Its in the centre, it was advatised as 3 star but when we got their it was 2 or even 1 we had to go over to the next hotel to have breakfest, curtains where hanging down, windows where dirty on and on what can i say good about it nothing you are wowed by the reception go up stairs and then see.

Pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff very polite and helpful. Went an extra mile to make us feel valued as customers. We stayed at this hotel with a 1 year old baby and it was a positive experience to all of us. Excellent good value for money hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz.

Lifts not working on arrival, staff carried our luggage up to the fifth floor. We had booked a superior room with two twin beds, the room was anything but superior .and we had two single beds, the bedding although clean was old and full of holes, there were no plugs in either the bath or the hand basin. The light bulbs in half the fittings did not work,there were 4 hangers in the wardrobe no drawers or shelves and no sitting area except for the beds. The plumbing as we were soon to discover was horrendously loud and due to the hotel layout we could hear everybody using it, all around us as people came and went at different hours of the day and night the plumbing would go off like an express train day and all night, we recorded the sound it was so loud
The soundproofing was non existent we could hear telephone conversations clearly through the walls, later people snoring as if they were in the same room. We complained but the hotel was fully booked and we did not get moved until the second week of our holiday.
the lovely bars and cafes that lined the street came to life at night, we did not get a complete nights sleep in the two weeks we were there. people arrived back at the hotel at as late as 4am when the plumbing would. once again begin it's noisy work. When the cafes closed around 1am the barrels and bottles were noisily sorted for the recycling bins to collect at about 1.30am the bins were emptied the racket was relentless. The streets were jet washed at 6am

It is likeable

Both check-in & out were super fast. Receptionists were always friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel based on the location as it's in the old town & near the harbour - full of shops, bars, restaurants, and a small supermarket (Spar) in the next street. The whole area was beautiful at night with the Christmas decoration & colourful lights on.

We agree with most reviews that the noise is the only problem with this hotel. There seems to be 2 kinds of accommodation - I believe the superior rooms are at the back and the standard rooms the front. We stayed in 603 (standard twin room) which is a clean, good size room facing the pedestrian street, but the noise was constant from 7.00am until 3.00am (yes we could only sleep without disruption for 4 hours), a pair of ear plugs and a glass of wine are essential if you need a good sleep. Both television and wi-fi worked well. There is an air con, a fridge in the room, you can borrow a hair dryer. Safe box is also available at the reception.

Breakfast room was pleasant, the provision was very basic, but good enough to make a cheese & ham sandwich and a cup of tea (better than the coffee).

I would recommend this hotel to people who travel on a budget and enjoy the night life. It also suits people who use public transport. We purchased the Bono tickets which turned out to be very good value - it only cost 0.75 Euro from the hotel to the famous beach Las Teresitas, and same cost to Playa de Almaciga (what a fantastic view!).

Hotel it self is very ideally located and in the centre of the city.

Clean facilities.

Mattress was like 100 years old (not literally) but it was very soft and I could feel the springs however this was promptly changed for me upon my request. So thank you. Pillows were really thin and soft. Had to fold mine to make a square and make it thicker and firmer.

The staff speak good English and are very polite with the exception of 1 ginger haired reception lady who did not seem interested in helping. Especially when asked to give 3 extra pillows we were given 2 and was told we cannot have anymore (there were 3 guests) which I thought was a bit strange.

Room floor was full of dust and debris (don't walk bare foot)

Hair dryer was not working either.

Would not recommend for people with back problems or pregnant women (as my wife is) as you will not be comfortable especially if you need 3 pillows (2 to sleep on and 1 for knee support whilst lying down)

Breakfast okay. Nothing special but not sickening either. Hot beverages were in a flask and were mostly warm only and it got cold very quick upon pouring it. Pastries did not seem fresh either but tasted decent. Good selections of fruits which seemed fresh however.

Room was spacious, clean although basic. Location was great for walking districts (limited vehicle access). Our luggage did not arrive with us on our flights. Front desk staff were very helpful assisting us with receiving the luggage later; printed our boarding passes and booked a taxi for our early departure flight. Plenty of dining choices within 5 minutes walk of hotel.

Perfect location, short bus ride to the beach.

Hotel was good value for money, but watch out for laundry. I was charged 112 Euro, yes 112 Euro for 3 small loads of laundry and we're talking shorts, t-shirts, socks and underwear. I didn't pay until I left so I had no idea I was being \"ripped off\" like this. They send it out and make a small profit according to the manager, but I think this is outrageous as there seems to be no alternative to using this service. VERY unhappy about this.

