The apartment exceeded our expectations. Great central location, 5 minutes walk from the train station, Tesco just a few minutes' walk across the bridge for food supplies, and check-in was seamless. The only negative is that the apartment is above a bar with loud music able to be heard in the bedroom, but this did not spoil our stay

I had an entire apartment right on the river Ness the view was beautiful and the location was walkable to several dining and shopping options and the Train and bus stations. My check in was contact less but the property was in beautiful condition including a very generous welcome basket and a lovely coffee and tea selection. This stay was amazing

This was an amazing find. My partner and I loved it. Large apartment with central location and nice view. Comfortable, spacious and clean. Had bath tub!!! Hot water ran out fast soaks in vance how to manage, user error i guess.Will certainly be back.

This is a very nice apartment. Clean, great location, and a good size. Great kitchen with a nice \"welcome box.\" And an amazing view across the river. We enjoyed our time in Inverness very much. Only complaint was that we could not figure out the heating system in the apartment. As it was late November the apartment was cold. An instruction book was available but very very complicated. Finally just gave up and dressed warmly while in the apartment.

The location and views from the apartment were amazing. The high ceilings and layout were great.
Kitchen had lots of dishes and cookware although no supplies such as spices, olive oil etc… There was salt and pepper.
Our biggest issue was the front door of the building that wasn’t locked our entire stay. There was obvious damage to the door and it remained unlocked 24/7.
Also a small issue with parking but after a quick phone call it was sorted.
Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location with spacious, clean rooms and great view of Inverness Castle. Three suggestions that would make it perfect or better labeling of all the electrical switches, make up mirror and/or better lighting in the bathroom, and a dryer to match the washer. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, and I would stay again.

This was a very lovely apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment itself was very spacious and in excellent condition. It has an elevator so was easily accessible for my mother who has trouble with stairs. We were very happy staying here and would recommend.

Great stay! We booked the River Balcony apartment and loved the expansive balcony. Check-in and access were easy. The place is spotless and modern, and the welcome basket was a thoughtful touch after a long drive. There’s no air-conditioning, but opening the windows kept it comfortable and we didn’t have any noise issues. The building has an elevator; the unit includes a washer (no dryer). We also paid for on-site parking, which was very convenient. Overall, excellent value,we’d happily return.

The location is fantastic! Centrally located in the city center and we had a beautiful view of the river and shops from our balcony. Very spacious unit with added comforts of tea and milk awaiting our arrival. The bed was a bit soft for our liking but the place was really top notch. Good place to use as a hub for day trips to almost anywhere.

Get a better system to check in

To begin with the address, you give address as Union st then it’s got also another name with a different number then you didn’t send a code to get inside the apt until I contacted you and I arrived on a Saturday evening there was no one to communicate with and took a long time in the lobby waiting for someone to get back to me to get the code with the luggage, terrible experiance

Wonderful rental. In a great location to easily walk the city and only a few minute walk from the train station. Apartment is very spacious and is a nice upgrade option from a single hotel room. Well equipped to eat in and washer/dryer a definite advantage if you pack lightly as we did. Good communication with management. Overall we had a excellent stay!

Fabulous location with room to spread out

It was handy to have an apartment stay during our trip. The property has a washer/dryer combo but it was challenging to use. We were delighted to find a large drying rack there! The door to our balcony had a broken lock, but as soon as we realized that and reported it, it was fixed that same day. The location is amazingly convenient to everything a tourist might want in Inverness!

The location was perfect but there were some issues. When we arrived the door to the balcony wouldn’t close (barely opened). The bathroom had a tap that wouldn’t shut off so it dripped all night. They did send maintenance right away and fixed the door. They returned the last day to put in a new tap when we were out. We used the washing machine and the entire floor molding fell off in the kitchen (loud bang). My husband was able to put it back on. The apartment was in need of updating. There is no reception but they were quick to answer and help us with the problems.

We recently spent 6 nights at Highland Apartments by Mansley and loved everything about staying here. The apartment was very clean and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was on the firm side but comfortable, and the washer/dryer was much needed for a 3 week trip to Scotland. There was a great fan in the bedroom which kept it very comfortable, along with being able to open the bedroom window and balcony door. There is noise at night from the restaurant/pub below (which is no fault of the hotel), but between being so tired at the end of the day and the hum of the bedroom fan as background noise, it did not bother us as much.
There is no front desk on property, but communication was great regarding check in, and there is always someone available in the chat function within the app. We did not find the parking garage as difficult to find as others have, and although it’s small with tight corners, this is not much different than any other parking garage we have used during past trips in the UK/Europe.
The location is perfect to walk anywhere, as well as a Tesco being a very short walk across the bridge.
We loved Inverness, and if we are fortunate enough to return, we would not stay anywhere else but Highland Apartments by Mansley.

Great place but noisy at night.

The apartment was really nice in every aspect except one. There is a pub with a live band playing until closer to 1am. The windows closed drowns out a lot of it but the bass was pounding loud enough that we were unable to sleep. If the noise wouldn’t bother you, or you will be at the pub, then the place is perfectly located, central to everything with a very comfortable bed and very clean.

Excellent location and a beautiful well equipped appartment. The directions were clear and everything worked. The riverview was outstanding. Parking is an issue but we found a lot in ealking distance. Apparently there is a parking that needs prepayment you can use. They even left us a cute breakfast basket.

