The hotel was clean and overall a good stay. However, for a 4-star hotel, I expected basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, and slippers to be available in the room — but even upon request, they were not provided. The location is a bit far from the city center, but public transport access is reasonably good.*

This was a very nice hotel to spend a weekend at. Everything was new and clean, and the gym was great! The staff was pleasant and accommodating throughout the stay.

There are two metro stations within a 10-15 minute walk, which made it very easy to get to the city centre.

I would say mixed reactions. For the price I paid, I felt the hotel was not giving me a good value. Breakfast was lacklustre. Room was of decent size, but internet connectivity was not good. Cooling was not sufficient so I had to keep the window open throughout the night and that comes with its own challenges. The bathroom was smaller than most other hotels in this range.

First time using hotels.com absolutely horrendous experience. We chose to stay at Austria trend hotel booking was confirmed. We had an email couple days before asking if we had any special requests we would like adding. We arrived 11pm at night got to reception to be told our stay has been cancelled. We was told we would be refunded and that’s it go find a hotel. It wasn’t in a city centre so there wasn’t much around. It was late we were low on options, woman on reception just kept repeating nothing she can do it will be refunded. We come to conclusion we would have to stay on the sofas in the lobby. We took our suitcases just got settled in the lobby. Around 20 minutes later the woman came over and miraculously there was a room available.

The check in staff were un attentive (borderline rude). The bar staff stood chatting most of the night and you had to ask other guests to get their attention. The room was very comfortable.

Excellent hotel!! Everything is new and comfortable, excellent service with a smile and superb breakfast with a very large variety of food.
The hotel is 30-60 minutes by public transportation from Vienna city center and people with a car have a huge parking lot near the hotel.

I booked and paid for a double, and i was given a twin room instead, and told the system was down, so nothing could be done. Staff on arrival were not helpful.

The carpet also had a large stain on the floor near the entrance.

The place was otherwise fine, other staff were kind and helpful.

Great hotel 5-10 min drive from town centre, friendly and polite english and german speaking staff, rooms were clean and tidy, would have preferred a walk in shower rather than an a shower bath combo as tiles were slipy or a bath Matt for the floor, other than that would happy stay again

The twin bedroom was a decent size, and the windows were large and easy to open. That made it nice during the hot weather we experienced during our stay. On site parking was free, although the lot was small and may fill up at times, I fear. We thought our mini fridge was broken, but found out it was on the circuit operated by a switch near the door, and left it on thereafter. The tub was nice and deep. Our room had a towel and a comforter that were a bit shabby, with a small hole each, but I will admit they were exceedingly clean, just worn. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but there is a hot water dispenser in the lobby, working, until midnight every day. There is a grocery store nearby with very good selection. Comfortable hotel, a little shabby, but very reasonable. Quiet location, too. Lobby furniture could use a good steam cleaning.

Nice place to stay. Not close to the center but trams, trains and busses stop 5 min from it. Nice bar that they have. Better food then going in some restorant in the center if you on the budget.
In general is good place for the money. Recomend.

Older hotel on the outskirts of the city. Convenient parking was key for our trip. The fitness center next door was a great added benefit. The restaurant had limited menu and poor quality with only one server trying to take care of 10 tables and the bar. The rooms need updating. Staff was wonderful.

Nice hotel but far from the city centre

The hotel was comfortable and staff was great. The food was lovely (breakfast and dinner). The hotel was quite far (25 min dive) from Vienna’s attractions. If you don’t care about being walking distance to the sites, this was a great hotel for a great price and included free parking.

Well the reception people (they know who they are -mentioning their names is probably against policy) were pretty fabulous in helping me nearly sort out a rental car problem. Their professionalism and efficiency reflects very well on this hotel. I don’t know what I would have done without them.
The hotel itself seems physically set up for company conferences, or school groups or bus tours.
It is little isolated (which probably explains the reasonable rates), like in a business park – required a 10 minute walk and a 2.2 euro, 30 minute tram trip to centre of Vienna. Getting back after a big night out might be problematic. Do not know how late the trams run but I know the cab fare would be hefty.
There is really no night life around hotel, but parking is easy and it is quiet. Not the place for back-packers looking to party on, however.

Very Nice Hotel, Easy Access to City Center

Very impressed; and happy with the choice of this hotel. The hotel backs up to a golf facility, and out front is a racket ball building. It's an 8-10 minute walk to the trolley, where you can ride nonstop to the Vienna Opera House/City Center. The facility and rooms are clean, and overall a very nice place to stay. An added bonus is that you get free parking. I would choose to stay here again.....

Very clean room, small tea/coffee kettle missing, very good breakfast, free parking, 10 mins walk to bus station (W360) going straight to city center in 10-15 mins. We didn't use neither bar nor restaurant. Check in and out very fast, no problems. We plan to go there next year again.

No good. Inconvenient location. Barn is about 12 mins away if you can find it. Subway is even further. After a tour, we could not find our way back as it's impossible to find your way back in the dark. Only advantage is the free parking.

Very, Very hard to find

Hotel is tucked behind a golf course. Even with GPS, was very hard to find. Lobby is nice but room we were given was not good. Walls were damaged and air conditioning, the reason we took this hotel, did not work properly. Room was very large as was bathroom but very dated. We reserved this hotel because we thought we would stay outside the city before we returned our rental car because hotel has free parking. Would have been better to stay in the city and pay for parking. Although the hotel is a good value, there are better options in Vienna itself, even after taking parking into account.

A Wonderful Stay at the Austria Trend Bosei

My wife, Chumki, and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were doing a 10 day trip that included Vienna, Salzburg, Prague, (back to) Vienna and Bratislava. We had rented a car and it was important to find a hotel with free parking. The hotel was very conveniently located from the airport and city center. The reception staff was excellent. Dragana and Musu were so nice, warm and cordial. Since we were vacationing for our 20th anniversary, they upgraded us and also included breakfast for us. They also gave good suggestions for eating out and sightseeing. The hotel is lucky to have two wonderful employees like Dragana and Musu. Our stay was even more pleasurable because of their wonderful hospitality. The breakfast was also fantastic with a delectable choice of eggs, cold cuts, meats, breads, pastries, yogurt, fruits, jams & jellies, corn flakes, juices, tea, coffee, and a lot more. We had a lovely time. We had plans to stay at another hotel in Vienna during the end of our trip, but we changed it to come back and stay at the Austria Trend Bosei.

Maybe 4 stars is a bit to much but I wasn't dissapointed .I stayed there twice each time in a diffent room (one time the room design was modern and one time older). Room was clean, view was nice, free parking. ALDI/Hofer Supermarket is nearby.
