Nice enough hotel but there was a cockroach in my bathroom, which is just not acceptable in a 4 star hotel in a major city like Barcelona. The staff were very casual when I reported it and even suggested I had left a window open (I hadn't and the bathroom is at the opposite end of the room from the windows). I also thought it was a bit cheeky to be told I wasn't charged for a mere 1 hour late checkout because of the cockroach. It really tainted the stay as I was constantly checking the room for more cockroaches.
One disappointment with the suite itself is that the sitting room was tiny with only a chair for one. Not really worth it.
The room was otherwise comfortable and on the plus side the hot tub and shower with bodyjets were awesome. Breakfast was really good as was the restaurant.

The spa was a perfect antidote for throbbing feet and aching body after a day of walking. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. We had our best meals in the restaurants around the hotel. Public transportation is easily accessible and main attractions are walkable. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a glorious stay!

Spent 2 nights, only one small grocery store and a couple of restaurants! Sink in our bathroom finally got fixed the night before we left, ants in room and they never did lock the door to our balcony which was accessible from the hallway. Girls at front desk unfriendly as well as not helpful! Lovely hotel though, fabulous breakfast and going to be a brilliant beachfront when completed.

I don’t normally give reviews. Don’t book this hotel. This hotel is not 4 stars. Very expensive. We stayed for 2 nights. Our room had 2 uncomfortable noisy creaking twin beds with no facial tissues or napkins to use. Design of bathroom is poor. Bathroom is large but very empty with poor small shower tub. Very Limited clothing and toiletries for a 4-star hotel. No amenities at all. Not worth it.

Chose the hotel for the great area; was left disappointed by the poor AC, the showerhead that dripped all night, and thin walls. We had to leave the window open all night to make the room bearable but the noise kept us up.

Montse at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Super sweet and friendly. Triple room was large and comfortable. Solid door on the bath would make it more comfortable but us 3 women were fine. The handle on the shower came off when i turned it to get hot water. Very touchy. But figured it out and the good far outweighed the bad.

This is perhaps the best hotel we have ever stayed. Spacious clean quiet room with super comfy bed. A bookable and free spa, sauna, steam room in the basement. Excellent bar and discounted dining, huge and varied complimentary breakfast. Centrally located and walkable to all attractions or hoho bus. Friendly and informative staff with special mention of Mirela who helped us with a smile on many occasions.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 30 years of traveling. The noise from the hotel kitchen, which was right next to my room, was unbearable. When I requested a room change, the staff flatly refused. I ultimately left in the middle of the night and checked into another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs!

Amazing location and the staff were very informative and very knowledgeable. Convenience store just across the hotel and around as well (Aldi). The room was very spacious. No complaints during our stay, they have luggage storage and even allowed us to use the pool after check out. Amazing pool side service (towels provided and sun beds were amazing with music around the poolside area. Good for siesta and drinks.

This is a decent hotel. I had the suite. It was spacious and quiet. For the price I expected the hotel to be a little nicer. The air conditioning was not strong in the room and I couldn’t make it cooler. The WiFi was broken and didn’t work many times throughout the stay. The furnitures was a little scratched and run down. But the room was clean. The staff was nice. The location was great.

My trip here was a great way to kick off a solo trip to Barcelona. my only gripe is the lack of efficient A/C during the summer. it worked, but woke up a couple times each night being uncomfortable with how warm it still got in the room regardless of how cold I had the A/C set to but it was overall a great stay over 3 days