Apartment was perfect in every way. Wish we had a longer stay. The property was very walkable to the train station, restaurants, shops and grocery markets. Overlooking the river, we spent as much time as our time allowed on the terrace, soaking up the sun and the beauty of Inverness. Easy access to our Highlands tour meeting spot where we boarded a bus for an all day tour. Our apartment provided us with plenty of space and nice amenities. Property managers were accessible for answering questions, accommodating a couple of special requests and holding our luggage before check- in and after check- out. Recommend and will definitely stay here if we visit Inverness again.

Overall… this is a fantastic option for those traveling to Inverness for work or pleasure. The location is great and the views of Inverness and the river from the balcony are 5 star. The apartment was modern, clean and nicely appointed. Everything you wanted.. as you wanted it. My only word of caution comes from Johnny Foxes located below the apartments. JFs is a lively joint and closes at 2am and it is probable that the loud music and exuberant clientele might be a disturbance. ….

This apartment was fantastic! We had the river view, and the apartment was very spacious, in an absolutely ideal location in the center of the city along the river, and surrounded by shopping, pubs, and anything else you would need. It is literally steps away from both the castle and the church, although the castle was closed for renovation. Very easy to get in and out of the city. Parking at the location was a little bit confusing as you have to pre-purchase it if you want to use their parking, but we never saw an option to do that, and the place is unmanned, so there was no one to really talk to about it unless you wanted to make the phone calls. There is on street parking available, but you have to watch the rules and regulations for overnight parking. A lot of places don’t allow you to start parking until about 5 o’clock. They left us an absolutely wonderful selection of snacks and drinks, and even milk in the refrigerator, as well as coffee and tea. The place was very clean, except for the living room area, which had not been dusted, so there were crumbs from somebody who had stayed there before us. Not a huge deal, but took away one star for that.

First, let me say the staff, AMAZING AND WONDERFUL and so helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them.
The problems I ran into though were pretty intense. Firstly, the bed was rock hard, so the first two nights, I had to sleep on the couch. The staff brought me a pillow topper that helped though. Second, bar below with live music until 3 am. I got no sleep for the first few nights, which weakened my immune system and cause it to crash. My last few days of my vacation were spent sick. The reason I had said the staff was amazing though was the cleaning lady I had. She came to check on me the one morning, found that I hadn’t slept and was now sick and immediately had me moved higher up to try and reduce the noise for me so that I could sleep. Wonderful woman!!!
Easy walking though to anything you could want and seeing the castle right outside the window was cool!

Communication was great - clear and concise with everything explained well. Check in was all remote. We chose to add the parking for our stay - this is attached to the unit complex with lift access. The building and apartment were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious and well maintained. Full kitchen as well. Great view from the balcony. Many options for food within 5 min walk. Major shopping Centre down the road. Felt comfortable and like a home as opposed to a hotel or corporate feel. Gift basket full of great items. Would thoroughly recommend!

The property was well appointed and with excellent parking. The management company communicated frequently and responded to questions promptly including offering dinner suggestions which was greatly appreciated.
The only suggestion is to bullet point and streamline the various directions and passcodes - it took several conversations to understand how to get there and how to get in.
All in all, we would gladly stay at any of their apartment rentals again!

Poor communication with customer service. We booked a king bed and were given an apartment with a queen bed, when I called customer service they told me that the queen bed is considered a king size in Europe lol, every other property we have stayed at (3 others) all had actual king sized beds. They would not accommodate this in any way. There is no air conditioning in the apartment and it is hot and stuffy even with windows open on 68 degree days, making it difficult and uncomfortable to sleep for our entire sta, the one fan that was provided was dirty and did nothing to help. The elevators were broken for half of our stay so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage multiple times. There was absolutely no housekeeping even though I was told by customer service that our towels would be replenished daily, garbage would be emptied daily, and things such as toilet paper and tissue would be replenished daily. I do not recommend hotel.

We booked and paid for the largest luxury apartment with a king size bed and they put us in a much smaller apartment with either a full or queen size bed. We couldn’t reach them when we arrived. Hotels.com couldn’t reach them either. At the end, they gave us a$100 discount for our entire stay which was much less than what we would have paid for the smaller room. This was not a good experience.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights at the Highlands apartment and loved it. The apartment was a little tricky to find as there are many fire doors to go through but once we figured it out, it was no big deal. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We booked an executive, one bedroom at the beginning of June. The location was so amazing, walkable to everywhere, including train station. Our room had a castle view and river view from the balcony. There is not AC but two portable fans available. Beds were firm, but still comfy. Robes and slippers are available for lounging around. On the ground floor and right next door is a fun bar called Gellions. Live music is played every night but does not end until 3 or 4 am. So if you tend to go to bed early, the noise may keep you from restful sleep. I would highly recommend this place and would also consider staying here again if ever I were in Inverness.

Only issue was that we didn’t get confirmation of our early check in request in advance and when arriving to the property we couldn’t get in and there was no one we could leave our luggage with, unlike what we had been told. Thankfully the restaurant next door were quite nice and let us wait there until we received a text confirming early check in not long after we arrived but it would have been better to know in advance whether it was a yes or a no, and what to do with the luggage if answer was negative. Aside from this the property was great!

Great except the first night we ran out of hot water when multiple people had to shower. Once we figured it out, we were fine. The apartment had everything we needed including very thoughtful extras like coffee, teas, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. Fully equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer and they give you dishwasher tabs and laundry pods. They even have an airer. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean. Complimentary milk in the fridge was quite good as well.
