A spacious and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful, good choices at breakfast along with eggs cooked to order. Also kindly assisted with our onward travel to Cat Ba, saving us some time and hassle. Don't miss the show and fun at Train Street nearby! Nice sandwiches around the corner at Banh Mi 25.

The staff is very helpful and nice. We just like friends to each other. The location of the hotel is very convenient and easily accessible to the sightseeing spots of the old town. The breakfast served is very yummy. Would stay here again if visit Hanoi.

Great old quarter hotel!

Quaint hotel with excellent service. Great location in Hanoi quarter , nearby night market and the dong Xuan market. Room is clean and modern. Snacks and drinks are provided all day in the lobby , a refreshing welcome when you return from tours. And the best ? The delicious breakfast , with an a la carte choice !

Love this hotel, best customer service

I love staying at this hotel when I'm in Hanoi for business. It's cozy and comfortable with everything you'd want - good bed, bathtub, free breakfast, strong WiFi, etc. Located in Old Quarter just a ten minute walk from the weekend festivities at Hoan Kiem lake. But there are a million hotels in this area - the reason I stay here is for the incredible customer service. The people here are wonderful -- so warm, and they go WAY above and beyond, from helping my partner arrange a Valentine's surprise of flowers and wine, to organizing taxis, to finding a cardboard box to ship our extra work supplies home, and so on. Whatever little thing they can do to make your life easier, they will!

The staff at this location is phenomenal. They were ready for me even when I arrived earlier than check in from my tour in Halong Bay. They helped me book a taxi to the airport and they genuinely wanted to know how my travels had been. The beds were huge with a soft top and the rooms had Netflix! I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel with the most friendly staff

My two daughters and I stayed at Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel for 8 days, and it was such a wonderful experience.

When we arrived, we were welcomed right away by the wonderful staff, and were given welcome drinks. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was very accomodating to all our inquiries.

We booked a tripple single bed room, and was greatly satisfied with all the amentities, along with the fact that it was very clean. A great bonus was that we had free access to Netflix, which my daughters took full advantage of. The breakfast buffet that was included was also great and they had a good selection of food items, as well as having the option to order a la carte style menu items, which are cooked to order.

Our holiday was definately unforgettable, and the Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel was a big contributer to that. Not only were people very friendly, abd facilities clean, the location was perfect for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarters. This hotel is highly recomended for families, couples and all around travelers. We will definately stay here again if we come back to Hanoi.

Wonderful Hotel.... really enjoyed Everything!!

Wonderful hotel, clean, friendly & very helpful staff, great breakfast. You can order your main breakfast course (or 2😃) & it arrives fresh & hot! We loved the omelettes & pineapple pancakes. Also many other delicious items in the buffet as toast, buns, pastries, fruit etc. I had a stomachache a couple of days & the manager kindly sent extra ginger tea & freshly sliced fresh ginger to our room which was great! One of our best hotel stays on our 1 month stay. Will definitely return here. Thanks so much‼️

Nice hotel, nice staff, calm & quiet.

The Old Town of Hanoi is very busy and very noisy but, inside this hotel it was quiet and calm. The staff are wonderful and helped us with good advice for bookings for tours and for visiting the nearby attractions. Good breakfast.

Golden Holiday Hotel, only quiet place in Hanoi

This is a very well run hotel in the middle of the old town. Our room was very quiet, surprising considering the busy city outside. Breakfast was good with plenty of fruit and a variety of cooked food. The staff were very friendly and very efficient.

Serving welcoming drink and snack upon check-in. English command not a problem for receptionist staff. There are helpful but just a little disappointment over check-out request for an hour extension... granted only 1/2 hour due to high occupancy on Saturday.

Nice hotel in old Hanoi

Staff are excellent and breakfast is basic but has what you need and allows you to order pancakes and egg items. Room was massive and bed was huge but pillows were too high. The only issue in this otherwise excellent hotel was the balcony which was nice to have bit it doesn't shut fully meaning the noise cannot be shut out. That means road noise and public service announcement's between 5am and midnight. Apart from this it was wonderful.

Great staff, very helpful!! Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was spectacular! Chef always personally offered soup every morning :) Staff communicated well and catered to our needs. 11/10 would recommend!

Clean and quiet room with helpful staff

Our Deluxe Twin room was very clean and relatively quiet as it was not facing the street. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, especially the local breakfast items that can be ordered off the menu. Our 4-night stay in Hanoi was made much better by the hotel staff, who helped to arrange our airport transfers (two-way) and gave us suggestions of things to do and see in the Old Quarter. Many thanks to Ms. Kim and her fellow staff for making our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel with a good free breakfast. The location was the best part as it was walking distance to many points of interest. The hotel was clean, and the staff were great!

Only issue was our room only had a very small window.

A lovely welcoming arrival to Hanoi. Although our room was a little noisy with street noise and construction noise, and there was also a laundry trolley on our floor outside the lift! It is hard to fault the great service and welcoming staff. The cold juices in the foyer were lovely to come back to after exploring the streets of Hanoi.
the beautifully appointed rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful.

