The check in took 30 minutes. I had three bags and no offer for help. I was given a key to a room that someome else was in and the front desk guy took another 29
Minutes to get me a room and was surely with me as if I was the reasons the room was occupied. He saw me struggle with my three bags and still made no offer to help. Then I get into the room and the aircon did not work. The hotel is dirty and unpleasant. I wouldn’t stay there again.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la habitación es muy cómoda y grande, falta mantenimiento, las ventanas estaban sucias, pero ya desde años. El baño muy bien, pero, dejaron papel higiénico ya empezado, raro. Tuve que pedir, no me cambiaron las toallas, como estuve 2 noches, puede pasar. El desayuno no es gran cosa, está bien. El parquing lo cobran por sepaeado, caro, y es demasiado chico, complicado parquear, y solo tienen 5.

Apenas 1 hora de haber hecho el check-in robaron en mi habitacion. 45 minutos despues de hacer el check-in salimos del hotel y al regresar pasada la media noche la habitacion estaba desordenada y ae llevaron efectivo y joyas. Al llegar y ver la habitacion en desorden, baje a la recepcion y el empleado subio y pudo constatarlo. Me indico q ellos no podian hacer nada y que tenia que ir a poner la denuncia en la policia. Recogimos todo y nos fuimos a poner la denuncia y en la policia me indicaron que debia habet llamado y no tocar nada

Shower glass panel didn’t keep water in the tub. Water leaked all over the floor no matter how I tried to seal the gaps with towels.
If you shower more than once a day, morning and after all day touring, will ne an issue. Be prepared for wet floor and mopping up. Request daily cleaning and have towels replaced.
Otherwise it was a good stay. Location is ideal. Walkable to most tourist spots and dining locations.
Taxi is less than 30 minutes away, during non traffic hours.

The hotel is in a state of severe disrepair. Numerous aspects of the establishment are both deteriorated and unclean. Room 305, where I stayed, was particularly deplorable; the beds, bathroom, floor, walls, curtains, and windows were all in very poor condition. It is evident that a lack of maintenance has led to this situation.

The people at the front desk were friendly as far as possible but the hotel itself is not a place I would recommend.

Also take into consideration that the attractions are about a 25min walk away. They are not around the corner like in other hotels.

Some of the furniture in our room was busted up and the walls were dirty with what looked like shoe marks. The door to the bathroom and hallway was very thin material so we could hear people walking by. Luckily the hotel was not busy and we were only there for a night. 3 star hotel getting a 3 star rating.

The hotel is an older one. It is very clean. The beds were not special. Basic mattresses with no cushion top.
The breakfasts had plenty of options.
The location was a good location to either walk or catch buses to see the sights.
Plenty of restaurants around the area. 2 convenience stores next door to the hotel.

Where do I even start…the rooms are old and poorly maintained, the beds are terrible, the walls are thin and I’m no sure if the guests are louder than the cleaning staff but it’s a close call. The only thing more inconsistent here than the internet is the quality of the service received by the staff, most of whom have no business being in the hospitality industry with their attitudes and demeanor. The only thing ok about this hotel is the price and its location which neither are superb nor worth the trouble. In hindsight I would’ve paid more for a better night sleep and quality stay but you live and you learn.

Decent Hotel for price relative to other options in Barcelona. Clean, furnished with clean bedsheets and towels.

Front desk lady was very helpful. allowed me to use the microwave as well to re heat Glovo ordered food.

Location is accessible and walkable.
Neighborhood is a bit noisy with major traffic and sometimes rowdy crowd partying late.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, it was very hot in Barcelona ,they didn't have a water cooler with cold water..they provide a coffee maker in the room..or a coffee and tea station in the lobby..they have a big restaurant that you can get breakfast for a fee..but you can't get a cup of tea....
The shower in my room i had problems getting it to work, when i did get it to work everytime i took a shower the bathroom floor was flooded, because of a faulty shiwer door..
And the air conditioning in the room was so low, and i tried but couldn't get it to kerp the room cool..so i was hot and bothered all night..the hallway was just as hot...
The front desk staff some of them were friendly, and others were not helpful at all,especially when you don't speak (Spanish)....
There were 2 glasses in the bathroom which i used, abd it took housekeeping 3 day before i got clean glasses..
The management of this hotel needs to upgrade his property ..
There were numerous bad reviews on this hotel..but i still decided to book this hotel ..and i get to see what other guests were talking about..
THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY TRIP, AND THIS HOTEL AND STAFF WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT..

It's a decent budget option that's fairly centrally located, although about 10 minute walking to any metro stops.

Staff are just not well trained. First key on checkin didn't work so had to come back down, and then got locked out by a hallway door being closed that my key didn't work on that same night again.

Maid entered my room and woke me up while I was trying to sleep in even though I had the do not disturb on the door. I don't understand why this happens??

Good things: The property is dated, but everything works well, bathrooms are quite nice, very good shower temperature and pressure. Beds are comfortable enough for a short stay. There is a refrigerator in the room.