Good Location

The hotel is in a pedestrian precinct within easy walking distance to the ferries and cruise terminals - even closer to the main shopping area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The Reception staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was basic and at times disorganised e.g. having to wait for cutlery to be washed one day, cups the next day and coffee to be brewed another day, but that was only a problem for those in a rush or expecting too much from a budget hotel.

Very centrally located hotel, yet not noisy.

For my purposes (exploring the area & walking in the hills) the hotel was ideally located. For eating/drinking out on an evening, it was located perfectly so that there were plenty of restaurants/bars in all directions. In spite of its location, it was not noisy, being located on a traffic free side street. I found everything efficient & the price was reasonable. For me, it was buffet breakfast & away, then back on an evening for a shower before going out to eat. There are probably a dozen cafes/restaurants/bars within 200 yards,though I ventured further afield a few times. The hotel is located near Plaza de Espana, so it's very central & most points of interest are within about half a mile.

Stayed here for one night before going on a cruise. The hotel is well situated for shops, bars etc. and is only about a 15 minute walk to the cruise terminal with suitcases in tow. It is not posh but adequate for a short stay when one is going to be out most of the time. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, we had no language issues-- how many english hotels would have spanish speaking staff?

The hotel is located right in the middle of Santa Cruz. The location is fantastic and is very handy to go to eat and drink. Plenty bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel is very small. I think is perfect for a short break, nothing else. The only bad thing was the curtains of the shower. It was very dirty.

Cheap but filthy. I went to the shop, bought some cleaning stuff and did it myself. I've stayed in cleaner hostels and 1 star hotels in developing countries.

You get what you pay for really, free WiFi good location and that's where the perks start and end.

It was quite a good hotel but rather noisy from the street below. Breakfast was provided but the staff didn't seem to understand that cereal and hot milk just doesn't go particularly well. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean but there were no English TV Channels on the room's TV.

I really enjoyed my stay with the Hotel Pelinor. The location is certainly ideal - as it's located directly on the pedestrian streets - with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was exactly what we were looking for as our time was limited with the city - as we were \"passing through\" on our way from island to island. But definitely somewhere I would stay again. Having wi-fi within the room was also great - gave a chance to catch up on some things - without having to sit in a hotel lobby to do so.

A Hotel Adonis Pelinor elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, kb 100 méterre található a tengerparttól. Egy sétáló utcában van a szálloda, éttermek, elegáns üzletek között. A szobák ablakából és erkélyéről a tengerre lehet rálátni. Nem minden szobához tartozik erkély, de valamennyi szoba légkondicionált. .A berendezés kopottas és régi, franciaágy helyett, csak két heverőből álló ágyak vannak, amik állandóan szétcsúsznak. Minden nap van törölközőcsere, valamint ingyenes szappant és sampont is biztosítanak. a takarítás viszont nincs nagyon. A reggeli 5 euróba kerül naponta, a szemközti szállodában lehet elfogyasztani, ami fantasztikus 5-6 fajta felvágott, 2-3 fajta sajt, 3-4 fajta gyümölcs, tojás bacon sült zöldségek, sütemények, lekvárok, 4-5 fajta kenyér, sokféle kávé, rostos italok. A szállodától nem messze két svédasztalos étterem található, korlátlan fogyasztással, egy kínai és egy tengeri ételeket is tartalmazó, 10,75 euró személyenként, ital 1.8 euró.
Központi elhelyezkedése miatt eléggé zajos, főként hétvégén hajnalig van zaj az utcán. Ár érték aránya azonban nem rossz a szállodának.

Accueil chaleureux à la réception. Difficile de trouver l’hôtel car situé dans une zone piétonne. Chambre correct, bonne literie, salle de bain un peu vieillotte (revêtement de la baignoire qui pèle), mais chambre spacieuse. Petit-déjeuner correct mais salle un peu petite et pas très nette. Plus de fourchettes ....

La habitación amplia y muy limpia ( iba con mis 2 hijos) pero las camas incómodas y las almohadas como papel de fumar.
El ascensor muy pequeño y muy estrecho e incómodo el acceso al ascensor donde hacíamos cambio al segundo ascensor (cogíamos 2 ascensores para acceder a nuestra habitacion).
Baño y habitación extremadamente limpio y es muy silencioso y tranquilo

Habitacion 103 era terible, ruidoso, viejo, la nevera podrida y apenas funcionaba y tenia una infestacion de cucrachas. Durante la noche mate 13 cucarachas, 2 de ellos en mi cama! Llame a la recepción y me dijieron \"OK, Vale Vale\" pero no ofrecieron otra habtiacion ni hacer nada. Cuando hice la reserva pedi una habitacion en las plantas altas lejos del ascensor. Me pusieron en la planta 1 cerca del ascensor. No me gusto nada.

