In the foyer area they have beach chairs umbrellas towels and everything you need to use on the beach . The hotel also has a shower outside to wash off beach sand as well they have a well kept pool

It’s rare for me to give such a glowing review, but this property was so much fun to stay at. It’s really steps away from the beach in one direction and steps away from the start of all the shops and restaurants in the other. The room was clean and modern, there were a ton of amenities to check out and use, and I wish we could have stayed far longer than the two nights we did. Can’t remember if all the rooms had an ocean view, but that made it more inviting.

Unique facility. Had the feel of an ABNB with small kitchen resources. Very informal feel and environment as they provided many outside activity (bike, pool, coolers, etc.) which was perfect for being close to the water. Parking was available for residents; however, vehicle size could impact where you could park. Room exactly as described. Quiet. No construction going on during our stay. Could not see any construction \"site\" from the room or hotel. Staff made guests feel welcome, when on duty.

The location was excellent! It was only like 5 yards from the ocean and the view there was incredible. The unit had a washer and dryer which was fantastic. There was tons of storage space, especially upstairs. The staff was super nice and friendly and the hotel offered bikes you could borrow, towels and beach toys, a water cooler for refilling your water bottle and an ice machine, right in the lobby! The parking is super tight so we ended up not using our car much and just walking instead. The upstairs bathroom doesn't have air conditioning so it gets warm and steamy, especially in summer. There was also construction going on behind the hotel so you couldn't really enjoy the patio/sunroom in our unit. But otherwise, the place was great and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The location is steps away the beach. The communication with the hotel was excellent. Our family of four enjoyed our five-day stay. There is no elevators for travelers to transport luggage, therefore you will have some stairs to climb if stay in one of the upper units.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The location was really convenient to four mile beach, the women who worked there were very friendly and the place we had was very spacious. They had all sorts of things to make your beach day more enjoyable, including chairs, sand toys, balls, ice chests, boogie boards, etc. They also had some exercise equipment which you could take to your room and use. I would definitely stay there again.
