The front desk staff welcomed us very warmly and courteously.

Our room had the high ceiling and two large windows in a Victorian building, creating a beautiful space that combined a homey atmosphere with warmth and elegance. The location was also excellent. We heard almost no traffic noise and enjoyed a sound sleep at night.

We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) in the Wizard Family Room. While the decor was cool and the theme very nice, the functionality of the room was not that great. The area was really too small for a family of 5 with 5 large suitcases and 5 carry on bags, there was really no place to put all of our things. Also, since the actual toilet and shower were separate, there should be some sort of curtain or closure to allow for privacy when getting into and out of the shower. Other than that, the lobby/reception staff were all very nice. The breakfast was quite good.

We did end up in a chamber room. I felt being the in the basement I should informed when you book room. It was cozy and clean however it was so small no where to put your luggage. The bathroom room shower was a decent size. Because you are in the basement a night light seems appropriate for the bathroom for middle of night use time. Two people can not be in the bathroom at same time. Our bed was comfortable and room was clean. The only daylight was a patio door that opens to another tenant. The breakfast was excellent lots of choices even cooked up a few breakfast items for you. The staff was kind and friendly. Overall I would stay again choose a different room.

The Georgian House was charming and full of character. The location was wonderful, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They truly made us feel at home and were one of the highlights of our visit.

The only challenge was our room’s location and temperature. We were assigned a room on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator, so carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was difficult. Additionally, the room did not have air conditioning, and during our stay it became extremely hot. Even with the windows open, the room remained uncomfortably warm, and we often found ourselves sweating while trying to sleep.

That said, the hotel’s charm, cleanliness, and outstanding staff made for a memorable stay. We would gladly stay again, but next time we would request a lower-floor room and would be mindful of visiting during warmer weather, and be prepared for a workout, because the stairs with luggage are no joke!

Very nice accommodations in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are a senior or need assistance make sure you have a room on a lower floor. No elevator so its quite a hike to the top floor. Was easy for our family of 4 to manage. Woukd stay here again

We stayed in the carriage house basement apartment and it was amazing! The apartment is large has a lot of living space is super clear and comfortable. It’s about a 10 min walk to Victoria station and from there you can get anywhere in London! We were traveling with two teens and it was a great location! Also lots of restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores in walking distance.

Only watch out is the apartment is only accessible by a set a VERY steep stairs. It was not an issue for us but I could see if being challenging from some.

We an absolutely would stay again!

Convenient location, friendly staff. The property would *really* benefit from having a larger lobby or some other lounge/common area. The tiny rooms are well-organized to maximize space/organization. The carpets in the rooms could use an update. The plumbing was very much less than ideal: I was instructed by staff to turn shower and bathroom tap on full blast for five minutes to get any hot water in the showers, which did work, but again not ideal. The toilet in my room was also prone to running. I felt like I used a months worth of water in the time I stayed there (between running the taps for hot water and the running toilet).

Lovely stay at Georgian House Hotel. We arrived early on check-in day and they were happy not only to hold our luggage but also carry it up to our room for us once the room was available. Everyone was so kind and courteous, and they were happy to help with whatever they could. We had quite a lovely stay. The bed was roomy and comfortable and the bathroom was super clean (albeit snug, but that's to be expected in the city, I think). Each day the room was provided with a large pitcher of filtered water and two packs of delicious biscuits, as well as tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and actually quite a good value, as they provided extraordinary and unlimited juices and lattes as part of the breakfast, and it would have cost at least that much to get breakfast out on the town. We'd definitely stay here again. Travel tip: Victoria Station is huge and convoluted -- exit from the Regional Rail Track 1 exit door, turn right, and the hotel is just two blocks down and three to the left. If you exit from a different exit, though, you will walk forever and get very very lost.

