Terrible experiance, our room was very worn out, and the heating did not cope with the cold weather, room never felt warm.

Barthroom kept flooding every morning, kept telling the staff nothing was fixed.
Often 4 nights stay this was very poor.

All was good, no problems on arrival, room was ready and comfortable. Facilities good and breakfast was a great start to the day.
Staff were all great, so my stay was very pleasant.
Will most certainly stay again when back in the area.

This is a very nice hotel that is just outside Eindhoven, conveniently located right off the motorway. It is a bit isolated, being not within the city, so it is not possible to walk to tourist areas in Eindhoven from the hotel. They do offer a range of health facilities and have bikes available for guests (not sure if they are rented or free). The restaurant has excellent casual dining and the breakfasts are very good.

Nice hotel. Good restaurant, gym, bar, shower, adjustable aircon/heating. Beds could have been better. Not much provided for toiletries - which can be a problem of travelling through an airport like Stansted and arriving with very little.

Could not fault the service we received from staff. Room comfortable, and clean, but not all lights worked, bathroom sink marked and bath yellowing with age. Restaurant was very good too.

My husband has owned an international travel company for over 40 years, arranging transport, papers& hotels around the world. Your hotel is definitely on the ‘good’ list to recommend for clients.

The overall stay was fine. The only criticism is that the refrigerators in each of the rooms we stayed in didn't work. And it was a pity about the sauna but oh well. Staff were great.

The staff at the counter never greeted when you came in and went out. We made it a point to stand still and greet and then some of them greeted! I asked for extra clothes hangers and handed in one that was broken in the closet. Giving it at the counter to the lady in charge, she looked at it and said oh, and looked at me and the hanger. Really I did not fly to the netherlands to get accused to have broken a hanger. She said I will have a look if I have extra. She walked away came back and said I do. We were on our way out which she could see from the way we were coming and having jacket buttoned up and shawl on, she said, if you wait I will get them for you. So I plainly said, no thank you we are going out you can leave them at the room. 1 day later still no hanger so my husband went to pick them up. The only friendly staff member was the lady at the bar and the gentleman with dark hair at the counter. The rest of them really should learn some more for a hotel this price about service. The white roller curtain in the bedroom had a squashed bug-splash, so did the white showercurtains. I caught 3 bugs, the silicon under the bath tub was green (mildew) which is in plain sight because the bathroom has a beautiful glass wall. The room was next to the swimming pool. so unfortunately chorine greeted us and the starting and stopping of the pump of the pool was so noisy you could hear it in the bedroom. One bulb was not functioning, one was on and off, the sauna was out of order .

Great Service and Well Equipped Rooms for Business

A great hotel.
My late arrival wasn't an issue and although the kitchen was closed, the night staff managed to rustle up a couple of ham and cheese toasties; a very welcome sight to a weary business traveller. A nice bar and restaurant and the room I had was comfortable, clean with a well-stocked mini-bar. The bath taps need a PHD in mechanical engineering but looked great :-)

Overall an excellent stay and I will be staying again on my next trip to the area.

Good for a business traveller & for a leasure stay

Great business hotel. Has all the amenities that one expects in a business hotel & some. Conveniently located to be reached by car. Wooded area around that add to a feeling of tranquility despite a little bit of noise heard from two nearby roads. Good restaurant onsite with a friendly staff.

The hotel was very nice, especially for being just off the freeway. In fact, while I was anticipating there being road noise (since our room faced the freeway), it was surprisingly quiet. The room was comfortable with standard hotel conveniences and amenities (nice bathroom, safe, hot water pot, wifi). The restaurant was good as well, with prices commensurate with the food (not cheap, but not out of line with the quality either).

Fine for a business trip

The hotel was fine for a week-long business trip. Easy to access directly off of the A2 highway. The layout of the building was a little annoying, because the hotel consists of two separate buildings linked in the middle by a long hallway. Rooms are in one building while the restaurant and front desk are in another. Accessing the nearest village is quick by bicycle or car, but there is nothing within the immediate vicinity of the hotel as it is surrounded by forest. That being said, the forest is nice for enjoying a walk or run!

Only stayed one night as a stop over, but wished it was for longer as the hotel and the service was excellent. I have a gluten and dairy free diet and this did not faze them at all in the restaurant,from the waiting staff to the chefs they where all up to speed with food allergies, which I have not found to this standard in many other hotels. I was very impressed with the facilities and the over all service of this hotel.

Nice newly decorated modern rooms.

Note that you need a car/taxi to get there as it's nowhere near the train station or the airport. Taxi from the station was around €25.

Hotel restaurant is fairly expensive, but the food is excellent and worth trying out.

Didn't get a chance to use the other facilities (gym / swimming pool).

Menu is a little expensive and no choice of eating within walking distance.
Internet free in reception with wifi or in the room with provided cable.

Kamer ok. Bed schoon en fijn beddengoed. Bed wel wat zacht. Aangezien de kamer in de nabijheid van het zwembad ligt, ruik je het bad. Ik had nu kamer 117 dat was het beter dan de week ervoor in kamer 123. Daar heb je de hele dag en nacht last van chloorliucht.
Wel een prima hotel. Lekkere koffie op de kamer.

