Parking the car involves passing two sets of automated doors remotely controlled from the hotel reception. We got stuck for 10 minutes between them. Able to get out because my wife activated the emergency button on the rear set and walked round to reception to tell them

Great affordable spot in the heart of Eindhoven.

Great location in walking distance of many city attractions. Very helpful staff. The room was big and comfortable. Only downside was the shower, which is in the room. It had semi see through glass. If you're traveling with friends and you're not comfortable being exposed, it can be tricky. We managed by taking turns in the shower while the other person went to the lobby/hangout area. Otherwise the place was great. Clean, comfortable, and it has luggage storage before and after check in/ out.

A vibrant hotel full of quirky features and design. Rooms are completely open plan with your shower beside the bed and the toilet in a small enclosed space in your room. You have a small touch screen tablet in your room with hotel information, guides to local food and drink and the tablet also acts as your tv remote control. There is a well stocked shop in the lobby where you can purchase all sorts of food, drinks and snacks and all bought using a touch screen checkout. The lobby has plenty of comfy seating areas, work spaces and outside there is a pleasant garden area on the small drive way up to the hotel. On the street outside the hotel there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The stuff at the hotel are there if you need them whilst your visit can be completely self service from check in, using the shop/bar through to check out, it’s a completely digital self service hotel. When I did have a query the staff where helpful and knowledgeable.

The hotel’s website stated it’s the “world’s least welcoming hotel”, which is true but in a good way. There’s no room service, restaurant or bar. There isn’t even tea and coffee in the room. But you enjoy nifty features like the suitpad, the Match Market (which includes a coffee machine and pizza oven), and the cozy and inviting seating area complete with a pool table and arcade style games. The room was clean and had a really cool decorative theme seen throughout the hotel. The location is ideal too, it’s surrounded by bars, restaurants and boutiques. And the main shopping area is only a short walk away. I would definitely visit Eindhoven again, and would happily stay here again.

The location was fantastic, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the little \"shop\" area was well stocked, especially helpful when we didn't roll back into the hotel until 05.00!

There was also a fantastic policy where you would specify how often you wanted room service - very environmentally conscientious!

Highly recommended, I would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved this hotel! From the kiosk check-in to the graffiti wallpaper and paint splashed carpet, it is a cool, quirky place to stay. It is within walking distance to pretty much everything in Eindhoven. Would highly recommend it!

The rooms in this hotel have a very strange design. First, the shower is outside of the bathroom and sits in the bedroom. With every shower, water would leave into the bedroom floor which make the room messy.

Also, parking here is an absolutely nightmare despite the fact they have a parking garage. Also when you pay for parking, there is no system that recognizes that you’ve paid for the day. When you leave the garage, you have to call the desk who always questioned if I paid and then had to look it up. It took forever just to leave the parking lot and come back and park.

Also the front desk NEVER picked up when I’d call downstairs. And one time they didn’t pick up when I rang the desk to come back in to park after a long and late day at work which was frustrating.

I won’t be coming back to this hotel ever again.

Great hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful staff. Beds were comfortable & rooms spacious enough.
I wouldn’t recommend going for the breakfast. We didn’t have it as there are many more options in the city for half the price.
Also really missed having tea & coffee in the room especially when it cost €3-4 to get one from reception. But overall a nice stay.

When there was a leaky sink in my room that made a puddle on the floor, was given great service and transferred to a new room immediately. 10/10 would recommend.

CASH IS NOT KING

Cleanliness of room/hotel overall good. They were still working at the hotel and the sound of drill woke us up a couple of time. The design of the hotel is very '90s Love the graffiti and the overall design. The room get messy when you take a shower as the transparent shower box is right next to the bed.

Quality of service - excellent staff, very nice

Hotel amenities - You must ask for the hair dryer and other items you usually already find on a hotel room. There was no table in the room but plenty of space at the hall. THIS IS A CREDIT CARD ONLY hotel. If you wish to use cash because you travel with that it is not possible --- VERY disappointed.

Great Hotel location a bit difficult to find the first time but super central.