If you’re out exploring Barcelona all day and just go to your hotel to shower and sleep, this is a great place To do it. But if you’re looking for luxury then look elsewhere. The hotel is old and a little run down, but it’s clean and staff is friendly. This was actually my second stay there in 6 months. I knew what I was getting, a clean room, a clean bed, in a nice section of Barcelona, a little outside the craziness of downtown.

Hotel is really nice and room super spacious. I met 4 different staff members and they were all very nice. The only down for me is that the rooms are a bit dated. Walls needed a coat of paint, furniture had marks from suitcases and general use and the curtains look like they really needed to be washed (or maybe they were clean but rather than white they looked kinda gray. But all in all, very comfortable stay.

We stayed in this hotel for one night a few years ago and we liked it, so we decided to come back again. This time we stayed a week. The hotel is nice and our room was mostly silent, which was great. It does show wear and tear, it needs to be refreshed and updated. The bathroom was fine but be careful when you take a shower to keep the rotating glass panel towards the inside of the shower, otherwise the water will spill out and flood the floor of the bathroom.
Cleaning service, which we used only once, was not-so-good. I don't think they passed the vacuum in the room, only made the bed. They did not add toilet paper in the bathroom and the toiletries were not replenished, and they did not clean the bathtub...
The location of the hotel is nice if you don't mind walking a little bit, since is not very close to the Metro. But bus H10 will get you very quickly to the center of town and La Sagrada Familia. Also, the Eixample area were the hotel is located, is a great area to stay, full of restaurants and urban activity. Loved it! Forget about the expensive breakfast the hotel offers. Just walk South a couple of streets and there are plenty of cafés on every corner were you can have local pastries and expresso coffee at a much better price...

You get what you pay for and this hotel wasn’t super expensive so it was worth the stay. We found the staff rather lazy in organising things and uninterested in providing information but there was also a language barrier. Products in our mini bar were moulding and seriously out of date but we only wanted to use the fridge for our own items anyway. Room was accomodating and location was not too bad. We like to walk so was good for us but it is a distance from the main tourist attractions but as long as you enjoy a 2-3km Walk then it was ok. Noisy during the night time, we woke a bit to ppl yelling on the street and sirens passing by. I would say it’s a good budget hotel. We are used to staying in hostels whilst backpacking so it was suitable but I would definitely lock things up as I didn’t feel the hotel was overly secure in ensuring your room was safe from theft. Barcelona was beautiful though! Highly recommend walking to Bao Boa restaurant close by.

This property was excellent! When we booked it online we thought it wasn’t going to be small and dark. We weren’t expecting much seeing as it was three stars, but it was amazing. The room was nice and cool, bright and the staff made sure it was always tidied by the time we got back. 10/10 would recommend. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the shopping centre and pl. Espanya!

The hotel was very clean and reasonably placed. There is a busy and noisy road outside. Whilst air conditioning is purported to be available it was not and therefore along with road noise difficult to sleep. Very few staff visible. One tried hard thebothers not so much.

It is an old hotel that has had its interior repainted. Definitely well maintained for such hotel. Room was spacious, comfy bed, clean bathroom with good water pressure. Breakfast was sufficient, scrambled egg was super dry. This was the best option for expensive summer rate.

The fruit selection at the buffet at breakfast was lovely..I liked that.. But its a very basic hotel. They could clean the net curtains in the room ...black w filth..and provide toiletries each day. We had to ask for soap and shower gel when we came back to room ...after that I didnt ask...the staff were not friendly...not rude...just not happy.. I prefer a warm engaging experience. The rooms are not noise proof. I wldnt go back.

Location was a bit of a walk into the main city but if you don’t mind walking then it’s ok. No kettle in the rooms although the rooms were really clean and comfy (mini bar was nice). The main negative were the staff, (all except for the male receptionist- sorry don’t know his name) every other staff member was rude. They did not want to help us at reception, would not call us a cab and abruptly said ‘you can get one outside’ meaning we will have to flag one down when one happens to drive past. Waited 10mins, saw no cab, went back in and after insisting they begrudging called a cab. The staff at the bar seemed annoyed to serve us a drink at 1PM! This is just a couple of examples of the many many times they were rude to us (a group of 6). The continental breakfast was 11€ for cold meats and small selection of breads/croissant not worth the money at all. We didn’t pay for this. Walk a couple of blocks and you will find lovely little cafes that do great food for 6/7€. I never normally write reviews but our family party of 6 (25-55yr) never experienced such rudeness and unhelpful ness. So would not stay here again.

The rooms were well appointed and clean. However, this facility turns off the AC during the winter, so no room can be cooled. The window can only open a little, making the air inside each room feel stagnant. The fan only blows hot air, so it cannot be used to circulate air. I don't know why this hotel cannot install a ventilation system that uses outside air to circulate the air in each room during the winter months.

Also the toilet was working but wasn’t bolted well to the floor so it would move a bit which was uncomfortable. But still, for the price and location this location was very good.
