Nos hospedamos en la suite familiar pero tenia roto el sillon cama para los niños y no tuvieron que cambiar de habitacion en el primer piso. De noche hubo un evento y no se podia dormir del ruido.
Preciosa piscina exterior pero no habia sombrillas ni reposeras. Los baños estaban muy sucios. La piscina cerrada estaba fria y el area del jacuzzi estaba con agua encharcada en la zona de los controles.
Servcico a la habitacion demoro mas de una hora y media (para una pizza) y cuando llego estaba apenas cocida y fria.

Nice out of city property close to the airport. Vast amounts of unrestricted parking. Lovely green grounds, with pond, outdoor pool, and playing areas. Nice enough indoor pool, and gym, sauna although this area was a little tried and could do with improvement. Nice enough breakfast given the price. Food choice in the restaurant very limited but fine for a short stay. Other local options seem to only cater for lunch. Great Price to quality ratio.

El lugar es espectacular, pero el servicio es deficiente. Falta personal. No tenían café, pan, platos suficientes a la hora del desayuno, considerando que son unas pocas mesas. Quisimos pedir algo para merendar, pero al ser las 19.10hs, se nos dijo que no podían, porque a partir de las 19hs se manejaba el menú de la cena. Insólito.

Nice hotel, needs to improve the meals

The hotel was very nice.
We stayed only for one night.
The food was vey bad. I made a special request to send the food to our room and take care with the higiene and COVID because my daughter has ended a treatment and lacks of defenses.
They brought our meal without covering the dishes and they where also not wearing masks.
Breakfast was also vey bad.
By the time we check out we where charged the taxes. As foreigners we don't have to pay them.
We were very disappointed with the hotel.

A gem in Uruguay

Hotel location was great with nice resort area surroundings. Breakfast was mainly sweets but decent. The room was spacious and bed comfortable but albeit very low to the ground. My only complaint was a foul odor that came out of bathroom plumbing. I asked the reception to do something about it and they apparently tried but it never really went away.

Home away from home

I’ve stayed a few times here, because it’s a nice place to relax and rest. First night this time was not as pleasing, since they had given me a room on the ground floor, near the elevators and the restaurant, and with an event going on that evening, I wasn’t able to sleep much. But the following morning I told staff at reception and they kindly made the arrangements to move me to the third floor; so I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay.
You should try the Blue Thai massage, and then jacuzzi and sauna.

Perfect location if conducting business in Zonamerica. There’s a shuttle with stop outside of the hotel that takes you all over Zonamerica very 10 min. Cons: hard to get an Uber from this are due to regulations. So I would recommend to schedule an Uber ahead of time or use the taxi service from the airport to schedule pick-up on time. Overall great hotel at great price point.

We put our suitcases in our room then left for a few hours. When we came back we had a large trail of BITING ants to our suitcase with ants all over inside. We had a baggie of nuts in the suitcase that the ants had put a ton of holes in. It was awful.

ANTS!!! Don’t leave food in your suitcase!! We had a baggie of nuts in our suitcase and when we came back a couple of hours later there were hundreds of BITING ants all over and in our suitcase. Ouch!! They graciously changed our room but I had to take Benadryl for the ant bites/welts.

great location --- away from the busy center and close to the airport - excellent -- the pool was nice but not temp control and the farthest pool section was a bit dirty... also not enough lounge chairs. the room air conditioner was making noise -- possibly required maintenance. a room inspection would be ideal prior to client check-in -- continuous improvement tracking. overall would visit again!

Unexpected charm in airport property.

We stayed here in order to be close to the airport for our flight out the next day. It is a property with a lot of charm and very friendly staff. Room, restaurant and lobby were beautiful. My only disappointment was that the restaurant was small with a limited menu. However, the next day I discovered an equally beautiful office complex next door that had a choice of restaurants. Wish we had known that in time for dinner.

The staff were extremely attentive to my needs. I couldn't get the heat to work, and left a note for the maid. When I returned home, the manager met me at the front door and advised that the heater in the building would be fixed the next day but until that time, left a portable heater in my room.

Safe location, nice people, kind of clueless.

This place appears to make lots of cash due to their Tax Free warehousing business. Companies can ship to this site tax free.

The hotel itself simply muttles along. Montevideo is a dangerous crime ridden place. This hotel offers oasis like safety with good security. The outdoor pool has not been cleaned in a month or two. The indoor pool was nice. The staff bent over backwards which was nice/kind but they were helping with things which should be automated. Towels... Maps....coffee beer.. Ice.. All were a challenge. Our room was not cleaned despite two requests. Breakfast was okay.... Very few choices. The price was low. $95 usd. You MUST have a car. Montevideo is close. Petty crime is normal. Smashed car window to steal luggage is not unusual. Yet the locals are kind and willing to go an extra mile to help. Other hotel choices may be closer but not as safe feeling.... Even though it seems like they have plenty of resources. They need to implement training to maintain their investment and earn client loyalty. As `nice` only goes so far.

It was next to the airport. The room was perfectly neat. The bed was extremely comfortable. Because of my travel we couldn't use the gym, sauna or any other facilty. The one thing this hotel has is that there isn't anything nearby in a walking distance.

Ficamos lá por apenas uma noite pois seria mais fácil na nossa saída da cidade de Montevidéu, mas o hotel nos surpreendeu. Quartos amplos, muito confortáveis. Café da manhã excepcional, com produtos diversos e de excelente qualidade. Vista linda de um campo extenso. Muito charmoso. O acesso entretanto não é tão fácil, o mapa nos direcionou para um portão fechado e tivemos dificuldade em achar a entrada da área.

Piscina térmica e Jacuzzi ótimas, café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar. Despreparo para receberem muita gente. Faltava muita coisa no café da manhã, sem mesas e cadeiras o suficiente, não tinha mais roupão de banho para usar na piscina. O que nos chamou a atenção que gostamos bastante foi a parte de passeio a cavalo, adicional de 1200 pesos por pessoa mas muito bacana, afinal o local fica em uma área verde linda.

Hotel em local lindo, muita natureza!
De forma geral atendeu muito bem, fora apenas alguns detalhes de limpeza (edredom com mancha) e o atendimento um pouco lento no restaurante.
Café da manhã variado e gostoso. Os pratos quentes estavam mornos em um dia muito frio.

Me fué muy bien, pero llegué de madrugada habiendo avisado previamente por mail y habiendo recibido confirmación del mail , a pesar de eso mi habitación no se encontraba preparada.
La persona que me atendió me envió a una habitación ocupada por otra persona y pude tomar mi habitación después de mucho tiempo, lo que me quitó horas de sueño

Presenta un hermoso parque el cual esta bien cuidado. La limpieza y estado general del hotel son muy malas. Tanto las piscinas como el jacuzzi estaban sucios así como con baja temperatura de agua (piscina de adentro supuestamente climatizada).
El aire acondicionado del cuarto goteaba...
La atencion del restaurante fue buena.
Es un lindo hotel si estuviera bien cuidado y limpio...

Piscina decepcionante!!!

Elegimos el hotel por su piscina interior y fue una decepción total. El ambiente estaba helado, totalmente desarreglado, con unos cajones de madera y unas tarrinas de plástico llenas de agua sin utilidad aparente. No había ni una sola reposera y el agua de la piscina estaba a temperatura ambiente. Un desastre total!!!!
