The staff is absolutely delightful and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfy! We took advantage of the breakfast and they were so kind as to make us extra things, eggs for example, when asked. Lovely hotel!

The rooms were very bare. Cheap looking furnitures. So not Park Plaza/ Radisson. The bed was against the window, which was not ideal. Cleanliness was bad. The room cleaning did not clean the coffee glasses, nor replenish the coffee and toilet rolls/ tissues.
Didn't see many staffs around. Parking is ok. But very minimal, like you not paying for a hotel.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, best hotel i have stayed in for a while and i travel a lot. Very good value for a relatively cheap price for a stay

Very clean and spacious.

All the staff are very helpul and friendly and cant do enough for you.

Excellent amenties, pool, sauna, gym and even a lounge where you can play pool, air hockey and table football

Great location just south of the city center short 5 min walk into town.

Parking available and a bit pricey but seems the same everywhere locally.

Comfortable stay

A nice hotel — the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with well-equipped facilities. I especially liked the powerful hairdryer. The walls could perhaps use a bit of refurbishment, and the windows could be cleaner. There were fun facilities in the lobby, and I enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff were friendly. The only downside was the paid parking, which was quite expensive.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I enjoyed breakfast and setvice but can use more of a variety on breakfast.
There attention to cleanliness can be more focused.
The staff was all well mannered and willing to satisfy my requests.

A very pleasant stay indeed. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable; it was also very nice to have tea and coffee making facilities. The windows opened, rather than being cosmetic to allow fresh air which was good. Only downside was there was no complimentary bottled water in the room.

I was on the 3rd floor, and at times you could feel the floorboards shake if you walked heavily which initially was a bit disconcerting but not a problem. The breakfast was lovely and had many options, including dairy free milk.
The location is convenient and within walking distance to shops and Eindhoven train station and bus terminal. There was a Japanese restaurant that was based in the hotel, and advertised online but this appeared to be closed/not operational during the time I was there. It wasn't really an issue as there are lots of restaurants close by.
I would stay here again and would also recommend to others.

Would never book again or recommend!

All rooms booked had children staying in. One of the rooms the AC was not working, and blowing hot air, according to staff there was no other room available for the night, there wasn’t any sort of fans in the premises for this sort of occasional problem. Been promised that an engineer will look into the room at 9am the next day or we will be moved to a better room than the business suite, which didn’t seem to have happened as when we came back into our room at night time the same case was still occurring and no one seemed to know what was going on with the issue in our room the next night. AC wasn’t working, no fan, cannot crack the window open for cool air to come in and very uncomfortable night sleep for me and partner and specially my little one! 2 nights sleeping uncomfortably! Would never book or recommend specially if staying with children!!

Great location

Amazing location. Great facilities which included a game room with free use of pool tables, table tennis and ping pong. Pool and sauna also. Nice lobby area with a bar which we did not use but it looked nice. Cleaning staff very friendly when we passed them in the corridors. Only downside was upon check in the receptionist Germán left us mid check in/mid sentence to go help another guest he didn't excuse himself which was quite rude.

Weekend trip with family

Loved this hotel and staff were really lovely and kind. Swimming pool and sauna were included in the hotel cost and really nice. Jim was decent and available 24 hours a day. train Station was around a 15 minute walk and there was many shops and restaurants around the hotel location. Would highly recommend this property.

It’s just an OK place to stay

The first room they gave us Had a strong cigarette smoke smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. The immediately gave us a different room, which was OK. The view was of the air Conditioning units outside the room. The room is very Dark and the lighting is Not adequate. For the price, I would’ve expected a bit more.

More than expected from a night stay! Free games room in a very nice atmosphere, modern and very clean, very spacious bedroom with a ultra comfortable kingside bed. Love the fragrance of hands and shower gel/shampoo/body cream, felt like in a SPA. Varied and delicious breakfast, facilities kept clean and all times and well stocked. Would have enjoyed the indoor pool but had no time. Definitely highly recommended and will be back next time in Eindhoven. The location was great too, close enough to walk into the city but in a quiet location to sleep.

The hotel was lovely.

We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children staying in a deluxe suite - when we arrived they had already pulled the sofa bed out which we were very thankful for as they can be difficult to pull out.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous. The bath was huge and there was a separate walk in shower. Plus a double sink situation.

2 televisions was great and while we didn’t watch them it was nice to have the option for the children and adults to watch separate things.

Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room and there was also an iron and ironing board. The hairdryer was powerful too which was great.

The hotel has a pool, sauna and games room - all of which are free to use.

Breakfast was nice although be aware that once things run out they run out so the earlier you get down there the better.

Check in and check out was easy and the lady checking us in was lovely and very friendly. (Though the lady who checked us out didn’t ask how the stay was or anything).

It was quiet at night and is in a very good, walkable location for reaching anywhere in Eindhoven.

I would definitely recommend Park Plaza and if I return to Eindhoven I’ll stay there again.

Staff at the check-in desk and the bar were lovely. We appreciated the \"entertainment\" factor (i.e. Pool tables, ping pong table, etc.)

As to cleanliness, we were guests at the Park Plaza for 10 nights. Our unit was not maintained to a level we expected. Dust on the furniture, garbage (2 cans) not always emptied, we had to request extra towel on one occasion (the cleaners left only 1 bath towel for 2 adults)

I'm a gold member on Hotels.com. I should have been offered a free upgrade I wasn't. The room was small, very dark and hot. But the worst part was the woman working in the bar would often go missing for long periods of time. For all three nights I was there. Customers were going into the back room looking for her. When she did come back, she would then have 5 or 6 people to service. Not good service.

Good location. Free swimming pool inside the hotel.
Many parking lots behind the hotel : 18,50 euros per 24h, which is a normal price in comparison with prices in the street.
Unfortunately sauna was closed.

Bit tired and dated in reception area. Room very large and clean . Had everything we needed for our stay. Safe , tea /coffee making facilities and lovely elemis toiletries. Tv had great choice of channels including bbc1 and itv. A big plus.
Breakfast was great it was included in our rate with lots of hot and cold options.
We used the swimming pool which was quite warm but the area around the pool was very slippy and dangerous with slippers on!
It was a 10min walk to the centre good choice of bars around.
Our only dissapointment was on checkout we were asked to pay the city tax again when it was insisted by the receptionist we paid checking in which we duly did with cash there was no record on the system! The manager did not charge us again but scolded us for not having got a receipt however none was offered at the time.

This was my second visit, rooms were well furnished with comfortable beds and every facility you would expect. Very quick check-in and check-out processes and a nice atmosphere in the public areas. Very good location just a couple of minutes from the city centre area. I will go back to this hotel again.
