I wasn’t sure if the place was under renovation or not. The walls going upstairs smelled like fresh paint but the damages on the signs were not repaired. There were also visible damage on the floor too right before you reach the stairs. The parking across the street as seen on the photos online was also construction so you’ll have to find a parking garage or park somewhere else. We chose the parking garage because it seems safer. The room was a bit dusty and only one of the tv remotes worked. The room overall was a bit dated and you can tell by the dust, outlets and lighting. I am sure this place was decent when it first opened but is due for another renovation. The shower had mold on the caulking and doesn’t have anywhere for you to put your shampoo and soap. We were also disappointed after buying some breakfast sandwiches and water to realize that they don’t have a fridge or microwave in the room. The best part about this place is that it’s 10 mins away from a selection of restaurants. Unless this place had some upgrades, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The place is a bit dated, and there was no fridge so tha was a huge disappointment. It can use a renovation but the location is definitely the highlight of this place. It’s walking distance to a lot of nice eating place there. The parking isn’t across the street when we went, it seems to be under construction.

Our experience with Hotel La Reine excelled in ruining our holiday experience, never have we been more impressed with the way a hotel can mess up almost everything so flawlessly. Overall I would say that hanging an ironing board/ George Foreman grill off level next to a reflective, man-sized safe was not the brightest idea but certainly on par for Hotel La Diar-reine. Furthermore whoever put a levitating bird bath next to an oversized, toothbrush holder definitely needs a wash as they are about as cleanly as bag of used condoms. The face towels must've been made for Eddie Hall or Thor Bjornsson and the bidet was near enough a drinking fountain, outstanding awful decor, perfect for a 3-star skid mark of sub-human accommodation. Pros? The dog washing cubicle with the built in pressure washer was amazing at ripping the skin off my eyelids which is just ideal as I can't stand looking at this beautifully, disgusting state of an establishment any longer. The phone in the washroom was persistently overheating and extremely loud so I could barely hear the sound of roommate swearing at the microwave for locking our cheese and ham croissants, don't even know if they're still cooking but oh well, at least the fire alarm works so it's not all doom and gloom. On the upside, the eco-fridge was rather ingenious, using the exceptionally poor windows to allow for anything within a close proximity to look like it's in a Coors Light advert. Truly awe-inspiring.

Sadly, the hotel quality and the attitude of the staff have gone downhill.

For the not-inexpensive price, the hotel should put a little more effort into customer service.

Hotel needs updating and thoroughly cleaning. Bed was comfortable but sheets dirty, and mattress even worse. Windows did not lock and kept blowing open. Tea and coffee facilities are not in the room but in the foyer and are charged for. Too many stains in the bedrooms to count - floor, walls, doors and beds. Only redeeming feature was the shower.

This was a last minute booking due to the Dutch rail strike which meant staying in Eindhoven instead of our original booking in Sittard. Just off the main centre so it was quiet even with the bar next door. Being upgraded was a bonus!

This place is the worst!

This place is a dishonest POS, the photos lie, there is no restaurant despite that being mentioned in the description. The lobby photos are all fake, it’s a tiny room 4 m x 5 m and that’s it. No bar (but the photos show a bar), no nothing. Front desk not even manned until 11:00. My booking was non refundable but I am going to seek compensation as I left the hotel a day early. The room are old, poorly decorated, uncomfortable beds, just total ugh! Hotels.com, remove this listing, it is hurting your reputation!

The first room we were given was very dirty mainly the carpet but also someone had been smoking in the room and it stank of cigarettes we were given another room which was a lot cleaner. The hotel whilst it is clean is very tired and would benefit from a little talc. The rooms could do with painting a lighter colour to brighten them up. Can’t fault the staff really lovely and very helpful. Just seemed very basic for the money

What we loved:
* Location: Best possible location to explore the city
* Staff: Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, friendly and helpful
* Decor: Hotel is cosy, has minimalist but modern design, looks very nice for a 3* venue
* Cleanliness: Everything was spotless
* Comfort: Soft comfy beds and lots of storage and surface space in the room
* Price: Very reasonably priced for the quality and location, compared to other options

What could be improved:
* When we checked-in there was no soap in any of the dispensers and it only got replenished after several days once we asked for it directly.
* Pillows are ridiculously thick, like sofa cushions. Got a neck cramp and headache from first night so opted to sleep on a rolled-up towel instead for the remainder of the stay.
* Bathroom layout is not great - toilet is behind a glass door just a meter from the bed, so it doesn't leave much privacy or sound insulation. Shower floods the toilet area no matter how hard you try to avoid it, leaving a puddle right in front of the toilet.
* Noise: Hotel is sound-insulated, but there was a lot of plumbing noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom at all hours - banging, hissing, screeching etc, like sleeping next to a loud fridge or boiler. The door between the lift and the floor, as well as other room doors make the room shake when they get shut, and we were unfortunate to have neighbours who were slamming doors relentlessly till 2am on our last night.

