Overall pretty strange. The check in was underwhelming. The lady was completely uninterested. No welcome and not even directions to the room. The lobby was being renovated which we didn’t know about. We found ourselves in a corridor with no lights. From here, there was zero interactions from staff over 5 days.

Everything was clean and modern with very lovely staff. Only complaint would be the sheets and pillows were not the comfiest. Despite booking a double, we actually had two twins pushed together with two single duvets which was mildly inconvenient.

Would recommend the hotel though to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet place in Vienna with easy access to all the main attractions via the public transport or walking.

Nice staff. 2 considerations: 1) glass in the shower points directly at the bed, which means if you get up early, the light from the bathroom shines very brightly on the person still in bed and 2) the room was unbearably hot in the winter and couldn’t find a way to cool it since windows don’t open

Lovely hotel at a great price with a catch

I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels this year. For the price this was by far the best. The neighbourhood was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was lovely at a fair price. They have a fitness centre and a roof terrace. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my night here until 7am when I was woken by people cleaning the windows. Not them actually cleaning it was the CONSTANT beeping of the crane. It went on for over 4 hours! It is clear they take great pride in the hotel and ensuring it’s clean but that noise constantly from 7am left me leaving exhausted and grumpy rather than refreshed. I complained about it three times.

The staff on reception were very understanding with one saying “I understand, I can hear it too and it’s very annoying”. Regardless of this and me asking a manger didn’t contact me and only spoke to me when I leaving because I asked for him.

As I said it’s clear they look after the hotel but by having that constant beeping like an alarm from 7am is unacceptable. It should be done at a reasonable hour

If you are well-travelled this hotel is more a 3 star hotel than a 4. Ridiculously expensive for what they offer, nothing nearby to eat…. Very bad restaurant food. Aircon not working properly and they attempt to charge us for a room upgrade because the aircon wasn't working in pu original room and in reality we got a downgrade, for free but the room was much worse. I don't recommend this hotel. And it shouldn't be rated as VIP in Expedia….

Staff could be me more warmer/welcoming although it could just be a Vienna thing. Bar area not open until 6pm which isn’t helpful if you want a drink while at the hotel.

The room was very spacious and had good facilities, with a 2 night stay I would have expected the tea/coffee to be topped up. Also thebhotel does have good transport links and a supermarket next door which is convenient.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The comfort of the rooms was outstanding, everything was very clean and fresh the spa area was truly relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel took in consideration my requests.
The hotel is located conveniently close to the metro/overground station.
Definitely a option to consider in a next visit to Vienna.

Lovely property, the style of the rooms was magnifique. I’m obsessed with the fact that Keurig machines were in every room — excellent touch. Comes highly recommended from me. I would most definitely stay here again.

My only suggestion to the management team is to replace the pillows. For such a luxurious feeling room, to have limp & flat pillows was out of place.

Surprisingly pleasant!

This hotel was a very nice stay and beautiful facilities. Having a rooftop terrace to hang out on is very nice as well! We stayed as a family and were comfortable even though it was a little tight. Even though it’s a little out of the city, it’s a quick 5 minute walk to the metro, so it’s extremely convenient to all the places you’ll want to see while in Vienna!

We had a great stay! Modern hotel in a good location and close to the “u-bahn” which takes you to central Vienna within minutes.
We stayed in a Junior Suite, which has its own terrace! Really a nice extra feature. The wellness area is also a nice add on to this hotel. Would gladly visit again

Nice room and location close to a metro station, but service virtually doesn’t exist. We had 2 single blankets on our bed and when asked to get a double blanket we were told they don’t have one. Also, when we were out of shower soap, we were told to get down to the reception to get more. Conditioner was out of the question as they didn’t have it either. And also when we tried to order room service, we had to go and get ourselves.
Water bottle is complimentary in the room every day but unless we through out the bottle it wasn’t replaced, even if there was just a single drop of water in it.

Not so impressed with staff

After checking in late at night, I wake up early to start my day. I realize my passport is missing and remembered giving it to the front desk for check in. I check with the front desk and no one has seen it. After making an appointment with the US consulate I check one last time with the hotel staff after checking out. Guess it appeared over night and no one knows how. Instead of the staff stopping by my room to report the located passport, they just wait for me to ask.

Nice and quiet hotel near the U4 u-bahn line. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast but the bed was crazy hard so both me and my partner got aches and pains all over. The SPA was nice and clean. The area isn't the most exiting one but in 20 minutes you could walk into town.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern with good transport links (I used public transport).
Very friendly staff. Room was spacious enough. Unfortunately it was for disabled people and since I am not, it was very inconvenient to use basin to wash hands. They should have asked me if I am ok with it. Well I wasn't but apart from this the only issue was the 22€ breakfast, which was a bit disappointing for this kind of money. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the fitness/wellness part.

A great hotel that need some improvements

I wasn't going to give this hotel 5 stars but some of this hotel staff saved our holidays. Basically we booked and asked for baby cot in the room and was not send to our room even though that we have asked the receptionist on duty to send one but again this was not send. I've called the reception in the evening and a receptionist (very friendly gentleman) provided us with a one mattress bed that we put on the floor and a baby cot. We tried many times to set up the baby cot but not us or the receptionist could make it the same evening (Folded baby cot). Finally we did it :) The next morning I have personally asked the reception to change the bed sheets as our child wet the bed and it was important for us to be done prior our return at the hotel. We asked this approximately at 10:30 a.m. and we came back at 15:30 p.m. and found our room dirty with a wet bed. I ve called the reception and asked them why they haven't clean our room and they said that they don't clean the rooms until approximately 6p.m. as they do check outs first. I truly accept your procedures but this was a request for the bed to be cleaned which was not done.
After I complained the executive housekeeper with the duty manager came to our room and apologized for the incidents and they have arranged immediately everything. They were so helpful-they even help us to navigate to restaurants and they city. We thank you for this.
A note to your log book procs .Please pass the notes to your colleagues with care

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Great staff, very very friendly. Great service. Free bottle of water in the room was given as well. They had a coffee machine in the room as well which was very good. A lot of other small things given in the room too so it was great. we were given a small sewing kit and also a pack of cotton buds and pads. Shower caps were also given. The room is spotless. Very clean and room service cleaned it every day so it was very nice to come back to a clean and tidy room. The bathroom was very good as well. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in and I had a good nights sleep all four nights. There’s also a very nice gym with a nice terrace seating area available all day and night. There’s also a spa and massage there. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. For families, business, solo and friends. The location was great too as it was easy to catch a bus or tram. There was a billa supermarket directly opposite the hotel which was very useful. There’s also a bike rack opposite the hotel that you can rent a bike from using an app so that was also very useful to have. 10/10 hotel.

The toom was clean but daily housekeeping wasn't as thorough as it could have been to maintain that...
On arrival we were given a twin room when a double was requested through Expedia. The hotel wanted us to wait indefinitely until they changed the beds but we wanted to freshen up and use our time to sight see so only when pressed quite firmly did they give us another double room...the hotel says they are not told by Expedia what guests preferences are...