Zimmer insgesamt OK, es roch etwas muffig und der Teppich sollte dringend erneuert werden. Das Badezimmer war richtig schön, auch mit Badewanne, Frühstücksauwahl gut, aber zu teuer. Personal war das große Highlight der Unterkunft. Super freundlich, serviceorientiert, authentisch und flexibel und wenn ich wiederkomme, dann wäre das sicher ein Grund!

Já conheço a rede Fletcher, onde me hospedei por 10 dias em Den Bosch na vez anterior. Neste de Eindehoven tudo estava igualmente bom. Ponto negativo foi a piscina que era pouco aquecida, para os padroes latinos precisamos da agua a pelo menos uns 25 graus e parecia estar menos. No banho também tivemos o incoveniente de vir um jato de agua fria por segundos, o suficiente para lhe dar um susto e incomodo imenso. Preciso rever o sistema de calefação de agua, para nao ter esses golpes de agua fria, pelo menos uns 3 ou 4 por banho. Mas de qualquer forma recomendo muito o hotel.

Parking space was the positive and sufficient, but the rooms did not hold the standard. My room smelled like old sweat and the beds and pillow were quite uncomfortable. Restaurant and service was good, breakfast rather mediocre.

Dejligt hotel. Vi havde en juniorsuite med stor altan. Desværre var den lige ud til motorvejen, så vi brugte den ikke. Værelset var flot indrettet og rengøringen i top. Restauranten var også god med vine til rimelige priser.

Wir waren schon oft in dieser Unterkunft.
Es gibt immer mehrer Mängel ausgerechnet in diesem Haus! Jetzt war der Kopf der Douchebrause so verkalkt, dass das Wasser überall hinspritzt. Auch läuft das Wasser zu weit in dem Badezimmer hinein.
Es gibt in der Douche keine Mögklichkeit seinen Shampo oder douchegell abzustellen…
Die Toiletten sind sehr sehr niedlich! Hängen fast am Boden.

Goed voor een nachtje, maar niet voor langer verblijf. Geen minibar op de kamer en geen smart tv. WiFi hapert, maar op zich goed te doen. Kamer was groot genoeg alleen niet helemaal vlekkeloos. Douchen in bad met een douche gordijn rondom. Niet echt mijn ding. Goede fitnessruimte. Het zwembad was meerdere keren gesloten wegens onderhoud tijdens ons verblijf van 1 week. Leuk en goed restaurant en personeel heel vriendelijk. Prijzen in het restaurant ook normaal.

Proper hotel , kamer was netjes en proper enkel jammer van het badkamermeubel, is aan renovatie toe , onderkant lavabo totaal veroest en plakmarmer komt helemaal los . Zeer vriendelijk en aangename bediening , vlot verloop van in en uitchecken , zalig zwembad , super ontbijt enkel de steak was niet wat we gevraagd hadden qua bakken

Douche/bad is in slechte staat. Bedieningsknoppen zitten los en het water loopt slecht weg door het putje. Wanneer je dit meld bij receptie, krijg je te horen, zal een briefje maken voor de technische dienst. Technische dienst nooit gezien!

Wir haben eine Junior Suite gebucht, im Bad war der Spiegel abgebrochen, der Fön hat gefehlt, die Brause an der Badewanne hat gefehlt und der Wasserhan an der Wanne war total undicht, das ganze Bad stand unter Wasser.Wir haben uns also ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen in dem ich erst einmal die Badewanne putzen. Die Möbel haben ihre beste Zeit lange hinter sich gelassen.Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, das geht gar nicht.

O hotel tem potencial

O hotel está próximo a natureza e acessível pela rodovia. Quarto é grade e o restaurante excelente!
Mas nosso quarto estava muito fedido, vindo do esgoto. Toalhas eram velhas e ruins. O hotel estava passando por reformas ou foi feita uma reforma barata.

Das Zimmer (323) war geräumig, allerdings waren einige Sachen kaputt oder gefehlt. Nur 2 große Badhandtücher. Deckenbeleuchtung , von 3 ging nur 1 Spot an- Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht- 3 Deckenspots im Badezimmer kaputt- am rechten Nachtschränkchen ging die Aufladestation für ein Internetkabel nicht- Licht im Make-up Spiegel kaputt- und was ganz unangenehm war, ist dass das Douchewasser so in dem Bereich hineinläuft wo der Waschtisch ist, dass da alles unter Wasser steht. Besser nicht Douchen!
Im Restaurant sind die farbige Stühlen unheimlich dreckig! Ich habe Fotos davon gemacht…

Sehr schönes Hotel, nettes Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer ausser das Badezimmer ist nich praktisch eingerichtet.
Die Dusche ist vorne offen und dadurch läuft das Wasser dann in den Raum man kann sich noch so fest Mühe gegeben, wir konnten es nicht verhindern. Das Waschbecken ist auch sehr unpraktisch.
Wir haben es als sehr angenehmes Hotel empfunden.
Wir würden wieder kommen.
