We were at the Holiday Inn Eindhoven for four nights. The carpet in our room was terribly stained and looked very dirty. I have a photo I hope I can attach it at the end.

Housekeeping forgot us every day. The first day we went in there was no soap. The containers of soap and shampoo at the basin and in the shower we're all bone dry empty. The dirty towels etc we're not picked up on the second day. and we had no clean towels. The next day there was a half roll of bathroom tissue left. But there was no backup roll. And we were a three-person room. We never used the tags to have housekeeping wait.
It was always a good time for housekeeping to enter because we were gone all day each day.

I know these are only minor annoyances. However, each occurrence caused a short journey from our Executive Suite room 914 down to the guest services.

Housekeeping supervisor listened to our concerns on the day we checked out. We expected, at the very least, normal courtesies from the Holiday Inn.

It is mind-boggling that at a time when germs are rampant and diseases are spread so easily that they would forget or ignore the soap and then the towels.

On a positive note I will say the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We did sleep well. It did have a small refrigerator. There was no chest of drawers.

When I told several friends who live in Eindhoven that I was staying at the Holiday inn they gave it two thumbs up. Maybe it's new manage

The hotel is in walking distance to bus stops, grocery store, shopping center, and restaurants. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The hotel is old and well maintained. The room cleaning does not come in time. We have to ask reception desk to prioritize our room when we leave the room for a few hours. We found some stains on our bed sheets and towels.

We arrived very early in the morning, we was able to leave our bags in storage for the day.
A short walk from the train station. It was about 10/15 minutes into the main areas. The Phillips stadium is also walkable.

When I booked on Expedia I booked a standard room I selected the wrong one a standard room can be a room with 2 twin beds.. my receipt only said standard room so I didn’t realize I had made a mistake. Ms.Martina the manager on duty was unwilling to make a simple change and I called Expedia Gold… although I am now platinum and still Expedia would not contact the hotel to help me get the right room. What do you think about that?
I went to the Expedia website and I saw that they still had other standard rooms at the same price available. So they just didn’t want to do it. And Ms. Martina gave us the noisiest room. The person upstairs must have had dumbells and continuously dropping them. I am sure that these hotels give Expedia customers always a bad room at the end of the hall or near the elevator. And never is Expedia able to help you with a problem, they say sorry sorrry. I better off fighting gwith the hotel directly by booking with them directly I think then they would appreciate the $170 a paid a little more. I unhappy with Ms.Martina and Expedia!!!!

I love staying in the Holiday Inn in Eindhoven. It's comfortable, quiet, very reasonably priced, and a short walk to the Eindhoven Centraal train station using the pathways located under the elevated roadways. (Exit the station on the side by the small Albert Heijn shop.) Hotel staff were helpful and highly professional. My room was equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker and a frig/minibar, spacious and nicely furnished, with a comfy king-sized bed and a great view across the city. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit.

Our stay was good. The hotel bedroom was big and comfortable. The hotel is well located, near the downtown and the bus station. The only negative fact was that the pool wasn't available when we stayed due to some problems. The breakfast is nice too.

Great disappointment with the lack of housekeepin

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have been pleased with our stay. This time we were very disappointed. Unlike other times we stayed, the only house keeping we had was on the Thursday, when the mugs were replaced plus 2 teabags. 1 bath&1hand towel were left in a bag outside our room. We arrived on Monday and checked out on Friday and none of our used towels were taken, no bed made and no bins emptied. All the other times this was done on a daily basis, even if the “do not disturb sign“ was on the door, they would knock and I would go down to the coffee shop whilst they cleaned the room. Unfortunately, both my husband and I have tested positive for Covid on our return to England. We were at that hotel in October and we were concerned that we would bring Covid back as there weren’t the restrictions in place in Holland as they were in England. However, it just seems too much of a coincidence that standards at the hotel seemed to have really dropped this time and we have both finally succumbed to Covid after avoiding it for 2 years!!

Rooms were OK. Quick check-in. However insulation is generally poor. Woken up few times throughout the night due to doors slamming and other drunks in the hotel causing havoc. Annoyed and ruined my day.

Our stay was very comfortable, convenient (only 10 minutes walk to TU/e.
Check in was unfortunately not so good. We arrived at 11.30 am but was told computer was down until 3pm (we had been up since 3am). Alot of waiting around. We waited across the lobby in the restaurant. When I saw a couple checking in at 2pm, I asked if we could check in too. Only that I asked I do not think we would have been offered and no attempt was made to inform us. This I feel is not good service

The room was not cleaned in the 3 nights we stayed. I had to bring my own wet towels down the corridor to the house keeping lady. Coffee and complimentary water was added for 2 nights and the bins were never emptied.
Breakfast was not great, the eggs were dry and dis-colored from being left under the heat lamps without. Overall very disappointing 520+ for 3 nights, and no cleaning, i dont think i will visit again.
Finally, lots of shouting from parties in a room above us so sleep was not great.

I liked this hotel, it was clean and the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The conference that I was attending was well looked after by the staff (coffee, food, etc). The amenities were great, the only criticism I have is that the gym could have been better. It was pretty small and lacked varied equipment. But I would still recommend this hotel.

Hi folks, we stayed here on a trip into Holland to visit family. This hotel was spot on. One small issue was a strange noise on our last night, could have been the ac unit, did inform the staff so maybe its fixed now. the location is a short walk from the centre and on top of the bus and rail station.

Our room was on 1st floor close to the pool and overlooking the parking lot which could get a bit noisy at night. Other than that ot was spacious, comfortable and clean. The area is central and min away from the station and the main street with shops/bars. We also got a good price.