Amazing hotel in Hanoi Old quarter

This hotel is really amazing! From the very moment you arrive you will feel the staff doing everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is excellently located in the old quarter. The hotel is very new, the rooms are big and spotlessly clean with great facilities. The bed is just so comfortable! Breakfast is tasty and varied each day. Staff will help you with any question you may have and booking tickets and tours. I tried another hotel in the area on my second visit but ended up changing back to Golden Holiday. Will definitely stay again if I visit Hanoi and warmly recommend it to other guests.

Amazing, friendly, excellent location!

From the moment you arrive you are well looked after. All of the staff at this hotel are extremely welcoming and friendly. You can tell that they actually care and will do anything to help.
Facilities are great, very clean and modern. The only negative I have to say is that the balconies are so narrow that you can't sit on them!
Location is great - you are walking distance to everywhere.
Highly recommended!

Great hotel in convenient location

I stayed here for three nights and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in the old quarter- walking distance from the restaurants, night markets and tourist sites. They helped me book my trip to Halong bay and a cooking class which was both great. I really enjoyed my stay here as the rooms were very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay here again when I come back!

The best in hanoi

Me and my wife booked this hotel for our first trip to hanoi, Vietnam.
Honestly, until we got the place we were bit worrying because there were not much review about this hotel.
The moment we got in the place, all worries were blown away. Very welcoming staffs and the best accomodation we had in whole our past trips. Hotel was very new, they opened only a few weeks ago. The room was superb! It's got beautiful bathroom, very generous size of room, the bed was really comfy and \"window\" in room( quite many hotel in hanoi, there are no windows in room as the building very attached both side to another buildings)
I have to mention about the staffs! They were such a lovely people. Treated us like family very attentive and helped us organise our trip.
\"Kim\" who worked at reception, she was very professional.
My wife and I highly recommed this hotel 100% based on our true experience. You will get something beyond your expectation in this hotel.
Kim! Thank you so much evrything you have done for me and my wife jumi. We already miss you guys and the city. We will definitely come back hanoi and see you guys again. Take care guys!

What a lovely

I booked this hotel only for one night, I wish I could have stayed for longer. The hotel is immaculate but I have to say the staff really make your stay memorable.

I organised a Halong Bay boat tour through them, very simple. My room was gorgeous, with a balcony to relax on, all spotlessly clean. Complimentary water and snacks are provided. Breakfast is delicious and varied, I recommend the pho. The hotel is in the Old Quarter so everything is walking distance.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I know this is their job but here they are happy to get to know you and also tell you a bit about themselves too. A special thank you to Ms Kim who really looked after me!

This is a new hotel (only opened a few weeks ago) but already they have the makings of a great hotel.

Great place to short and long stays!

Structure: The hotel has a good structure and is in an excellent location. We stayed in for 5 nights. The shower worked well and had hot water available. In fact, the room looked newly renovated and was the best bathroom and shower we used in Viatnam. Furthermore, the toilet and sink worked well too, as did the air conditioning and lights. The hotel appears to have an elevator. We stayed in a room on the first floor and the only bad thing was that the wifi was a little unstable in our room (I imagine because it was towards the back of the hotel), but in the common areas it worked well.

Cleanliness: The room was clean and had all the utensils we needed. They have minibar.

Food: Breakfast was good and they had options that were a bit different from traditional Asian coffee, as well as bread and eggs with cheese and ham. They served fruits, butter, jam and other foods. Tasty.

Surroundings and staff: There are some good-value restaurants on the hotel street, as well as shops and tour agencies. The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us with tours and what to do in the region. There are shopping malls with good prices nearby. We didn't have any problems with noise as we stayed at the back and the hotel appears to be soundproofed (excellent news as the area is very busy and everything starts working very early).

Transportation: My husband and I used Grab in the city and had no problem finding cars in the area. There are some motorbike rental shops close to the hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt mitten im Old Quarter. Wir haben einen Shuttleservice für 18$ vom Flughafen über das Hotel gebucht. Es verlief reibungslos. Unser Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe ,war sauber und gut eingerichtet . Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof .Es war sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte größer sein.

직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 베트남에 도착해서 아이패드를 비행기에 두고 내렸는데, 제가 전화를 쓸 수 없는 상황에서 호첼 직원들의 도움으로 아이패드를 다시 찾을 수 있었습니다. 매우 청결하고, 호안끼엠 호수까지의 거리도 멀지 않습니다. 다음에 하노이를 방문할 때 다시 이곳에서 숙박할 생각입니다.

立地がとても良かった。ドンスアン市場やハンザ市場など徒歩で行くことができ、周辺にはローカルにも人気の食堂などがたくさんあった。
部屋の広さは、大人ふたりに広すぎず狭すぎずちょうどいい感じ。
朝食はフォーやオムレツのオーダーに加え、毎日違う内容の数種類の温かいお惣菜やパン、果物をセルフでとることができました。とてもおいしかったです。
