The hotel was great. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. J was knowledgeable and helped us select all of out tours. The only issues that we had was the bed was extremely hard! We woke up everyday with aching backs and hips. The second issue was the ice maker leaked and cause an odor through the hall and into our room across the hall. If these issues were fixed it would be a 5 star.

Great location! Very happy with this hotel stay especially the walking distance to Caesers, Bourbon Street and cafe du monde. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable and fixed our hot water issue in a few hours. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were in New Orleans for a comedy show and NBA game and things didn’t go right from the start. The valet gentleman was rude and didn’t want to accommodate someone with a hip injury until I offered to show him paperwork (although we had a hanging handicap tag). The A/C in our room was not working well and the drain in the tub wouldn’t work. I do have to give acknowledgment to two great employees. One is Willie (maintenance) who came to our room to fix the A/C and William at the desk who listened to our troubles with the hotel.

The property is real outdated. It smelled old but the room was clean. It had this creepy picture above the bed while the walls were made of brick. I did not like this hotel at all. I left and reserved another hotel.

The first one I had had hair on the shower gel there was no tissue in the room. The room had a damp smell also no trashcan in the bathroom the next room we moved to no trashcan again in the bathroom and the toilet paper was just sitting on the top the toilet the checkout sign was missing on the back door, so I don’t know if these rooms are being checked after the housekeeping, but the staff was very polite

My first room had a roach in the bathtub and a foul odor and the sink was stopping up. My second room (atleast they did give me another one), had what looked to be mold maybe in the shower, the top sheet wasn’t clean, window looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. And one of the front desk workers (didn’t get her name) was RUDE! Didn’t respond when I greeted her and looked like I was already getting on her nerves and I hadnt Said anything but hello!

Great A/C, cheap hair dryer, cheap/rough towels, poor shower head, but it is an older property in general. Club downstairs and cars speeding and thumping bass kept us up until after 3 am. BUT….. I do realize we were in NOLA, so it kinda makes sense.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with Expedia. The hotel was a disaster from only one elevator working to the halls having a real bad odor and my room smelled of mold. The a/c went out in the middle of the night. I tried calling the operator unable to get a dial tone went downstairs and was told the phones don’t work. Tried speaking to a manager (Byron) waited over to hour and he never came.

Great location on Bourbon street and Canal. Streetcar stops right out front. Many restaurants and shops within a few blocks.
The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. Rooms a little dated but did not bother me.
Some plumbing problems with the sink but they fixed it.
Plenty of hot water in the shower.
I would stay again.

It was very noisy but maybe it was just an unusual weekend. There seemed to be a lot of sorority/fraternity parties going on. It was hectic to get an elevator and we waited 45 minutes for our car. The staff seems very patient and nice. The room was fine except for the noise level.

the bathroom looks good until u have to shower, the tub gets clogged. the carpet needs to get shampooed. hotels allow pets but don't allow smoking. if im allergic to pet dander im stuck because the filter and carpet is tangled with pet dander

The hotel is pretty dirty. A lot of homeless and drug attics out side that walk up on you. Hotel had tons of stains and musty smell. Filled with drunk kids, fire alarm pulled at 2am -had to go out back stairs in my pajamas where rats ran at us and then had to walk around block in pajamas

Staff was great and the room was clean. Only one of the 2 elevators to our room was available and it sometimes made for a long wait up to and down from our room. I really wish there were exhaust fans in the bathroom for the steam to escape after a shower or when the bathroom is used. Overall though, the room was great and the hotel was very nice.

The receptionist we dealt with could barely speak English. Was very hard to understand him. The room we booked was not available. We had to settle for another for same price. They charged us an extra $60 when we got there. They charge for everything!! A diet Coke was $6. Wow. Greedy greedy Definitely will not be back.