Obwohl wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für 1 Nacht hatten, werden wir es wohl nicht mehr buchen, da nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe sind. 24 Stunden Langzeitparker = 9,95 €. Ist zwar relativ günstig. allerdings kann man bei diesem Tarif nicht beliebig raus und rein fahren kann. Ohne Auto in Ordnung.

El hotel esta viejo y horrible. Me dieron la habitación 601, la única ventana daba a un patio interior en el que se encontraban dos ascensores y la maquinaria de los mismos. El ruido es insoportable, no pude dormir nada. La pared al lado de la cama tiene un vomito que da mucho, mucho asco. La cortina de la habitación estaba sucia y rota, por lo que entraba la luz a la habitación, algo que molesta e impide conciliar el sueño. En resumen, \"un desastre\".

A szoba amit kaptunk egyáltalán nem egyezett a képeken látottakkal ami a weboldalon szerepelt! Soha nem csináltam ilyet de lementem a recepcióra és reklamáltam! A recepciós teljesen megértő és hihetetlen segítőkész volt! Rögtön refundot ajánlott fel illetve hogy nézzek meg két másik szobát is es ha tetszik valamelyik megkapjuk azokat! A superior szoba megfelelt a Weboldalon látottakal így elfogadtam. A hotelnek fantasztikus az elhelyezkedése de sajnos eléggé ráférne egy nagy felújítás és egy még nagyobb / alaposabb nagytakarítás!

Un hôtel correct en plein coeur de Santa Cruz

L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein coeur du quartier historique de Santa Cruz (donc idéal pour goûter à la vie nocturne, mois pour dormir au calme). Les chambres sont grandes mais l'age du bâtiment se fait cruellement sentir et la literie est de piètre qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable.

Es un hotel muy centrico, muy bien comunicado y al lado del puerto, esta muy limpio, el trato de su personal es excelente, las camas son comodas y el equipamiento adecuado, solo seria conveniente cambiar el mobiliario que esta algo deteriorado y anticuado y la bañera por un plato de ducha que seria mas util, pero aun asi volvere, me ha gustado todo lo demas.

Mitten im Zentrum daführ sehr laut

Eigentlich hätte ich auch auf der Strasse übernachten können ich hätte etwa gleich gut geschlafen. Das Hotel ist super zentral aber so ringhörig. Das erste Zimmer hatte ein groszügiges Fenster direkt zum Liftschacht, zum Glück war das Personal super und sehr hilfsbereit und ich konnte das Zimmer problemlos wechseln. Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich sauber und in Ordnung nur Schlafen kann man wegen der Ringhörigkeit erst ab ca. 1 Promill.

En ninguna de las veces que he viajado me he encontrado con tanta suciedad el la habitación, pelusas por el suelo,ventanas de hierro que no cierran, oxidadas. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Bueno esta en pleno centro.
No parece un hotel en absoluto.
Inmueble viejo, se escucha todo tipo de ruido de la calle. Y 100€ la noche no es nada aceptable porque el hotel en si no ofrece nada.

Lieber nicht!

Nettes Personal und gute Lage ! Man bekommt genau was man Bezahlt. Lieber 20 € mehr ausgeben . Wer keine Ansprüche hat ist hier genau Richtig . Ich hatte das beste Zimmer für wenig Geld . Darum will ich hier auch nicht alles schlecht machen .

Für ein zwei Sterne Hotel TOP

Für die Lage und die zwei Sterne TOP! Herziges Zimmer, sauberes Bad, Wolldecken für frierende Leute, sogar ein TV hätte es gehabt sowie eine Klimaanlage.
Die Lage ist super Zentral und die Leute am Empfang herzlich und gaben gerne Auskunft.
Wieso das Hotel nur zwei Sterne hat? Die Fenster waren seeeeehr ringhörig, es ist nunmal ein altes Haus... Das modernste am Hotel ist zweifellos das Foto der Rezeption ;o) Aber für den Preis kann man wirklich nichts sagen, ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Chambre n'ayant rien à voir avec les photos du site. Minuscule chambre avec juste la place de passer une valise en bout de lit . Salle de bain petite et mal entretenue........joints vieux et noirs.
Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue.
Petit déjeuner moyen

Прекрасное расположение в центре города. Очень хороший вариант для кратковременного пребывания (максимум 2 суток). Парковку (бесплатную) найти трудно, но можно.

Rommene var rene, veldig bra beliggenhet, midt i sentrum, nært til butikker. Eneste dårlige er at det var veldig små korridorer og heiser.

Céntrico.

Hotel céntrico, cerca de todo. Muchas ofertas alrededor de bares restaurantes, tiendas etc. Autobuses a cualquier destino de la isla. El hotel es limpio el personal amable. Todavía aguantan pero las habitaciones se están quedado un poco anticuadas.
