Teeny tiny room with even smaller bathroom. Chair had no leg pads so when scraped across floor very loud plus when room above moved chair very loud. Hair dryer from the 60’s. The room was very clean. The AC worked GREAT and we had it cranked up. Bathroom was a bit cramped but it had everything we needed and was super clean. Appreciated the staff. They were just wonderful and very helpful. The building is older and needs some TLC but everything in our room worked great.

Although in a good neighborhood, The property is located across for a large prison and has large neon signs the shine into the room making it difficult to sleep. Furniture was old and stained. There were ants in the room and mold in the shower. Fine for the price, but not super comfortable

The room is extremely small, with no iron or basic amenities provided. The phone in the room doesn’t work, which made it inconvenient to contact the front desk. Overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the price paid.

Good location and everything you might wanna do is walkable but rooms are really outdated, I couldn’t get either of my adapters to fit into any of the plugs and I’ve used them all over Italy previously, had to finally force one of the adapters in so I could charge any of my devices, i found hairs all over the bed and sheets, the aircon doesn’t work and there’s no fans in the room so if you come when it’s hot be prepared to sweat it out and finally the shower flooded the bathroom every time I used it for more than 3 to 5 minutes so I had to keep turning it on and off to drain before turning it on again - it’s cheap, liveable and good location but don’t expect much

When I first arrived, I asked the guy at the counter if he speaks English or Spanish. He only spoke to me in Italian, so I muddled through. He kept my passport for 20 minutes while I waited in the lobby for him to finish the paperwork, and in the meantime other people walked in and he spoke to them in English. After standing around for another 10 minutes I asked how much longer he'd need our passports and he said he was already finished and fished it out from behind his desk.
While in the bedroom my dad fell in the small shower when he tripped on the shower curtain, which drags on the floor.
My bed was missing a leg, so when I sat down the bed tipped towards the wall.

Se encuentra en una excelente zona en Milán, la propiedad es adecuada para el precio que pagué; no es un hotel de lujo, el cuarto es pequeño, pero en general cómodo y limpio. El staff que me recibió fue muy amable, pero al hacer el check out tuve una experiencia algo desagradable, ya que me quería cobrar por desayunos y botellas de agua que no consumí. Le doy 4 estrellas ya que en general, todo estuvo bien del hotel, solo ese desagrado.

Advertised as a good location to get to know Milan, this hotel is located right in front of the Milan main jail, in a dark but very noisy street.

Pictures on the website correspond to another location. the walls are dirty, there was mold in the window, the safe box didn't work.

Hotel on a very busy major thoroughfare. Traffic all night long. Very noisy. Bed was very hard, uncomfortable. The front desk attendants were unhelpful and rude. Would not stay here again. On the plus side, subway was an easy walk. Breakfast was fine. There was a \"local market\" set up on Thursday. Fresh food, apparel, and flea market items.

Excellent location for all tourist sites and public transport. Staff are wonderful - pleasant and helpful. Room staff do a great job with plenty of fresh linen every day. This is the perfect place to stay in Milan for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it.

The property was dated and the rooms including bathrooms were small but adequate to be fair. To be honest we did not really stay in the room only used it to sleep. They were clean and fully serviced with clean sheets both days - we stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was limited to continental - nothing warm / hot - although there were choices between cheese and ham, sweet items and fruit and cereals. Nothing displayed GF however upon asking I was provided with crackers and sweet biscuits. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A bar was signed although we never saw it open. The Metro (L2) was 4 mins walk and you could walk into the centre of Milan in 30 mins. All in all would recommend if you do not want a deluxe hotel.

The facilities are old, which causes some major problems (the AC does not work, the gave a fan), but its close to a Metro station that takes you directly to the train station and the major sights. The room is small but clean. It's a good last option if you are only looking for a place to sleep.

Okay location, not much around but it's near a metro station. The room was okay, very old and outdated but it did the job. Quite expensive for what we got really. Stayed in 5 separate locations for this trip and this was my least favourite. Staff were friendly, hotel perhaps better suited to an elderly couple but it did the job.

