Easy, friendly check in. We were early but left our luggage at reception, and still got our room earlier than check in time! Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, the pancakes were yummy! Rooms very comfortable and was great having a bath and a separate shower. So close to the centre too! Would stay here again for sure.

Prachtig centraal gelegen hotel. Heel mooi oud gebouw met nieuwe hotel-aanbouw. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Lekker ontbijt (op zaterdag en zondag helaas slecht bijgevuld, herhaaldelijk vragen). Hele vriendelijke receptionistes en ontbijt medewerksters.
Ook jammer dat onze kamer de eerste dag overgeslagen werd met schoonmaken. 3x moeten vragen om schone handdoeken.

Great for a quick stop on our way through Helmond.
Easy parking, late check-in (up to 2am), very clean hotel. Great room, plenty of space for 5 of us (with an extra bed added) Felt the breakfast was on the expensive side & the member of staff was a tad rude. She followed us out as if we weren’t going to pay for the food, even though I said we would stop at reception and pay when checking out (because my husband had to take one of our children back up to the room & he had the bank card on him) Would definitely stay again, although next time we will take our own food and eat in the room for breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location for the town centre it also has a nice character and a lovely outside terrace. Nice size rooms and well equipped with decent WiFi. Additional cost of car parking and breakfast is quite expensive considering the rooms rates are already high for the area. Breakfast was adequate but nothing too exciting for the extra cost.

Best in Helmond
Only spent two nights at the hotel and was not in the room much at all. When in my room I found it to be very quiet and with the black out curtains drawn the early morning sun never entered the room. So if you wanted to sleep late, not problem. But then again in Holland in the late fall, the early morning sun is really non-existent. At any rate the room was dark if you wanted to sleep late into the morning - and again quiet. Bathroom was quiet large by most European standards with both a bath tub and a separate showed. The staff was helpful and pleasant. No problem with check-in or check-out, everything was in order. Stay was brief, without incident and enjoyable.

Rommet var nydelig, rent og stort. Vi sov kun en natt for skulle videre dagen etter. Det som trekker oppholdet betraktelig ned er støyen utenfra. Det er ikke lydtett og midt i en «fest» gate. Var mye bråk, og vanskelig å sove. Våknet jevnlig på grunn av bråk utenfra. Kommer derfor ikke til å ville bo der igjen (dessverre).

- parkeerterrein is voor gasten overige parkeerders dus VOL = VOL door gemeentelijk terrein, dus geen reservering mogelijk, parkeergarage gelukkig heel dicht in de buurt maar wel duurder (op advies personeel auto daar neergezet)
- had hotel ook speciaal uitgezocht met parkeerplaats, maar niet gezien dat er te weinig zijn voor alle hotelgasten
- navigatie wel in de war over parkeren bij hotel
- voor lopen naar centrum wel langs containers na uitgang receptie
- bij lopen naar receptie vanaf garage wel lastige klinkers, goed uitkijken waar je loopt en niet zo goed voor de wieltjes van je koffer
- HEMA heeft geen lunchroom

Er is inderdaad een keuken, maar die is totaal niet ingericht (misschien is serviesgoed, bestek e.d. op aanvraag beschikbaar). Het ontbijt was prima. Het was wel behoorlijk rumoerig buiten met een uitgaansgelegenheid aan de overkant van de straat.