Easy access to hotel within Eindhoven downtown. Price was very competitive. Staff who greeted was helpful with checkin, and staff who checked us out were so friendly. Room seemed recently upgraded, bright and clean. Ideally would have been hot pot in room, but very adequate coffee/tea offered in lobby. Very pleased with our experience.

Good spot to stay, especially if you plan on being outside of your room most of the time. Easy walking distance to many of the restaurant and terrace dining offered in the city. Just be cautious of the city parking. Unlike some European areas, this area still charges and tickets on Sundays. Will stay there next time I visit. Note: not only is this a good spot for city walking, it's also a easy place to get out of town from if you are planning day trips to other towns and attractions in the area.

Great location but that is about all. Terrible bathroom, toilet faces beds with only a glass door in front, hardly any pressure in shower and slippery floor in an open shower. Mattresses very old . Not enough lights in dark room. No phone service, safety box broken. Room smells old and musty. Feel sorry for the nice people that have to work there.

Nice Hotel close to City centre

The staff at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. It was good value for price. The unfortunate thing was that there was no dining room or bar although there was a restaurant next door which gave a reduction to hotel guests for dinner (you pay at hotel for the meal, they give you a voucher which you hand in at the restaurant). The food there was excellent. Breakfast was within easy reach also at a different building. I missed having kettle and tea/coffee facility in the room) although there was a facility for same at reception.

Great hotel, booked this because of the price and didn't expect much when we arrived - however we had been camping at the Belgian Grand Prix and this hotel is exactly what we needed, it was clean, the staff were helpful and let us check in early.
The room looked new, and the shower was fantastic. The hotel is close to the centre and everything you need is within walking distance.
I will be booking this hotel again next year, would recommend to anyone.

Hotel in Eindhoven

Although this hotel is a bit away from the main central area, I actually enjoyed the 10 min. walking distance. I came to the town for a concert at Muziekgebouw Frits Philips and decided to stay here knowing that it was quite close to the concert hall.

Since I came here during the cold winter, I expected a warm room. The heating system in the lobby was good, as it was so warm there, however, despite the temp 24 C, the room I was staying in was quite cold. I think the heat was leaking through the windows, because I later put bottled waters on the window sill to keep it cool. I had to wear sweaters in the room to keep warm. I told the staff about the problem and said they will look into it, and hopefully the problem has been fixed.

BTW, I was sure I read the hotel had tea/coffee kettle in the room, but they don't have it anymore. That was a bummer, bec I could have brought my own portable tea kettle to keep me warm with hot tea during the cold winter. Also, there's no refrigerator or microwave.

Olvidé la llave de la habitación, desafortunadamente la recepción es hasta las 10 pm y tipo 10:30 pm que me di cuenta intenté comunicar con el hotel vía whatsaap un asistente virtual me decía que ya pronto me atenderían y nunca llegaron, además de el teléfono para emergencias despues de 10pm nuca me contestaron, amanecí afuera y a eso de las 10:30 am fue que me contactaron y pude entrar a la habitación, ni disculpas me ofrecieron solo me dijeron que podía quedar hasta las 12 del medio día para hacer el chek inn, les dije que me dejaran hasta las 3pm para descansar un rato y me dijeron que no podían, solo subí recogí mis cosas y me fui

1e indruk nette kamer en goede prijs en locatie.

Toen ik wat langer in de kamer was viel me op dat er overal oude vlekken zitten op vloerbedekking, muren en plafonds. Onder het bed lagen nog lege blikjes, vieze sokken en gebruikte wattenstaafjes. Ook lagen er in de kast nog 2 pruiken en pantys. Ook was het heel erg stoffig overal en omdat het ik het klimaat niet kon bedienen omdat deze op stand centraal beheerd stond, bleef de lucht blazer vrij hard staan zodat er over stof rondwaaide.

