Radisson is a reliable hotel chain for comfort, good breakfast, helpful staff, etc.
But this Ljubljana branch has a serious WiFi problem. Staff told me they know “some rooms” don’t get a good signal but offered no solution.
I don’t know how a chain that caters to business people can afford to have spotty WiFi. Management needs to get its act together.

Short stay at Radisson, arrived very late on Saturday evening for only two nights and checked out Monday morning. Staff all very helpful and friendly, room very clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast and easy walk to the bus stop to get to city centre. I’d recommend. The only negative is the added cost of parking.

Beware of the overcharging from this Hotel. Initially the receptionist said that the water in the room will be free even if I sign up for the membership during my stay.

But upon checkout they charged for the water saying that I didn't check-in with the membership.

Secondly they charged tourist tax for my 4 years old son even though the tourist tax starts from 7 years old, and Expedia also mentioned only the tax for adults.

A good hotel but with these cheap tactics.

Would not stay here again

I had a junior suite (1201), which was spacious and nicely decorated. It stops here: the room is too warm to be able to sleep. No windows to open and even when heating switched off it was still a sauna. So one cannot enjoy a decent night of sleep. Housekeeping was poor, which resulted in bad cleanliness of the room: coffee stain on my night table covered by a box of tissue instead of cleaning the table, bed sheets not changed after 3 days that I had to ask to change them, grime and stains left all over the bathroom ( pix below). Reception staff especially Luka very rigid and unfriendly. When complained or asked for New Year’s eve menu the answer was we get back to you. Then it was email us to send you the menu and no one replied. Noting that I am a VIP radisson member. No check in for vip members although it was displayed. Hotel has a parking for 15 euros. Breakfast is good. The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car to the center. They call a taxi if needed for 10 euros.

Great place to stay

We arrived weary on a motorcycle trip. We were allowed to park the bike in the garage which was a real help.
The public parts of the hotel and our bedroom were very clean and no complaints at all.
The breakfast was excellent offering a full range of foods to suit all tastes.
Disappointed that I had to pay for bottled water that 8 thought was complimentary, but not a problem.

This is a nice business class hotel. The condition of the common areas and room, the services, and the staff were all good. The downside is that this hotel is nearly 3 miles (5K) from the old town, without much interesting to see in between. So if you are visiting Ljubljana as a tourist, the location of the Radisson Blu in not at all convenient.

Really a very clean hotel, good choice of breakfast foods ti choose from and bar snacks were very reasonably priced and was very tasty. Bar staff very efficient and friendly. We never ate at the hotel in the evening.

I have stayed at this hotel already from the opening. It is actually a very good hotel and it was for us always special because of great condition, cleanliness and amazing breakfast. Well breakfast is far from that unfortunately. Also it is already notable that the facilities are used and maybe not cared for as they should be. Once one of the best hotels for business stay in Ljubljana needs some overhaul and overthinking about the service that they have lost. Hope for the best...

Other than being super hot it was great

This was our second time staying here. The first time was great. This time we couldn’t get the heater to turn off. Our whole family was so hot all night. When we told the front desk they said next time they will get us a fan. It isn’t that we are hot people, the heater would not turn off no matter what we did.
Other than that the hotel was great and the people were great just like last time.

I like the location, its easy to highway, and also showpping mall you can park the car near decathlon and its free..just walk 20m more:)

Very nice hotel

Very nice Hotel. Great breakfast. However we had a little surprice, since we booked a room for 2 adults and one child.
One day before check in we have been informed that an extra bed has to be extra charged.

Friendly staff, good connection to the city, excellent breakfast.

Cleanliness is sub-par throughout the hotel. There was a lot of dust all over my room, I found several hairs on my pillow, among other things.

A little far from the old town but very great place to stay anyway. Very nice accommodations. The area is surrounded by large sporting complexes but we found some really good local food options with the help of the guest services representative. Breakfast was wonderful and fully stocked minibar was convenient. Excellent stay. We’ll be back.

Great hotel, lovely breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful reception staff. Breakfast was fantastic. We had a junior suite which was spacious with comfortable beds but it was very dusty when we arrived, parts needed hoovering and there was even a dirty tissue under the sofa bed. Bathrooms were clean though. We were disappointed not to be able to get to the roof terrace.

התארחנו במלון עם שתי בנות בסוויטה , השירות היה נפלא , החדרים נקיים , נעימים , יפים , ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד מאד מאד ממליצה על המלון . המלון אינו בעיר העתיקה אך יש אפשרות לנסיעה במונית במחיר מיוחד עבור אורחי המלון בעלות של 5 יורו. כמו כן המלון ליד הקניון הגדול( סיטי פארק ) , ליד קולנוע, באולינג וסניף גדול מקדונלד .

The advert noted that there’s a roof top bar- the sky lounge wasn’t open

The advert also suggested there’s a pool on the premises when in fact there isn’t. The pool was in another location outside the hotel and guests only got 30% discount.

You must amend your hotel description as you certainly deceived us.

Thé property is in the middle of no where. There is nothing in the surrounding areas such as nice restaurants; no pool at the hotel and there was a dirty q-tip under the bed and the airport shuttle was a dirty taxi that showed up late