All these pictures ai and fake the hotel is extremely unclean. We had to switch to a different hotel. Do not stay here. Absolutely terrible horrible staff horrible maintenance hotel is incomplete neglect. Shower was so dirty. You wouldn’t even want to shower without Shoes. We left without sleeping there cause it was so awful. We would not think anybody could possibly sleep there. It is the absolutely worst hotel we’ve ever seen. This is worse in a motel eight

Staff upon check in was rude and dismissive of my question regarding the parking situation. The manager on call listened but still recommended a parking garage that was closed as well. The bathroom door wouldn't open or close without forcing it. And one day of my stay, my room door was left ajared by the house keeping staff upon my return.

Yes. Except two days we didn’t get any towels. We had to ask the front desk twice. Our garbage was not emptied in 5 days. We had to ask twice for more toilet paper. We did get to check in early which was an added bonus. The location is amazing!! The bedding was changed once in the five days which was also nice!

Room good. Not enough staff on reception to assist with guest verses check-ins. A breakfast voucher has to be collected each morning from the front desk in order to get breakfast (not sure why they can’t provide at check in). You have to line up with check in guests to receive the voucher in order to get breakfast. On our last day we had time constraints as we had an Uber booked for a 9.30 am departure. We asked for a breakfast voucher 45 minutes prior to our departure and we were told to wait in line. There were five people in line at the time waiting to check in. That was not acceptable. They need to change the process or learn how to multi-task while assisting check-ins. Breakfast items on first day one hour before it ended were not replenished so essentially had access to half of the options.

Mostly. There was a problem with the toilet with some water dripping off the tank to the floor that I kept an eye on. The AC unit thermostat didn't have instructions one had to keep pushing buttons to get it to change. Staff nice. The restaurant was great. There was a leak from either the ice machine or drink machine on our 12th floor. I told the staff twice the carpet was soaked in the end. The view from the room was right onto two large vents that were ugly to look at and noisy. Pointless asking for a different room, the hotel was full.

Check in was easy. The lady helping us was very knowledgeable friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. The ONLY issue I had was valet. You give them your ticket. 10 min later they put you on a shuttle to a garage. There someone gets your vehicle. All of these guys wanting a tip! Tipping THREE times to pick up your car ONCE is ridiculous!

Would’ve been a five star overall if the elevators were working. As it was, we had to either take the elevator to the fourth floor and walk up, or the sixth floor and walk down. Getting to our room became a hassle throughout our trip. Staff was helpful, but it just took away that each time we left our room we didn’t know if we’d get back to our floor.

Staff was friendly. I liked that they were checking for cards to get into the motel. You also need a key card to get to the room floor. Honestly my only complaint was the floor in our room was sticky. I had stuck my foot in something at the edge of the bed. That was gross. My rating is based on the fact it’s great location. I didn’t think the noise was to bad for being next to bourbon. Nothing my white noise didn’t cover. All the events were in walking distance. So we could run back and use our restroom. For a party scene I would say this was a good place to stay. I just took the one star because the rooms gross floor. The b da were also really comfortable.

We checked into the room, there was a can of alcoholic beverage left by someomeone and the commode was broken (the seat was extremely loose.) We were moved to another room, opened the window (only to finc a liquor cap was on the window pane.) Neither of these rooms were cleaned. The alarm went of twice causing us to be evacuated to the exits on the floor (of course no reason why, no elevator use, false alarm), woke up to cold water (due to busted pipe (this was eventually repaired). I requested clean towels for four people, they were never brought up (i saw the housekeeper in the hallway and requested towels from her, she stated for two minutes how that was not her room.) She eventually handed them to me. I would give a zero rating, but it was not a choice.

Room was dirty with cheese-its by the bed. Moldy caulking in bathroom. No toilet paper on roll, and a huge bag of garbage on one side of door all night and huge bag of dirty linnen on the other side of door all night.
My bed linnen was clean but had some nasty stains that made me question it.
Peeling paint on ceilings.
I have stayed here twice previously and had decent rooms.