This hotel is exactly what it is - a budget friendly efficiency hotel. It’s safe and secure and in general clean. Nothing fancy, nothing exceptional. Friendly staff. If you need a place to spend a night before transit to somewhere else, this is a good spot. 20 min walk from train station. Old school key that you leave up front when you leave and 24 hour person in reception.

Good reasonable price for accommodations.

Hotel was OK, you get what you pay for. Used our free reward for this hotel. It was OK for the night as we came in from Rome and were flying out of Milan next day. Local area has supermarket very close so that was a plus. Decent free breakfast, no eggs. We stayed at another hotel close-by in Milan earlier in our trip and they charged for breakfast but no supermarket real close.

Einfache aber sehr saubere Unterkunft. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Personal war höflich. Gute Lage zur U-Bahn Haltestelle, um den Airport Linate zu erreichen. Für 2- 3 Nächte auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche an Komfort und Design hat.
Das Bad ist sehr klein. (hat mich jetzt nicht gestört). Leider war die Klimaanlage etwas sehr laut, diese musste ich daher abschalten.

Je suis presque sur que légalement ça ne peut pas être considéré comme un hôtel 3 étoiles. C'est la salle de bain la plus petites que j'ai jamais vu. Normalement c'est minimum 3m2, la j'ai mesuré et on est à moins que ça. J'étais arrivé à un stade où je devais enlever le support papier toilette pour pouvoir passer mes genoux sous le lavabo pour aller aux toilettes. Le gel de douche pour se laver était énormément coupé à l'eau, et les portes des douches ne fermaient pas correctement.
Ensuite on a pris mes données de cartes bancaire pour \"garantie\", c'est la première fois que je vois ça. Si la peur était que je me serve dans le frigo, n'ayez pas peur, avec 2 coca et 3 bouteilles d'eau, je ne risquait pas de me servir. Aussi je me demandais si les draps ne devait pas être changé quotidiennement ? Parce que les trous dans les draps étaient les mêmes tous le longs du séjour. Donc soit on ne les changeait pas, soit tous les draps de l'hôtel sont troués.. Je me suis aussi réveillé avec d'immenses piqûres rouges sur mes jambes, alors que je n'avais rien du tout la veille, donc je suspecte que quelque chose m'a piqué dans le lit. En parlant des lits, ils étaient vraiment pas confortables. En somme 3/10,car la dame a l'accueil était très gentil et la clim marchait bien

Local limpo, o que é o mais importante para mim no caso e por isso valeu a pena. Também é bem localizado e pertinho do metrô.
Porém, o banheiro é minúsculo que mal dá pra usar sem jogar toda a água para fora do box que precisar ficar aberto para poder você conseguir tomar banho. Vaso também é junto com a pia praticamente. E o ar condicionado não funciona, dormindo somente com a ventilação do sistema.

Hotel simples, com preço razoável. Fica em frente a um presídio, mas isso não chega a ser um inconveniente.
Fiquei apenas uma noite e o hotel serviu ao seu propósito.
Está muito próximo ao Metrô, o que ajuda muito.
No geral gostei da estadia.

Wir waren zu einem Fußballspiel im San Siro und haben uns daher für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Gut zu erreichen, wenn man - wie wir - Mailand über den Flughafen Malpensa anfliegt. Mit dem Express-Zug nach Mailand-Cardona und von da ist das Hotel innerhalb von zwei Stationen mit der Metro oder zu Fuß innerhalb von zirka 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch sonst liegt das Hotel recht gut, in der Nähe des Navigli-Kanals und vieler netter Lokale, in denen kaum Touristen verkehren. Unser Gepäck konnten wir nach dem Check-Out im Hotel lagern, damit wir uns die Zeit bis zu unserem abendlichen Abflug noch stressfrei vertreiben konnten. Auch im Lounge-Bereich durften wir uns später ohne Probleme aufhalten. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Tat auch nicht nötig, da direkt um die Ecke einige nette Lokale für einen Café und ein Cornetto zur Verfügung standen. Notfalls könnte man auch im benachbarten (einmal quer über die Straße) Supermarkt was holen. Wie auch immer. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und nicht sonderlich groß, aber es wurde täglich gereinigt und der Service war unkompliziert und nett. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.