Odaya giriş yapıldığında çöp kutularının içi boşaltılmamıştı. Odada klima çalışmıyordu. Banyo lavabosu gideri tıkanık olduğu için su gitmedi, devamlı birikti. Duş gideri temizlenmemişti. Birikmiş çok fazla saç vardı. Saç kurutma makinasının duvara monte aparatı kir içindeydi. Odada yürürken havaya toz kalkıyordu. Halı temizliği yapılmamıştı. 7 gün boyunca bir torba içinde temiz havlu bırakıldı. Nevresim ve çarşaflar değiştirilmedi. Oda temizliği levhası asıldığı halde odaya sadece yataklar yapılmıştı. Çarşaf ve nevresim değiştirilmemişti. Çarşafı havalandırmak için kaldırıldığında alttaki alez kirli ve lekeliydi. Otelin konumu dışında hiçbir artısı yok.

部屋にはコーヒーや紅茶などのサービスはありません。冷蔵庫もありません。コーヒーが1階で2ユーロで売っています。エアコン、エレベーターは付いていました。
部屋の掃除は不定期のようです。5泊のうち1回のみ、掃除されていました。初日はタオルの交換すらありませんでしたが、2日目以降は、新しいタオルが毎朝支給されていました。(これら説明はありません。)

Geen minibar op de kamer. Receptie is tot 13 uur afwezig. Een goedkoop bekertje koffie of een bekertje heet water voor thee is €2 en er staat niets op de kamer.

Waren hier mit einem JGA.

Lage ist wirklich top, keine 10min zur Kneipenstraße. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, aber doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier und da sind die Möbel abgenutzt und den ein oder anderen Fleck aus dem Teppich bekommt man nicht mehr raus.

Für den Preis (rund 90Euro für 2 Personen) kann man aber definitiv über die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten hinwegschauen.

Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Man muss halt wissen, worauf man sich einlässt.

Mit dem Charme einer Jugendherberge...
Der erste Eindruck von Aussen bei Ankunft war gut. Ein heimelieges typisch niederlänsiches Haus direkt im Zentrum. Soweit perfekt.
Der Nachtportier war super freundlich und hilfs bereit und hat mit seiner neten Art Jogginghose und Sweatshrt (was ich nicht erwratet hatte) vergessen lassen. Es ist schließlich der Mensch, der darinsteckt, der zählt. Und er war bestens.
Allerdings macht das Hotel im Inneren den Eindruck einer dingenst benötigten Renovierung. Alles ist verwohnt und ein wenig \"angeranzt\". Die Zimmereinrichtung in dunklm Braun ist sowohl depressionsfördernd wie auch vollkommen abgenutzt. Der Teppichboden war voller dunkler Flecken, unter dem Bett schaute noch ein Q-Tip hervor, die Dusche wies in den Fugen schwarze Schimmelstellen auf und das Bett war durchgelegen.Für eine Nacht ging es. Die Bewertung \"hervorragend\" ist mir unerklärlich. Da müssen die Ansprüche schon sehr genügsam sein.

Het is een hotel zonder eetgelegenheden, maar restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Op 200 meter kan je ergens ontbijten, en zit er een bakker. Loopafstand van het psv stadion en vna het centrum. Onverwacht een vriendin tegengekomen en die mocht met bijbetaling van 35 euro ook blijven slapen, werd gewoon een opklapbaae bed neergezet. Echt een super service

Eipä ihan ollut kolmen tähden hotelli. Kylpyhuone ja WC oli remontoitu (tosin WC:ssä ei ollut lavuaaria käsien pesua varten). Kalusteet hiukan kuluneita ja ilmanvaihdon kautta tuli WC:hen ja aulaan tupakan haju. Palvelut olemattomat, ala-aulassa myynnissä sipsejä ja juomia.

La ubicación no lo compensa todo

Hotel bien situado en la ciudad. Personal agradable y atento. La habitación suficiente para una estancia de fin de semana. Para dos personas el espacio, armario es pequeño. La foto de publicidad da otra imagen.
Un problema fue la temperatura de la habitación. Al llegar la ventana abierta sin funcionar bien el sistema climatizador de la habitación. La solución fue un calentador pequeño a utilizar con el consiguiente ruido y la falta de potencia para calentar la habitación.
Tenía dos opciones en Eindhoven la próxima cambiaré.

Vriendelijk personeel 24x7 aanwezig. Hotel centraal gelegen. Nette ruime kamer met een goed werkende internet. Voorzieningen restaurants, parkeerplaats direct op naastgelegen locatie en centrum op 2 minuten loopafstand. Prijs/ kwaliteit is uitstekend👍

grote kamer

hoi ik heb in dit hotel gezeten ik had een luxe kamer met Jaccuzzi die kapot was en een gordijn die er boven hing was ook kapot in de slaapkamer hing geen vitrage zo dat iedereen je kon zien van buiten af dat was echt minder wel jammer voor zo hotel
