Best start to any holiday, before flying out the next day. Despite being at the airport, it is very quiet. Bed is too comfy - difficult to get out of 😊

The room was very clean and had good amenities. Soundproofing was excellent. The staff were lovely and there were sweets and toothpaste on the front desk which was nice. It would have been good if I could've had something to eat, I couldn't find any times on the listing. TV had a good selection of channels and the tea and coffee provided was plentiful. I'd definitely stay again.

If you need a hotel room right at EIN airport it is great, however, please note if you arrive on the later side the “restaurant” is not full service it is sort of snacks and sandwiches and closes at 22:00 or a little before. And your only other option near by is McDonalds. Staff were ok, but not overly helpful

We had a very bad experience here with my wife and son. First of all, finding the entrance to this hotel is extremely difficult if you arrive at night, especially if you have a car. We were lucky that a police car happened to pass by and we asked them for help. Secondly, the website mentions £4 parking outside the hotel, but that doesn’t exist at all, and you are forced to park at the airport parking for £45 per day! And lastly, the staff there were not helpful at all.

Now the rest - there was a high-pitched whine all night in the bedroom, the sensor-activated light outside the bathroom turned on every time I moved on my bed - all night, and the basin is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom.

Honestly you can’t ask for more - this ingenious hotel located inside the airport is perfect if you need to be near the airport. I had an appointment to fly in and fly out for - I arrived early and made use of the cosy lounge and bar area, I went about my business and returned to check in for the night. For the next day I was able to check out at a leisurely hour and be in the airport already! The bed was sumptuous, amenities in the airport are nice, it’s a cosy place and I will be needing to visit Eindhoven again - I’ll be back. You can’t ask for more!

Not a good experience, when i reached, finding the parking was a challenge, finding food was a challenge, when my neighbor closed their door, I felt a strong push while sitting on the bed, the boiler for coffee was very filthy and finally, when i took a bath, the water didn't go down the drain, it stayed for sometime. I had a bad experience with this hotel.

Very convenient for arriving on a late flight, sound proofing was very good as couldn't hear any aircraft noise. It is built over the airport arrival area so staying there did feel a bit like being on the set of the film 'terminal'.

Hotel failed to correctly set our expectation with regards to local parking. P1 opposite is VERY expensive and almost twice the price that staff had advised us by phone. That said, they did make it right when i spoke to reception at check in. The buffet breakfast was also disappointing. They had nearly no hot food left 20mins before the end of service. Again, it was rectified when asked, but you shouldnt really have to.
Room was well kitted and comfortable, with views out over the airport. The entire hotel was very clean.

The matress of our bed had a big dip in the middle, and we had to sleep sideways to get more comfortable. Also, a fridge would be useful.

Pleasant overnight stay
My wife and I only stayed overnight as we had a flight to catch in the morning, so comfort and cleanliness were the most important aspects we were after. However, we must also mention the receptionist who was very welcoming and friendly, and the more than adequate breakfast spread we enjoyeed before heading for the airport to catch our flight. Highly recommended.

Its an airport hotel at the end of a pandemic, most hotels are not what they should / could be! It is not what I would expect from the Tulip brand but it does the job.
Sorry guys but blocked drains are my pet hate & for me the two main items in an airport hotel is a comfortable bed & a good shower (obviously the shower failed miserably)

Short stay for 2 nights after visiting other parts on Netherlands. Disappointing on arrival as I had phoned on booking requesting an airport facing room. I was simply told they were not available and no reference to my call ahead had been recorded.
However, the following day I spoke to Patricia on reception who was significantly more approachable and friendly. She offered to try and help by seeing what was available later in the day. By 1230 she had secured such a room. Excellent service. Whilst appreciating rooms may not be available initially, a courteous explanation and possible resolution was all that was required. Other than this the stay and the hotel itself were excellent. Thanks again to Patriciaery good room and right in the airport for convenience.

Very tiny pocket rooms with a sink just next to your bed. Offering such rooms with double bed for couples is kind of a joke.

The Tulip Inn at EIN airport is a very secure choice (and the single option in the area), so it's a bit diffcult to rate. The hotel is superbly situated right above the passenger terminal. The reception staff is super friendly, the check-in and especially the check-out process are extremely fast and efficient. The rooms are very clean, freshly renovated, soundproof to the outside, spacious, good WiFi, comfortable beds, etc.
However, there are a few minor glitches that need to be mentioned here, and I believe I am repeating the same feedback that many other customers also had:
- it has become trendy for many hotels to place the sink in the room instead of the bathroom, but here this doesn't seem so successful. The sink is small and water easily splashes around, sometimes all the way to the bed. There is no place to hang a towel anywhere in the vicinity of the sink;
- similarly, the bathroom is wonderful, but the glass protection for the shower space is too short and (unless you are very very careful) the entire bathroom floor gets fully wet and the water could flow out all the way to the carpet in the room;
- the safe locker in the room is a mystery, the instructions are difficult to read, half were missing and partly wrong, very difficult to figure out how to use the safe.
- the breakfast is not worth the investment.
Apart from these small issues (strange hickups for a 4-star facility), the hotel is absolutely perfect.

Value in the £55 - £65 range
I stayed here for an overnight from Eindhoven airport. Perfect location for early flights however you will not get a late check out and the rooms are a very basic chic style. Well soundproofed from the airport however the interior walls are wafer thin and are the biggest drawback imho. The quality of your sleep will depend entirely on your neighbours not being noisy.

The hotel is conveniently placed right at the airport although a bit further from the centre of Eindhoven. Despite being right next to the runway the rooms are quiet. Cleanliness of the room was up to par and the service was outstanding. Recommended.

Nice hotel. Perfect location if you have flight in the morning. Bus can easy put you to the town also. Girls in reception are friendly. One what I didn't like in there is you have to pay more if you travel with 2 years old baby because they won't give you a baby cot for free during your stay. I am travel often and all hotels which I was in before have baby beds for free.

The hotel is extremely convenient. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My room was a good size and well insulated from the noise of the airport outside. However, the walls of the room were quite marked and the seating area had a number of stains and marks on it. It was a shame that an otherwise excellent experience was let down by the state of the room.

Location is great, right at high way and next to airport and rental cars. Room was a bit dirty with stains in bedsheet, blocked shower drain that flooded the carpet in the little hallway. Breakfast at Euro 15 was quite expensive. Good place to stay for a night not for 6 nights as I did.

Stayed here on our way to Amsterdam and before our flight out again. Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The only criticism I have is that both my husband and I found the room very stuffy with little air flow. Room temperature can only be adjusted +/- 3 degrees and I couldn’t see how the fan could be adjusted. We both found it very difficult to breath at night.

Very comfortable room with large bathroom and facilities to make tea and coffee. The hotel itself was nicely decorated and felt clean and fresh. However, the gym/fitness centre was very disappointing. It mostly consisted of empty space and a handful of cardio machines. There was also a disappointing selection of food on offer in the hotel restaurant. Very good location if you have a morning flight.