Brand new hotel and still being worked on. There was a bit of a problem with my reservation but this was quickly sorted out by the staff and they gave me a free cup of coffee while I waited. The room was clean as you would expect from a new hotel. The best part of the hotel was the TV. A quality HD TV which offered TV Channels in HD but the best thing is the TV is it had Chromecast which meant I could watch stuff from my phone on the TV. This was a very nice touch and something I have never encountered in a hotel before.
In the evenings the gate by the hotel is closed and no one other than guests can enter the hotel which gives extra security not that Eindhoven is a dangerous place far from it but it's very reassuring to have that type of security.
Will certainly be staying here again on my next trip to Eindhoven

Quality hotel in good location!

Great location in central pedestrianised shopping area. Totally refurbished building which is slightly set back from the street, so was nice & quiet. Attentive staff. Good size and nicely decorated rooms (graffiti-style, but it actually works well!), with en-suite bathroom, including large flat-screen TV. Free WiFi. Only suggestion would be to have a telephone in the room.

The pillows were okay. They could have been better. There were three pillows for the queen-size bed. There was an extra mat on the bed, which made the bed quite soft. The sink and showers are inside the room.

The ventilation is problematic because the downstairs reception desk controls it, and they don't allow users to adjust it beyond the set temperature, which is 23 degrees, and there's no hot/cold setting. We asked the reception desk to turn it on, but it reverted to its previous setting during the night. It was uncomfortably cold at night, and we could not control it.

There's a self-check-in at the entrance. You have to scan your credit card and collect your room card manually, but when we arrived, they didn't have a card, and luckily, someone from reception was there to help us. Beware, there isn't always someone at the reception desk. Late check-in can be a problem because of this.

The nice thing is that the entrance (lobby) is quite cosy. There's a nice atmosphere with pinball, billiards, various games, and a seating area. There's a young and energetic atmosphere there, which is quite nice. The lobby has refrigerators with snacks and sandwiches, as well as cold drinks and coffee makers. It's available for a fee.

There are self-lockers where you can leave your luggage. They're very easy to use and free of charge.

After 10:00 PM, the exterior doors (garden gates) are closed and can only be opened from the outside with room cards.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very kind. The area is quiet but close to the city centre, and it feels very safe. The room was spacious, simply furnished, and well organised. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Eindhoven.

Humidity in the rooms is horrible

Check-in was a confusing process, where we ended up sitting and waiting for a long time. We only got our room 20-25 minutes after the check-in time of 3 pm. A very laissez faire approach from the staff.

The room itself is a disaster. The mattresses are absurdly soft and you fall over the bed at night because there is no structure in the beds.

The floor is cold cement floor.

The shower cabin inside the room itself is a disaster. The condensation from the cabin makes it unbearably humid in the room and without any real possibility of ventilation.

The air conditioning is locked from the central control, so you can't do anything.

The location of the hotel is however decent.

Three pillows in the room with the same over-thickness instead of at least one flatter. Asked reception for a flatter pillow to be put in my room, returned late, and they hadn't done it. Slept max 2 hrs, loud air conditioner too, bed slightly slanting and probably broken, worst hotel experience ever and today the worst neck ache from the pillow. Big thumbs down. Pillows should not be that thick. Ridiculous management who obviously doesn't think. Had to make a pillow in middle of night out of sofa cushion.

Die Fotos sehen gut aus

Anders als angegeben ist kein wirkliches Frühstück verfügbar. Lediglich ein kleiner 'Laden' wo man sich Kaffee und abgepacktes Brot kaufen kann ist vorhanden.
Der Check-In am Automaten hat nicht funktioniert.
Die Tiefgarage kostet 25€ / Nacht.
Beim Boden im Zimmer ist lediglich der blanke Estrich mit Farbe gestrichen - muss man mögen, ich mag es nicht. Die Dusche ist direkt neben dem Bett, das Duschwasser bildet eine Pfütze im Zimmer.
Positiv fand ich das bequeme Bett und die zentrale Lage.
Fazit: wer ohne Auto anreist und morgens nichts frühstückt findet hier eine günstige Unterkunft.

Es gibt keinen Föhn und die Dusche ist gefühlt Teil des Zimmers. Das ist eben die neue Moderne. Die Klimaanlage war laut also ausgeschaltet.
