The 5-star NH Collection Eindhoven Centre is located in one of the city's landmarks, the 14-storey Groene Toren, or Green Tower. Opened in 2017, it is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, close to the Philips Museum and the Heuvel Galerie shopping center.

It was spectacular.

I have been traveling around the world with my children for a long time, but I really need to say something about this hotel:
Reception 10/10.
All the ladies I had the opportunity to speak to at the reception were very friendly,polite I felt really welcomed, they asked me to make myself comfortable and if I needed anything, I should not hesitate to talk to them. On our second night I needed help because I had not bought milk for my 3-year-old daughter and they asked me to go to the restaurant without hesitation and I was immediately helped.
In our room we found some treats for the children and for me, we were really happy.
For our first time in Eindhoven, you guys really made our trip worthwhile.

Spectacular breakfast, has everything. I really felt that what I paid for this stay was worth it.
The GM of this hotel has really done an excellent job (WOW)

Fantastic hotel with perfect service in the heart of Eindhoven. Room was a bit cold, but reception staff were too kind to fix that. Clean, classy design - you can never mistake NH Collection with another brand. The only missing thing is a parking. The outside parking cost us the price of the room.

Could not fault this hotel . Location , room. Staff all excellent. Breakfast was vast in choice, omelettes to order and staff happy friendly and helpful.

No one home!

Arrived late (~1.15am) due to flight delays. I had sent a msg via hotels.com msg service and tried to call the hotel, but the number on hotels.com didn't work.

No one present on check in desk and despite knocking on doors etc, no one was presetnt to check in. As luck would have it, another guest returned from his dinner and needed to get his bags from the storage room behind the check in desk, which the door was open but no lights on, and then the receptionist magically appeared from another off the storage room. It then took another 15 min to chekc in so got to my room arodun 2:15am.

Not what you need when you arrive late and have to leave at 7:30!

Best hotel in Eindhoven

Wonderful - as always.
This is the best hotel in Eindhoven- It is centrally located close to shops,restaurants and the train station. The rooms are quiet and very luxurious. I have stayed there several times - and always happy with it.

I have lots of mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were modern, updated, and very large but set at 20 degrees and we couldn't increase the heat so our room was freezing. The shower wouldn't drain and some of the towels were threadbare with holes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice touch having water and snacks in the foyer for when you arrive. The location is where all the action is so very walkable to all the shops and restaurants. We opted for the breakfast in the hotel and was one of the nicest we have had at any of the hotels during our road trip through Netherlands and Belgium and all were quite good so that is saying something. One huge negative is no on-site parking. There are only 3 pull in spots to check in and it is on a one way so very difficult to double back to get to the shopping centre parking garage that is across the street. Add to it that on the day we were leaving there was a marathon so the entire street was blocked off- thank goodness this wasn't check in day otherwise not sure what we would have done. If you have a car I would highly recommend staying somewhere else, way too much hassle on top of stress arriving in a new place in a very busy hectic area. Other than those few hiccups it was a nice hotel in a good area.

Fabulous hotel in central Eindhoven

The NH was very conveniently located in central Eindhoven, opposite the railway station, and near the shops and restaurants. It was not noisy. The rooftop bar gave stunning views of the city at night. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and light, with fast wifi, a safe and fridge. The breakfast was outstanding.

the property is very modern, clean & tidy. very accessible to the city centre & a short 15 *ish minute drive to/from the airport. the staff were lovely & we were even greeted with a welcome drink & macaroons. rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. was there for a business trip and would certainly book again if to return. breakfast was great & with a fantastic view of the city from the 13th floor. great array of food & drinks & the service staff easily went above & beyond to look after you. all round fabulous 3 day stay.

Unpleasant experience at NH hotel

I have to conclude that the hotel doesn’t match its status. I stayed in this hotel 28-29 okt 2021. To my surprise there were no towels at all in the room. I was already in the shower when I realized that. Showering was unpleasant nevertheless to say.

Furthermore when I visited their sky bar that evening while considering to have my dinner there and take some photos of the beautiful view, I was asked to leave by the manager because I was disturbing the guests eating there. I was a hotel guest there too, why were the guests eating there more valued than me? There were only two guests eating there, and I am pretty sure the guests were not bothered by my presence. I was even two tables away from them. I was not making any noise, walking politely and with proper manners. I was in my office wear. Unfortunately the harsh tone the manager used on me made me feel very unwelcome, and she implied that I was a nuisance for their posh restaurant. That’s appalling service to the hotel guests living there.

In the morning when I tried to explain the towels issue the receptionist didn’t attend to my request seriously. She didn’t offer any viable solution or any apologies. The least this hotel could do is to offer to contact me for a solution. I didn’t feel valued as a guest at all at this hotel. It’s a pity.

The only thing that I missed - and that I was expecting, was to have someone help us carrying the luggages upon arrival.

Nice new hotel on a great location. Restaurant and skybar are awesome, however the lobby is small without much areas to relax outside of the room. I found the staff young an inexperienced sometimes even a bit rude due to their inexperience.
Also the housekeeping didnt show up once during our 4 night stay. We had to call them and the cleaning wasnt done thoroughly.

A fantastic stay, would certainly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also had a very nice view of the city from the 6th floor.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety. The view from the 13th floor was also an added bonus!

The hotel doesn't have parking but they were able to recommend a car park which was less than a 5 min walk away.

Good location BUT no parking. You have to use public garage several hundred meters away or open parking around the area if you fins a spot.

What was very unacceptable is that housekeepers are cleaning glasses for water in the room with towels or other. It is disgusting to see marks in the glasses and imagine all the germs there.