The room was absolutely spotless, my only one fault was the size of the bathroom and the walls under the sink and around the shower could do with a good water mark remover but the room was gorgeous, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. All the staff were absolutely amazing, the gentleman who showed us to our room was lovely, he looked so excited just to show us it. Location was perfect, 10 mins walk from Victoria train station

The room and washroom were in good and clean condition with nice small touches. Though washroom and room are pretty small for a family of 4. Plus, a lock on the washroom would have helped for more privacy.

Also, I believe it is best to place your room for 4 on the ground or lower level. The 3rd floor with luggages up and down was quite a workout. We did get help bringing our luggages on check in but on check-out the receptionist is too busy already. We also thought we would only have 3 flights of staircases and not 3 sets of staircases which equals to 6.
Front desk can be busy with only one attendant.

Cleaners should clean and vaccum when there are limited guests in the reception area. Your cleaner was vacuuming right on our feet while awaiting to check out which was uncomfortable.

Everyone is corteous which we appreciate.

Location is close to the Victoria coach station which was convenient.

Luggage storage at the front desk corner after check-out was also a great addition. But was not expecting luggage storage to be in an open area in the corner of the reception room which makes me uncomfortable. But, nothing was lost so thank you.

We recently stayed here for a birthday weekend and overall had a mixed experience.

Unfortunately, the room itself was quite small and felt very cramped, with the bed taking up most of the space. The bathroom lacked privacy due to a noticeable gap in the door, which may be uncomfortable for some couples. We also found quite a lot of dust in the fan unit, and there was a collapsed floorboard in a narrow part of the room leading to the bed, which felt unsafe — particularly for older guests.

Noise was the biggest issue for us. The walls seemed very thin, and we could hear people walking outside, creaking floorboards, and a nearby toilet being used frequently. As a result, we were awake from around 8am both mornings and didn’t manage a proper lie-in. For us, a good night’s sleep is the most important part of a stay, so this was disappointing. There was also a slight damp smell at times, although this appeared to have been masked with air freshener.

Prior to arrival, I had requested (via Expedia) birthday bunting in the room and mentioned I was happy to pay extra. Unfortunately, this request wasn’t acknowledged, which was disappointing as it would have made the initial birthday surprise much more special.

We were also asked at checkout whether we wished to keep a complimentary service charge that had initially been added, which we found unusual.

The area is great, and well connected by public transport. The room was overall comfortable. The only criticism is that a fair amount of the floorspace is rendered useless due to the lower ceilings on one side of the room (for shorter stays this might not be so much of an issue). It may look nice, but not very convenient. Also the room could not be completely darkened at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely.

Very disappointing; I booked a room and that’s what I got, one room. The room had a double bed and a freestanding bath in the window area, no shower just a bath. A toilet had been installed against the right hand wall and then a frame had been knocked up around it with a badly fitting door to form a toilet area. To wash your hands in the basin you had to lean to one side as the toilet overlapped it. Opposite another frame had been knocked up to form a cupboard with a rail for your clothes and we were given 4 coat hangers. The tea and coffee making items were below; well below to give room for hanging clothes, you had to make drinks kneeled on the floor; if you wanted one! The electrics that supplied the kettle and coffee machine were via an extension cable pinned to the wall. Water stain on the ceiling, ripped wallpaper, it was just a room, a tired one,
£200 a night, it was worth half that.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Check-in was effortless and I was able to keep my luggage there to go to an event after check-out. Breakfast was perfect, both a continental and cooked menu options. Also perfectly situated for Victoria Coach Station and Victoria and Pimlico Underground Stations. Buckingham Palace is about a 15/20mins walk away and Knightsbridge about 20/25mins walk. The hotel is also in a very nice area of London and although my room window looked out the front of the hotel, there was hardly any noise from outside even with the window open. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, I would definitely book again.

The property is poorly managed. My bathroom door stuck, as did my room door. My room was on a main corridor so that the door rattled when people walked by or entered the building. I was woken during the night by repeated bell ringing because no one staffs the door.

Everything is walking distance from the tourist spots The big ben, london eye and the vreakfast is very good. I can recommend it they arr all helpful.thank u
