Very nosy in breakfast area and in rooms corridor. One of staff at reception not good when I check in. She gave me room card not open when I come back she reprogramming the card and not working make me come back to here but she didn’t believe and she come to be sure and then she ask somebody to change the card.

Hotel is quite a bit out of Milan so you will pay 30 euros each way in taxis
We were ok with this as we needed secure parking which was provided at the hotel
Very basic but clean hotel. The front desk staff were just plain rude and ignorant, no service with a smile here. We felt like we were being a nuisance just for being there and having the audacity to check in.

Unprofessional staff do not help the hotel guests at all. The location is very far and it is very difficult and expensive to get there. My room was opened for cleaning but the bathroom and toilet were completely dirty. Even one star is too much. Very disappointing

My overall impression was that this was a wonderful hotel. The majority of the staff was enthuisastically helpful, but there were a couple that just weren't. Maybe it was a language barrier. My only real complaint is location. It was just out of reach of the metro, which meant that I still had to get a cab to get there.

The staff was and is very rude to us. Our hair dryer didn’t work we asked for a replacement twice and no one got back to us … the dinner food was horrible at the restaurant. The hotel is not in a safe area, lots of people living on the street and in campers. I did not feel safe walking around. They also scam you with taxi pick ups. I would advise to use Uber “taxi” much better. Saves 10-15 euros right by doing it that way.
Taxis also claim they can ONLY take cash and don’t give you your change back. All taxi will take card. Don’t be fooled. They just want to take you money.

The hotel was clean and modern but the location was terrible - not within walking distance to any restaurants or other locations. The staff was poorly trained, unaware of opportunities for dining, unaware of the operations of the hotel, and providing miscommunication or conflicting information repeatedly during my stay. The dining room ran out of pizza dough in the afternoon and was unable to provide adequate food for the breakfast meal. Overall, it was a poorly run hotel operationally.

This hotel is in an Expo zone and somewhat near to Milan. Staff was quick and effective when I asked for an iron. I complained about a green emergency light on the wall that would not let me sleep because of its brightness. I was mansplained by a man at the desk that at for fire security. Yet, there are two other red blinking lights for security in the room. So bring your eye covers to sleep. Otherwise, a BRIGHT green light will be staring at you, so bright, you can almost read a book.

The hotel was nice. It’s located in a remote/industrial area so transportation is required. We took the bus to the metro but it was a long walk to get there.
I had dinner one night and was not impressed with the meal. The meat was bland especially for the price.
The service staff was friendly and very helpful. So, if transportation is not an issue and your lunch and dinner are not considerations then this place is great.

This was our groups first and last time staying at Klima Hotel Milano Fiere. The hotel at first was nice but upon closer look it was felling apart. The shower sealing in one of our room was broken so bad that water was all over the floor any time someone took a shower. I took a photo and showed the front desk staff the issue and they informed me that nothing could be done. I also complained to the front desk that twice we ran out of toilet paper. When I brought these issues to the staff at the front nothing was done and talking to me seemed to be an inconvenience. The only bright spot of our stay in regards to staff was Anna who worked in the food area. She was helpful, kind, and would go above and beyond when we needed help.

Taxis to the city centre or local amenities are expensive, approx €40-€60 each way.

Very very bad service and no help at all when the problem is needed. Also, I was a gold member and the hotel had plenty of rooms but no upgrade. Also, late check-out should be there but they requested 20 EURO for the late checkout. Avoid this hotel if you are travelling for business and want no stress.

Shuttle to the fair was just ok. The actual shuttle needs to be cleaned and repaired.

Good Place to stay but find it far from the city, as well as from the airport, room is comfortable...not much accessible to transportation, though they have a scheduled shuttle service.... they don’t follow the schedule, you have to call them to let them know if you need a ride/ or pick up at the train station which is inconvenient for tourist and those who doesn’t have access to phone. Some front desk staff need to improve their public relations....not very helpful when ask about going around the city....Sorry, we’ Not staying here anymore.

The hotel and the staff are great. The hotel is not located in a great place and it is difficult to find. GPS in both our car and iPhone sent us down one way streets to get to the hotel and it is in an industrial area, not close to any entertainment whatsoever. The breakfast is not very good, (stick with breakfast breads and coffee) and due to the food quality we decided against trying any other food while there. For the price in Milan however, the distance and poor location made it worth while.

We chose this hotel to attend a conference at Fiera Milano. While it is close to there, and the hotel had shuttles from 8am - 10am every 30 minutes, at any other time or to return to the hotel you have to take a 20 euro cab. Otherwise it’s a 20 min walk from the Fiera to the train station and it’s one station away from the hotel. The hotel itself was a bit somber but well kept and service was impeccable. The rooms are comfortable except for terrible air freshener / cleaning product smell that doesn’t go away even after opening the window. It must spray automatically because I woke up at 5am choking and after speaking with management they must have disabled it because it didn’t happen again. Front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Hotel is good with spacious rooms. The hotel is far from the center but offers a shuttle bus to a train station where you can get to a train. Breakfast needs to be worked on as juice is a powder machine. Breakfast room is not cosy at all, very \"cold\" area...

Our deal was booked as a package through Holiday Pirates so prior to going, we did not check out how far the hotel was from the airport. We flew into Bergamo and because of traffic, it took us about 3 hours to get to the hotel. Once there though, the staff were very friendly and helpful. A shuttle bus comes to collect you from the local train station and also takes you back there when you are leaving which I really liked. This is also free of charge. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the food was excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfy. However, the kettle did not work and the air con did not switch off at night. This was rectified straight away after notifying staff. All in all, a good stay and would recommend. If you want to see the sites and stay here, I’d recommend maybe flying into Malpensa Airport instead.

It was very difficult to get to the hotel. I took a train to a tram and then walked 20 minutes through tunnels and parking lots. But once I got there I was delighted by the large lobby and lovely bar. My room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and nice staff. Only complaint was no mik in the room, broken kettle lid and horrible polystyrene cups for hot drinks in your room - why no crockery???

I loved the hotel overall. Clean, comfortable, great service, and spacious. The location left much to be desired but I would certainly stay again. It was just away from everything and the traffic in Milan is crazy. If you take public transport or Uber then I would certainly recommend with hesitation.

Hi all-

We thought the shuttle service to the Expo Rho Milano was great. The hotel is also near the subway station, but you need to have your phone working internationally to be able to call the shuttle service to pick you up from the subway station as you head back. Otherwise, your walk is unpleasant. There is absolutely nothing close to the hotel in terms of coffee shop, restaurants, bars, book store; zero- zip. So, if you intend to be going to the expo, the hotel is pretty good, but if you intend to have some days off to explore, this is definitely not the location for you. The cleanliness of the rooms, gym and restaurant are very good. Food is good. Hotel staff is great. Hope this helps.

Perfume!!!

This hotel uses perfume EVERYWHERE! We had to ask that they not clean with perfume which made it better but the lobby, restaurant, elevators such strong perfume!!!

In the lobby they have a perfume machine that pumps perfume out.

Disappointing visit

I was a late arrival so checked in and headed straight to bed. In the morning I noticed dead flies all over the floor near to the window. When opening the curtains I disgusted to see many of them on the window sills.

To my total disappointment, when I mentioned this at reception they did not seem to care. This is a hotel I use when I cannot get a room in the centre, but I will not be using it again.

First of all, the location is in the bad hood

The Hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Surrounded by warehouses. Ask for pictures of surrounding area. All of the inside of Hotel is as described but the area is bad.
