other and refused to refund anything.

The furniture is outdated big gap between the door and the frame I felt that I’m sleeping in the corridor!
They blocked 500 pounds from my cc and the mini bar was empty! And they still didn’t release the amount back

Need a refurb and good clean

The worst Marriot hotel I have ever booked.
We booked 3 classic rooms for a business trip
All 3 rooms were disgusting and smelt bad with stains everywhere, the rooms were very run down and not what you expect for a Marriot hotel especially when one of the nights cost over £600pn. One of my guests had to change rooms twice, and another didn't even stay at the hotel, and we had to find different accommodations; I appreciate the staff trying to find them better rooms, but the whole hotel needs a refurb and a good clean so its hard to find a suitable room when they are all very similar poor standard, all the guests were Marriot members, and not one of them was offered any discount or refund which is truly disappointing, we will be speaking to the press and head office considering this hotel is not up to the Marriot standard...Luxury in the name is very miss leading, and the photos are old and don't show the current room states

Difficult to park car underneath
No spaces, has become a carwash.

Second Lower car park
floor is now closed to private parking.
Had to grovel with attendant to move some cones to allow me to park car.

Lift from car park to hotel Broken and out of use, so had to drag suitcase up and down 3 flight of very narrow stairs.

2 security come and knock on you door at 11.45 am to see if you are ready for checkout, a bit intimidating and not needed.

Room has flaking paint on window frames.
Shower did not work, thermostatic control permanent on boiling hot water, reception advised.

Definitely not 5 star hotel

Overall not bad but some things to note… free wifi was advertised at the time of booking but it was only two hours free, then you were charged. No outlets in the bathroom for hair dryer, curling iron, etc. No USB chargers on the night stands for your devices (for those who prefer to have them near the bed). As this hotel was a bit on the pricier side, I expected a little more.

The Park tower hotel in Knightsbridge.

I was a regular at the hotel up to 2013, and it was great. After being away for 10 years, I found the hotel didn’t keep up. Same old furniture, stricture etc. I think for a claimed 5-star, it requires investments and upgrade.

It’s a good 4-star but not a 5-star hotel. Sorry.

1-Booked for a hotel transportation to the airport and at the end they stopped a black cap instead of a hotel car who dropped us in a different terminal and refused to take us to the given destination which caused us to miss our flight.
2- Charged the room with restaurant invoice which was not related to the room and was with no room number and insisted to keep it on the room which was a waist of time and effort and shows un professionalism from the person who added the bill to the room and the front desk agent.

We regularly stay at park tower and it has never let us down

The only tiny gripe we have is currently breakfast is in room only vehicular is fine but then to charge to deliver it seems cheeky ( it is only a few £ ) but feels cheeky when no other option

We have tried other hotels in the area too , but park tower is the best

The stupid salt bae restaurant hasn’t affected the hotel at all which was a concern

Hotel and absolute joke!

My stay was awful. Ordered boiled eggs and toast fir breakfast and tea. The sugar, knives, butter and spoons and orange juice were missing but charged £90. Same on second day. Breakfast dishes on floor outside room for two days. Room not cleaned with poor excuses from hotel, then woman arrives at 8pm to clean after our complaining and would not leave room when we were dressing for dinner. Just chaotic. Missed our Zuma reservation.
Reception lied that manager was out all the time. Just rubbish. Room tired, old carpet, furniture chipped and tatty. Breakfast ridiculously priced. All a con

This hotel is a little dated and we had a couple of issues but the service was excellent and staff were very friendly and did their utmost best to resolve the issue .... guest relations for me is key and I have to give this hotel credit for that and for that reason I would definitely go back and recommend it

The area has great shopping and dining options and close to the underground tube station
The hotel needs major renovations. The rooms are run down and wallpaper dirty. The toilets don’t flush properly. I had to call the concierge 3 times to drain the toilet. Housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms properly and came late in the afternoon (after 4 pm after I complained) Really disappointed.

The entire property smells smoke. We were given a smoking room despite request for non smoking. We thought breakfast was included. They did not even ask or check and simply handed over 100 pounds check for a below average breakfast. They dont even offer Eggs of your choice. Looks like everyone eho stays there smokes and entire property smells like it. Waste of money.

The cleanliness of rooms was poor, the carpet was not vacuumed during my entire 4 nights stay.

Excellent choice for our wedding anniversary. We didn’t expect it to be that excellent. Celeste make it more exciting stay. And we even have a champagne to add to our celebration courtesy of Celeste and a room upgrade. We loved to stay longer unfortunately, we have to back to reality.

We had just one night but were quite impressed. Our panorama room had a great view across London and service was good throughout. Breakfast was of a good standard. My only criticism was about charging for internet access - apparently loyalty scheme members aren't charged but have to buy internet access and get refunded at checkout.

Good location but the staff should be 5 stars hotel stander the intrenet was free for 2 hourse only and i have spoken with the receptionist and the duty manager and they said because you book from third party as expedia you have only 2 housrs while if you book through our website you will have free internet 24 hours . The door men and porter not available at all time you shoule call them each time for the help.

A bit frustrating really. I'd booked the room (executive room upgrade!) a few weeks in advance and read reviews about the hotel afterwards (not great). Our room wasn't ready at the appointed check in time of 3pm so we came back at 4pm. I booked a room for myself and two children but on entering the room (looked like a classic one), found only one king sized bed. I complained but didn't feel it was dealt with, with any urgency or competency. It was a bit deflating for me, I'd booked a weekend break for my son's birthday so felt I'd let us down by selecting this hotel. Another bed was set up in our room which made it rather cramped but we had to make do as we had plans for a tour of the Christmas lights and dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. I've also never stayed anywhere that you only get 2hrs of WiFi before being offered more at the cost of £10
and no TV channels unless you pay £24.99 for 24hrs. I probably wouldn't book this hotel again based on our experience.

I arrived early certainly at the hotel knowing that the check in was 300 pm , however they delayed and delayed the checkin process for about 2 hours.
Also the rooms were not done on sunday till I have to call and finally housekeeper came at 700 pm
Finally the heating did not work at the room and the week end was extremely cold and nobody could do anything it was like a freezer. no way this can be a luxury hotel honestly worst experience ever

I was only there for a couple of nights on business. Everyone was terrific and attentive. The hotel itself is lovely, the room was spotless with great line a on the bed and a terrific bathroom with excellent shower pressure. Maid service and turn down was perfect. Recommended highly.

Nearly £470 per night. Arrival at room :
- top hinge on door to room hanging off
- toilet leaking over floor
- desk in room covered in scratches
- large rug in front off bed looking pretty grim.
- Check out 12noon - arrived back from shopping at 11.30am to find we could not enter room
after ringing through to Reception and a wait of over 10 minutes Security arrived to let us in

The hotel facilities are good however still in the same condition since the Sherston days.
The room service food is excellent however they add a lot of charges on top of the bill such as delivery, service etc..
Check in process was not good at all. The hotel was overbooked and I had to wait for 2 hours until they found a solution.

Nice hotel good size rooms for London

Good service and friendly.
Very well located for Harrods and Hyde park.
If you get a good price it's worth staying here.
Rooms are a good size with separate showers.
Unlike the intercontinental on park lane where the rooms are tiny and also no separate shower.

A very nice hotel.

Spent nine nights, hotel staff is various courteous and kind. Hotel is lovely and located in upscale Knightsbridge. I have stayed here over half a dozen times and always enjoy it. The only problem I had was the in room safe which kept locking me out. Security made note of it and offered to fix it after the third time it locked me out.
